In my case, I had a 1920s-30s Stetson Boss of the Plains hat I picked up for $10 that was in such faded, worn shape (plus had a bad ring of sweat damage) it was questionable whether it was suited for anything other than the trash can or nailing up as wall art, but after hearing Ray brag about her, I looked her up and asked if she might be able to do something with it. You'll see the before and after results below. At a modest price she was able to breathe life back into this Thrift Shop reject and it's good enough now to wear and actually look nice. I point out she could have taken it further, but I told her I only wanted some improvement and didn't want to spend much on it, and you can see what she was able to accomplish. Let's just say I and my friends are impressed with what she can do. You'll love Keryn if you meet her (everyone does), and I guarantee she can handle any felt hat need you can throw at her. You'll just need to be patient because word is out, lol. I don't know of anyone else around here who can match what she does. The only other source I'd use for custom hats is in Las Vegas, so we're lucky to have her in Fresno! Highest recommendation for quality, service and friendliness.

The 2 people in the store - told me I could return the hat no problem if the hat did not fit. They talked me into getting the hat steamed. The hat ended up not fitting my son - so I returned to the store the same day and the 2 associates that helped me were not in the store. The person working in the store "Brandon" told me that the person who told me doesn't normally work in the store so he probably just gave me misinformation and the other guy is new. Both issues- that should not affect whether they accept my return - because that's what I was told by THEIR team members. The person " Brandon" who said he was the manager - was not helpful - and just continued to tell me he would not take back the hat and not give any kind of resolution to the problem.

This is a new store that we have never seen before since the last time we came to the mall. The…read morestaff were really friendly. They greeted us as soon as we came in and asked if they can help us look for anything in particular. We were asking them about their buying terms and conditions. There are specific shoes that may qualify for customers to sell their shoes there. That's a good way for someone to make some cash back on their shoes as long as it wasn't beat up. They have a team of people that would authenticate the shoes and clean them before selling the used shoes. They also have a large selection of brand new shoes and clothing as well. I'm not a big fan of sneakers so paying hundreds of dollars on a pair of shoes is not for me. However, my husband definitely wears a lot of different sneakers and takes really good care of his shoes. He really liked the idea that he can wear his shoes a couple of times and then sell them. So, when we got home, who was in their closet going through his shoes to sell? I guess we are going back this evening or tomorrow morning! Better that it's cash back in my pocket instead of them sitting in the closet in a box to collect dust.
