We hired this plumber when we were new to town and in a desperate situation with our water pump. They charged us $2400 to replace the pump. Two months later we returned to another plumbing mess with the same pump. We called them and they provided no warranty on their work and wanted another $2400 to replace the same that pump. They bought the pump at Lowe's and would be able to return it to them for full refund as the pump itself has a 2 year warranty. I would strongly advise not to use them. read more

Quick and responsive. We called late Friday and my husband spoke with Donny Shepard. He indicated he would send out plumbers early Saturday morning. Communications were great and Pete and Anthony were here first thing Saturday morning as promised. We had a leak that we could see but it was in a really tight area. They made the necessary repairs that we agreed upon and relocated an inline water filter as we requested. Everything looks so much better under our crawl space area and the peace of mind that we no longer have water leaking. We would recommend these two in a heart beat to anyone that needs a plumber.
