There have also been issues with the way questions or concerns regarding payments, discount cards, and payment cards are handled. Customers should be able to ask questions about a transaction without being met with irritation or an aggressive attitude. I want to emphasize that this does not apply to all cashiers. Many employees are perfectly pleasant and professional. However, there are certain cashiers whose rude and aggressive behaviour appears to be consistent rather than an isolated incident. As long-term customers, we enjoy shopping here and would like to continue doing so.
