To that end, I ordered the El Mexicano Skillet with scrambled eggs. I substituted chorizo in place of the carnitas and requested tortillas in place of toast. Everything was perfect and I used the components to build my own breakfast tacos. It was delicious. My husband had the Two Eggs Combo and added 2 mini waffles to the meal. He enjoyed his food and the coffee very much. I ordered a mimosa flight that we shared. The fries are large enough to share. The Shack Burger is good, comes with cheese, lettuce and tomato that were fresh. My husband had the Flat-Top hot dog which is made from Vienna beef. The large dog is split and grilled. Fixings were limited to ketchup and packets of mustards. He would have liked some onions and relish. Otherwise, the dog was very good. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is made fresh so takes awhile to prepare. They give you a table number and deliver the food to your table. The restaurant has about 20 tables inside and a dozen outside on the patio. On the patio, there is water for your trusty canine. I was surprised to see they serve wine and beer. The wine comes in cans. I did not try, as it was early in the day. A nearby food pantry was collecting donations. A portion of the daily sales went to the food pantry. They support the community. Internet signal was weak in the restaurant, but maybe that will improve with time. I did not see a drive-through. There was plenty of parking in the dedicated lot.
