I wear a lot of wool sweaters and delicate blouses that require proper dry cleaning, and everything always comes back looking clean. The turnaround time is always reasonable, and the consistency in care and attention to detail really stands out. We noticed that on the inside of each of the shirts our last name was written in PERMANENT marker. NEVER in my life have I seen a dry cleaner write on clothing! I am so baffled as to why they don't use a tag system like EVERY other dry cleaner in America!!! I am utterly shocked that there are not hundreds of poor reviews about this establishment sighting this same complaint. If they change their article identification system to anything other than ruining clothing with permanent marker, I may consider going back because the quality of the work was actually very good.

The last few times I felt her prices where high. I wasn't going to search for someone else Bc her work was adequate. The location was close to home. I just recently had a dress needing to be shorten. I was shocked she charged me 80 for the hem. It was a very easy straight line and a slip that also needed no extra attention to detail. Her prices are way to high. Please be careful and not to use her. I never see any customers there the few she has must keep her afloat. I am assuming that is why she overcharges. I did give her the opportunity to reconsider her price before I paid. 80 for a straight hem is crazy FYI

It looks like everything was carelessly put back together without any attention to detail. -The backs of the jeans are uneven and it's very noticeable when wearing -They used mismatched thread that doesn't blend with the original jeans. -It looks like the blue jeans were just cut apart and sewn back together crookedly. -On my black jeans, one pant leg is higher than the other for some reason and the entire pair is twisted to the right, making them very awkward to wear. One pocket is even higher than the other!!! Like this is crazy! Why would you do work like this and give it back to the customer and think that is acceptable???? Both pairs are uneven and poorly done. When I went back to tell them, all they said was, "They're jeans, that's all we could do." They didn't offer me a refund or even offer to fix it. I would rather them tell me BEFORE they did the job what it would look like OR that they couldn't do it. I later went to a professional seamstress/ alterations specialist to see if at least the blue jeans could be fixed and she confirmed that the alterations were done terribly. She explained that they didn't need to cut the jeans down the middle at all and they should have just adjusted the waist. She also pointed out that the sewing was crooked and the thread didn't match (which you can notice in the images.) The seamstress even showed me a pair of jeans that she altered how jeans are SUPPOSED to correctly be taken in at the waist. I am extremely upset and disappointed that I wasted my money here and ended up with TWO ruined, good-quality pairs of jeans. Do not trust this place with your clothing. DO NOT go here if you need any serious alterations. If you want your clothing handled with care, PLEASE take it to a real specialist so that you are not taking any chances.

The dress was perfectly hemmed but the straps which were wide were simply folded over once and poorly sewn down. I could've easily taken scissors or a seam ripper through it gently and the work would've been undone. I was charged $175 for this. It cost more than the actual dress. The woman was kind and offered assistance on the alterations being done but I wish I knew how high the price would be for the work done. I know prices vary but for the alterations done on the dress straps and the loose sewing I believe I was overcharged. I read my positive reviews and I'm sure it was great work but always remember to confirm the expenses and look around for your best fit.
