Nice selection, most of the items are over priced though. Recently they had a sale "50% back…read moreSaturday" that they sent an email out to advertise the sale. The way to earn the 50% back was very misleading in the email. After buying $50 worth of stuff I only got $9 back in store credit, not the $25 I was expecting. I had my toddler with me and didn't catch it until I got home. So I drove back out to be told that $9 was all I was going to get. The sign in the store was written differently than the email that was sent out. The employee took my name and number to have the owner call me, that was over a week ago and I haven't heard from anyone. That $50 worth of stuff was not worth $50 to me without the $25 store credit. After I use my $9 I will not be returning. Beware bait and switch advertising if you shop here.

We don't have time to go to garage sales or big warehouse consignment sales. And once the kids are done wearing the clothes, you can resell them to us! We make it convenient with a monetary payout or a store credit payout.

That is a color I did not have, and they fit great. I wandered a bit looking for a register but there is just a big table in the center of the room and an associate can check out customers there. I chatted briefly with one associate who opened this store after working at the one in KC Town Center. Thanks to the FitPro discount, I saved 30% on the full-priced legging. The store has an unusual layout but had a bigger sale rack than I see at many stores, so I recommend checking it out!

Every design was beautiful, creative, and full of detail. Watching the kids light up when they saw themselves in the mirror was almost as much fun as seeing the adults admire her amazing work! One thing that really stood out was her kindness and professionalism. It took our event space a little while to cool down before the A/C really kicked in, and she didn't complain for a second. She was so gracious, patient, and made us feel like it was no big deal at all. That calm, positive attitude meant so much and helped keep the day stress-free. She is talented, friendly, wonderful with children, and truly a joy to have at an event. I love supporting local businesses, and Enchanted Mermaid makes that an easy choice. She brought so much fun, color, and magic to our celebration, and I would book her again in a heartbeat!
