As a professional wedding consultation I would like to address Sissy A review of Pine Lake Ranch. First allow me to say that I have personally coordinated 8 extraordinary tent weddings at Pine Lake Ranch since fall 2013. In fact, I coordinated a wedding the Saturday before Sissy A cousin's Monday wedding. Which was just recently featured in a national blog . My couple had hoped the barn would be ready but understood they where taking a chance in renting a unfinished venue. You see the part Sissy A's left out or perhaps did not understand , Her cousin received a discount for renting the space due the construction and knew a tent reception was a possibility. She could of asked to be let out of her contract if she was truly My couples have not only enjoyed and cherished their wedding day at Pine Lake Ranch they have given high praise and appreciation to the owner and staff of Pine Lake Ranch via reviews on The Knot and Wedding Wire .

This place is located in Montgomery technically but is right next to Conroe you can see the lake driving up it was so beautiful. It's a prohibition style speakeasy with the hidden door and the ambiance is so beautiful inside with an amazing bar and just a great vibe. We loved how the waitresses were dressed in dresses from the time it was so classy and fun. And we went on a night they had live music and it was sooo good. Now let's talk about the drinks there were so many choices of cocktails bourbon whiskey you name it. I let the waitress pick mine it was something with pear and it was yummy. We both loved our drinks. My husband loved his old fashion. The food was absolutely delicious we enjoyed the crab toast and lamb lollipop and the Chilean sea bass which were all to die for. Oh and Lavendar creme brûlée for dessert. We met Rob and his wife the owners who are the nicest people and now we can't wait to come back with friends to salsa night. If you're looking for a nice dinner spot with great drinks food and music on certain nights just the best service you have to come try this location you won't be disappointed. It made our anniversary special.

Our waitress was admittedly new, but when our food arrived an hour and a half later, it was so disappointing. Three of us ordered ribeyes, and none of them were cooked to our order; plus, they were charred on the bottom & sides. The wagyu burger was burned as well. We also ordered a bottle of wine, but the first 3 choices were out of stock!? Really? Our choice was to jump into a $60.00 or $80.00 bottle. The service team never checked in on how our food tasted or how we were doing. It's like they knew that they ruined our dinner and experience. About this, they call it a speakeasy because the doorway is a bookcase that is as obvious as the nose on your face. The dude hosting the stand at the door, did not even ask if we enjoyed ourselves. For these prices, they should be ashamed of the food they served us. Seriously! Do not waste a dime here. I am making sure everyone I know does not make the mistake we did.

While I haven't had a chance to try everything I will say the Pistachio Latte is absolute perfection! It isn't to sweet and gives the perfect punch of pistachio, they even add crushed pistachios around the mug. I have tried it both hot and iced and while they are both good, I definitely recommend trying this one hot for the full flavor effect. As for the food the sandwiches are really good but this quiche steals the show. I haven't tasted a quiche this good since Spain and that's saying something! I even met the baker of this quiche and was told she only uses the best ingredients and even imports a danish feta, it's like nothing I can describe you just HAVE TO TRY IT! I also highly recommend the vanishing pumpkin muffin, as you can see it vanished before I could snap a picture. This muffin is one of the most moist muffins I've ever had and gives more of a cupcake texture. If calories weren't a thing I'd easily eat three of these and two quiches in one sitting

My daughter's wedding was at JENNINGS TRACE. Our host, CORBIN and her crew delivered and exceeded on every expectation we asked of them. They were thoroughly professional, totally invested in delivering the absolute Most Magical Wedding with true professionalism and extraordinary service. CORBIN was so personable, attentive, organized, gracious, knowledgeable and available to offer help and suggestions on all aspects of wedding planning in order to make this event unforgettable. Her suggestions on other vendors for decorations, flowers, cake, etcetera were equally exceptional. SAFARI TEXAS was our caterer and not one of her normal vendors; but promised freshness, crispness, and savoriness on everything and delivered on par with any Michelin Star restaurant. Our 200+ guests have been raving that this was an "absolute Beautiful and Mesmerizing Venue. Couldn't have been any better anywhere else". I agree wholeheartedly. If you are looking to have a modern, magical, gorgeous wedding; come see JENNINGS TRACE, ask for CORBIN and have the most magical wedding you could ever have imagined.

We were looking forward to a calm, romantic evening on a sunset cruise. As many reviews state, the parking situation is dismal. The lot is confusing and in bad shape. We boarded the boat and it looked good from afar, but once on board, it was dirty, rundown and full of bugs/spider webs. There was no safety brief or information given. The two staff members we spoke to were very nice. The boat didn't leave until well past sundown, so the sunset was not a part of the experience. We didn't experience the meal so I cannot comment on that. Unfortunately, the music on the interior of deck 2 was much too loud for us and deck one had the meal, then a saxophone player that was also not the calm, soothing experience we had hoped for. So, we got stuck on the top deck exterior area. This would have been great because the weather was gorgeous. However, the seating is sparse and awful; hard metal benches, the few with cushions were filthy and so thin that they made no difference. The biggest disappointment for us was that they allow smoking on ALL deck exteriors. Most of the staff are smokers as were many of the customers. As non-smokers, we could not escape the smoke. There was a group smoking marijuana also which really stunk up the air. It would be nice if there was a designated smoking area at the back of the boat so that non-smokers had some respite. We spent three hours standing at the front of the top deck, trying to stay upwind of smokers. I still came home with a headache and the smell of smoke on my clothing. The boat has great potential, it just needs some good deep cleaning, seating and maintenance. It would have been nice to have some dialogue that gave information about the history of the boat and the area. A designated area for smoking would be a huge improvement. I realize the parking lot is a shared area, but better signage to where to board the boat and improvements for the lighting and surface of the lot is needed. My husband, who didn't have a drop of alcohol, tripped over a huge crack and fell in the parking lot. It was a terrible topper to an already bad experience.
