They were lacking a little bit in the smaller women's KU sizes, and I found a few men's sweatshirts that I liked, but couldn't find a small or extra-small size. I didn't check out any other section but the KU section, but that took up almost 1/4 of the store. They also didn't have a vast selection of KU hats. However, I did check the website and you could easily order and/or find what you are looking for. We weren't bothered by staff and spent ample time meandering the store looking through the selection. I ended up with a men's small sweatshirt and t-shirt, while my boyfriend found both a WSU and Kansas sweatshirt that he liked. It's definitely a great place to find any souvenir from Kansas that you might be searching for.

He answered my many questions regarding cowboy boots on fit, style and durability. I'm new to cowboy boots being from the east coast but I found their selection impressive. As for the rest of the staff in the store, I'd say that I was a little underwhelmed. It was not very busy inside; however, they seemed more interested in one another than helping staff. I wish I'd gotten the name of the gentleman in the boot section because he was so helpful. Do make more than 15 minutes to go in there because they have a large section of merchandise!
