Everything was amazing from start to finish. We selected an add on option where all we had to do was show up. It was perfect. We had our Teen Daughter's 15th birthday party at this place. And the staff/ owners went over & above our expectations. Generally, they do kids b-day parties. But they easily tailored the party for Teens. The girls loved the Karaoke with the DJ. And they even had their own Family Dance party. They had a red carpet experience with Papparazi which was cool. And the Teens loved the Glow In The Dark atmosphere in the party room area. The owners/staff set everything up (All I had to do was bring the food). And they assisted with anything that we needed. We had a great experience for my daughters bday. If you do not do well with rules this isn't the place for you. They do have several rules to abide by. For example you can't come into their party room until "they" lay the tablecloths down. You can't do it yourself. They have to do it for you. You have to buy their waters and drinks. We spent $30 on 40 waters. You can bring your own food though. The deposit isn't a flat rate. They include taxes on the deposit which is a little different because taxes are also added when you pay the remaining balance. Most places don't include the taxes on the deposit only on the total. You get taxed twice basically. Things like that We did add on the video game package and snow cone package. That was pretty neat. I thought the safari guides would assist with serving cake/food but they do not. If you tip them it's for them standing to watch your kids in the bounce room. The tip is your choice. We had my son's 5th birthday here and he and his friends had a blast. Even the parents jumped a bit too. The party room has 6 tables and you can bring your own food or have stuff delivered. The jungle room with the jumpers has 3 big inflatables. We decided we wanted them to make popcorn and we bought dippin dots so we only had to bring in drinks and a cake. They have an ice bucket and ice for a small charge or you can bring your own. They practically set the room up for us and they cleaned up for us as well. We had a very small group of kids and parents and it was perfect for us. You know what the suggestion is for party guests: kid's age +1. 6 was perfect for us. But they can accommodate a lot more- 25 I think. It costs as much as pump it up but you get a private space, set up and clean up, and the place is cleaner than clean. It was literally a no stress party for me. If you want a fun party AND want a built in party assistance, call or Facebook message for a tour. This is the first warehouse in an industrial park. The inside of the building looks very slapped together, and cheaply maintained. The staff is nice, although the no outside drink policy was odd. But I guess me bringing a bottle of water in doesn't help their business as they were ready to sell me a bottle of the same water. The kids play area is kind of small, and the slide was shaky as my niece went down it (seems unsafe). I won't be recommending this business or returning. read more

It's Amazing how my Review keeps getting deleted!!! PREJUDICE!! I was there for my first time for a family birthday party. The staff is EXTREMLY RUDE and the customer service was poor from the moment that I walked in. I felt UNWELCOMED!!!! They deserve ZERO stars! It made my overall experience bad, which means I will NEVER return and wouldn't recommend them at all. Don't waste your money!!! Referrals and kind gestures go along way, and I hope this establishment learn from their mistakes. (Which I doubt will happen anytime soon)! Totally DISGUSTED!! read more

I am thoroughly disappointed in this place. My daughter's party was scheduled for Friday July 12th. I confirmed that Wednesday with the venue to make sure they had power because Hurricane Beryl had just occurred. The venue assured me everything was fine. However, they did end up losing power the day before her party, and on the day of, they still did not have power. Because they were not able to deliver on the service we payed for, they did not want to give us back our deposit. They do have a non refundable deposit policy (which I respect), but we did not cancel on them. They cancelled on us due to not having power hours before the party. It is ridiculous that they kept our money due to the extenuating circumstances (the hurricane) that was beyond our control. They told us we could reserve a party for next year, but who knows what the next year will hold? Not only did they not want to give our money back, but they have been ignoring our countless phone calls and messages. The one time someone did answer, I was told a supervisor would contact me, and that has not happened yet. At this point, it is not even about the money, but more so the principle of simply doing what is right. Something that is rare these days. I strongly advise you to find another venue. My daughter did have a birthday party somewhere else on that Friday, and it was better than we imagined. read more

I love love this place! I've been here twice for my son's birthday and as a guest. The owners are very accommodating and friendly. They helped us set up and they cleaned the place. The place is very clean and smells great! The party room is already decorated so no need to stress out on decorations. For my son's bday, I added a little bit like centerpieces and banners. The play area is very spacious and the floors are padded. I love the lights and smoke effect from the volcano. It's like a rave for kids! The best parts of the party were the balloon drop and bubbles (add ons). My son had much fun and didn't want to leave. It was fun for everybody including the adults. Kicky and Tink's is AMAZING. I just had my son's third birthday party here today, and we had an absolute blast!! The highlights: -The owners are so sweet and gracious, they helped from set up to clean up and always swooped in right when we needed an extra hand! They have backups on hand of everything you might have forgotten (for us it was a cake knife) -It is incredibly clean. Two sparkling clean bathrooms. Everything is sanitized from top to bottom in between parties, and it shows. -We are pretty sure the adults had even MORE fun than the kids, if that's even possible! The grandparents, and even the GREAT grandparents joined in on the fun.. We had every age go down the giant slides- from a 1 year old to an 81 year old! -I definitely recommend adding the balloon drop to the party package, it was the highlight of the party! Next year we will be doing the karaoke and bubbles as well. They have everything here.. Bouncy houses, laser lights, slides, a volcano, kid friendly music, a HUGE screen that you can play a dvd or picture slideshow on.. I could go on and on. We were so impressed by our entire experience, and will absolutely be doing our birthday parties here from now on! read more

If you want to let them do everything and have no budget in mind don't mind an overkill of rules even after your entire party signs waivers only 2 hours for the entire party only 20 min to set up anything you want to bring and having you and your guests micromanaged the entire time this is a good fit. $100 for every extra 30 min. No ice allowed and $10 for them to provide one bag. Pay extra for things that are already in the room. They make you let them be involved in everything and then expect a tip. if you bring your own decor which is allowed they follow you around while you are rushing to set up in a tiny room that's supposed to be meant for 20 kids and 40 adults. Guests were complaining to me. It was a disaster to say the least especially for somewhere that we spent HUNDREDS at. I wouldn't use them again for any party of mine and probably wouldn't go to any party there that we may be invited to in the future. Seems they purposely waste time forcing you to involve them so that you tip for their "Help" and so you have to buy more time. read more

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this establishment! We had my daughters 5th birthday party here in December. I had driven past their location almost daily and assumed they were just a rental place for inflatable bounce houses etc. As my daughters birthday approached she expressed an interest in inviting her entire preschool class, and with the ever uncertainty of the Houston weather, I had my doubts about the possibility of hosting 25 children plus their parents at my own home. My home is averaged sized, but even with an extremely large backyard, the idea of everyone being indoors if the weather didn't cooperate was rather daunting. So the search for a venue full of inflatable fun began. After looking into the more well known locations I wasn't thrilled with the idea of only having a private party room, while having to share the bounce houses with the general public...trying to keep your eyes on 25 preschoolers amidst rowdy older kids in bounce houses was not conducive to being able to enjoy my daughter celebrating her 5th birthday. Enter Kicky and Tinks. This place is incredible! The owners are an incredibly sweet couple, who truly care about their customers. There is no open bounce when you have your party there. For the same price as the other bouncy type establishments you get the place to yourselves. An awesome party room, a light and bright lobby with closed circuit television and a coffee bar where the adults can still see the fun, but step away and have a little quiet time as well. They have "jungle guides" on the bounce floor at all times, so you have those extra sets of eyes making sure the little ones are following the rules and being safe. The bounce area has amazing martial art quality matting to cushion any falls, they adhere to strict sanitation standards, and you truly feel you can relax and enjoy the party without worrying about the safety of your guests. They helped me set up the party room quickly and efficiently, and made this an amazing party for my daughter and her friends. The jungle themed bounce area had a volcano that provided periodic "smoke" and the lasers bouncing around the room along with fun music for the kids made it completely over the top! Her friends as well as our neighbors still talk about how awesome her party was! This is truly a hidden gem here in Spring! If you haven't checked them out yet, I highly recommend you do!! read more
