She has kept me moving at times when I thought I might have to give up my independence and go to a nursing home. I recommend her to all of my friends. She is also a professional disability evaluator who helped me with my SS disability application. I first saw her in May of 2012. I had been suffering with pain in my pelvis and right hip that locked me up every day as I would bend over. The next day, I felt 20 years younger. It did not hurt to bend any more. My joints, body wide, were more limber and mostly pain-free. The locked hip area needed more work but within a month I was almost back to normal. Within a few months, however, the arthritis began to keep me at home two days for every day I went out. I saw Dr. Marlow as often as I was able to afford it. In December of 2013 I was in moderate-to-severe pain 24/7 throughout my body. I was also in panic mode, as you can imagine. Dr. Marlow's treatments knocked down the pain enough that I could isolate the most painful areas and realized that the same hip was the epicenter of the pain. I went to the ER where they gave me a prescription and an appointment with an orthopedist two months out. Dr. Marlow has ACTUALLY helped me to minimize my pain and achieve mobility, whereas I have only vague promises and pills from the medical doctors.

She was able to see me after I got off work on a short notice which I really appreciated. I came in the office at around 5:30 p.m. and was greeted by the lovely ladies at the front desk. They were very friendly and helpful. I filled out some paperwork prior to the visit because the Dr. said it would save us a lot of time. The office is very clean, organized, and bright. The atmosphere was very welcoming and comfy. The Dr. was working on a patient when I got there so one of the assistants showed me a couple of dvds educating me on chiropractic care, once the videos were done, the dr. came in the room very cheerfully and examined me. She knew exactly what she was talking about and every question I had was answered. She recommended services that would improve my body. She also gave me written instructions and samples of supplements that would help me feel better. We decided on a treatment plan and look forward to returning. I usually hate going to doctors but she makes me feel very comfortable and at ease.

My NP Douglas is thorough and caring, though he takes longer than the allotted times and runs late, so if that would bother you, ask for a different provider. I was sent a written letter from Michael Stacey stating I would be able to receive care and refills for my prescription medications. On March 6th 2024, I was removed from MyChart. This entire clinic has been a headache to work with, the doctors do not take patients seriously, do not send off referalls in time, and behave in such a disrespectful manner. If you have any ability to go anywhere else; do just that. Save yourself the pain and headache from coming here. You're better off going into a govt run urgent care clinic.

My vitals were taken, I was shown the exercises, but what set her apart is that I was treated in such a compassionate way. I was not just a body healing from surgery. I was treated as an integrated person, recovering from surgery while all the daily stressors of life continued. My surgery was to relieve spinal compression, and it felt confusing to have some of the same symptoms as my nerves were waking up. I looked forward to Carrah showing up and reporting my concerns as well as my progress. The exercises helped to strengthen my body but I shared stressors that impacted my recovery and she patiently listened which made it possible to feel a sense of release. As I mentioned to Carrah, endoscopic surgery can be a bit misleading because you have less pain but your body has still been through surgery. I recommend Carrah highly. She is not only compassionate but skilled and experienced. I will think of her when I walk down to the far end of my street. After 8-9 months of their attentive care, my father began eating again, walking, and truly thriving -- at 96 years old. He improved so much that he no longer qualified for hospice. My sister and I were incredibly impressed by how quickly they acted and how lovingly they cared for him during such a vulnerable time.
