Great shopping experience. Went in with my family to get some clothes for a new family photo. Got just what we were looking for. But, I do miss the old blue Chevy trucks that used to be in their stores. read more

This Old Navy location is by far better than the east Kellogg location. Clothing items are almost always put away where they should be, and the store just looks clean and put together. I will always prefer driving to the west Old Navy rather than shopping at the mess that is the east location. read more

Went in to do some birthday shopping and had what I thought was about $70 worth of clothing, but when I got to the register, nothing was ringing up properly. Three of my shirts were double the indicated price on the shelves. The young lady cashier was not at all helpful and with an attitude that caught the attention of other customers checking out, told me the price on the tag was the price I would have to pay. I explained to her that all three shirts came from an end cap display that read $12.95 price reduced at register. She continued to argue so I went back to the end cap and found another employee (who was very kind) and asked why the cashier wouldn't honor the displayed price. Before I could respond, the cashier had left her register to continue arguing with me And explained that the displayed price only applied to the single shelf it was on, and not the FIVE other shelves above and below. Had her attitude not been so incredibly rude, I probably would have at least purchased one of the incredibly overpriced tee shirts (seriously...$30 for a tee shirt at old navy?!) but instead I left my $70 worth of purchases at the register and left. Not only did she not get my money but she lost a customer. I will not be returning. read more

So if I get back 1/4 for what I've paid for my clothes, I think I've more than got my money's worth. I would say I get at least 1/4 back for what I paid (because I never buy full price, only on sale, hehe). I think they only pick the best and they pay well for them, so it makes sense that they'd charge a bit more. That being said, check out their sale rack when you go in! While I was walking by, a private security dog started barking and snarling, and the next thing I know, a private security officer is asking me whether I was carrying any firearms or explosives. So, first of all, the mall's security dog is flagging visitors for carrying hazardous materials EVEN WHEN THEY ARE NOT. The security system is unreliable. And second, the security dog does not merely make a signal in these circumstances. This dog -- an enormous German Shepherd -- began barking loudly, leaping in the air, and charging at the end of its leash. It was TERRIFYING -- and the dog did this to me twice. All I can say is that I'm thankful I don't have a weak heart. It took a long time to stop shaking. I called the mall manager's office several times, but there was never an answer. No one is keeping watch there, and meanwhile there is a dog terrifying and harassing mall visitors. THIS MALL EMPLOYS A MAN WITH A DOG THAT TERRIFIES PASSERSBY AT RANDOM. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
