I have 2 Great Grandchildren and one Granddaughter who I shop for on a consistent basis. Finding this little shop was a Godsend. The variety of clothing and shoes available was fantastic. The prices are reasonable and fair for budget minded parents and Grandparents. The customer service was excellent. Tuesday's are Grandparents day. So be sure to check out their prices then. There is a rewards program also, so be sure to sign up for that. Do you have gently used children's clothing to sell? They will pay you for outgrown items in good condition. Love this little thrift store. We moved away, but still make a point to go in every time we come back to Wichita. They always have a large selection of everything and are well organized by size and style(long sleeve, short sleeve, dresses,etc). I specifically go in looking for girls clothes so I can't speak for boys clothes. I also love that they have a maternity/ nursing section. read more

Got a little too much baby stuff and doubles of some things and I also grew out of some of my maternity clothes so I brought them in and got store credit. I was able to get some wearable blankets for my little one and a robe for me in the hospital with the store credit I received. There stuff is always still in great condition, sometimes even new! They processed everything faster than they had originally said and everyone was super sweet and helpful. Great atmosphere there. I always love coming in :) I will definitely be bringing more stuff in when I have it and continuing to shop here often. read more

Their prices on used items are insane , I have zero idea what they use for their references for pricing . They have the Melissa and Doug cleaning play set USED for $49, you can buy it brand new for $25 regular price . Look over the clothing carefully , today when I was shopping lots of the items had stains and were extremely faded . It was like shopping at a garage sale with retail prices . When my older children were younger I loved Kid to Kid , I won't be back to this location . read more

I spent over two hours there and in the middle of the review of items the lady helping me just up and left to run to the bank. She didn't say anything to me. Not to mention when I was unloading all the items I brought to potentially sell, nobody helped hold the door, helped unload or even told me what to expect as far as what they were "looking for". I unloaded three car seats, a mattress and multiple baby toys all I'm excellent condition.. She then says "we're not accepting car seats." After she started to review the items she told me she wouldn't take the cat seats, mattress, walker, jumper, baby jumper or anything else except a small pile. She offered to take them as a "donation." Ha. While I was loading the stuff back up into my truck, the lady disappeared. Since the lady helping me upped and left without notice I was left lingering the store again without guidance for another 20min before I finally left. The other associates acted like I wasn't even there. At 9pm to get they emailed that my "buy back" was ready for pickup. $42. What a joke, not to mention a waste of my time. This is a great place to purchase good kids clothing at a discount price. The staff is friendly and I've bought lots of great clothes there. However, I'm only giving them three stars because they pay a very minimal amount for your clothes when you sell. I've sold to them multiple times, but won't anymore. I was given less than a dollar per item and when I visited the store later that week found many of my items marked for sale at $6, $7 and $8. I don't know anything about their overhead and expenses so I can't comment on what it costs them to keep the doors open, but I know from experience they won't buy much of what you take in there and they'll give you very little. If you have the time you'd be much better off to sell on FB or at a consignment sale. You'd likely even get more in tax deductions for giving it away than selling to Kid to Kid. read more

I have been in here twice with my 1 year old daughter to buy her clothing. The first time was a few months ago, and I bought her a few clothing items along with a hello kitty beanie. Not a single soul greeted us when we walked in or during shopping. Went in again last night (12/09/2018, my baby's first birthday), and noticed that the same hello kitty beanies I bought her are supposed to have a bow attached to them, yet I guess the one I bought was defected because when I bought it, it had no bow on it, as if it was ripped off. I did not know it was defected when I bought it, but surely the clerks knew since an abundance of those same hats come in. Still, I didn't mention it to them, mostly because they were not talking to me or helping me in any way. They were all too busy talking about their boyfriends and drama behind the counter (much too loudly) and cussing. While I personally don't mind cussing, and my daughter isn't old enough to understand it, it still poses the question: do they speak like this with older kids in the store who can understand? I've worked retail and retail management for years in the past, and providing a relaxed environment isn't exactly bad, but if I acted as lazy as these employees did, I would be instantly fired. When I checked out last night, my husband and I were about to buy a leap pad at the counter until we turned it on and realized it was defected. When we pointed it out to the sales clerk (she had pink streaks in her hair, for reference), she literally just shrugged it off and placed it back on the counter for someone else to come along and buy! Unbelievable. And to make matters worse, my sweet one year old kept looking at the clerk trying to get her attention and she just flat out ignored her, seemed to be avoiding looking at her like the plague. Why work at a kid's clothing store if you don't like kids? Horrible staff, and though the prices are relatively cheap, I probably will not be coming back again. read more

I'm surprised I am the first person to review Kid to Kid Wichita. I love this place. Mollie the owner is so fun! They just remodeled and now it is beautiful and has a TON more stuff. The toys and shoes are amazing. Of course, I can't survive back to school shopping without starting at Kid to Kid. They carry all kid sizes and have really cute things. I have always enjoyed shopping there. I like the punchcard, the coupons, the online offers. But when I tried to sell clothes there the woman was incredibly rude. I had called before to see what they were looking for to make sure not to waste my time, they told me they were looking for all sizes all styles. When I got there she scolded me and told me that they only take complete outfits. She picked up my items in stacks (!) looked at the whole stack between her hands, & put them back, missing full outfits, missing brand new clothes with price tags still on them, and just totally gave me a disgusted-in-me vibe. I think they offered to take about 15 things for seven dollars. I was visibly upset when another employee was doing my paperwork, she did kindly offered to go out to my car and look at my things again since the other lady was so rude to me, I told her I was absolutely done being there and I didn't want her to come out to my car. It was shocking. It wasn't the price I was given for my clothes, the reason I shop there is for low prices, so I totally get it it's sort of a garage sale. But the rude dismissive way I was treated was shocking. Being a busy mom & staying up till one in the morning to sort and get all the stuff ready to try to make it easy for them, and then taking my time out of my day to go there to be just dismissed makes me not want to go back. read more

Brought in alot of like new brand clothing. It was alot of clothing and only received $15 dollars for it. Not only that they will probably price the clothing for $5 a piece but I literally got .50 cents per item back if that.. if I could I would have said never mind I'll take the clothing back but they have a policy that once they pick out what they want you can't get back. Literally saw clothing that wasnt worth the price they are selling. This store is a rip off.. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!! read more
