You can find her office located in Costco right next to the optical department. I'm sure plenty of people drop by as it is very convenient and local. She is always helpful and friendly in answering concerns and questions you have. Also, the prices were a tad cheaper for a GP contact lenses exam than the Fullerton location. But, once you are done you can immediately walk over to the Costco optical department to order/fit the glasses and contacts you need. You can nearly always walk in for a same day appointment. read more

I always come here to get my eyes checked, and this office has served me well (it's been more than 5-6 years). Fast service and the optometrist have always been patient to hear my concerns. Had a 3:00pm appointment . It was busy but only waited a few minutes. The receptionist was polite and the girl doing the preliminary tests did a good job.Then I was seen by Dr. Sitty she is very friendly and did a great job she was very professional .My wife was with me and had an eye appointment for the next week but they were able to get both of us done so we didn't have to come back. read more

The female optometrist was a terrible service provider. I took my kid to recheck eyesight because a previous prescription was not precise enough and she would not even look at us as the parents while talking. She just replied "everything was included already and it's like that without anything we can do." It's a really bad service attitude for patients and I did not know why she still worked there as a provider. Secondly, we used Kaiser optometrist as well to cross reference this Costco one accuracy, and my kid felt way much better with Kaiser's prescription. It's okay that we wasted examination fee + rechecking fee on this Costco prescription but we will NOT come back to this horrible service and will file a complaint to Costco and California Optometry State Board. read more

This place is STILL making people wear face diapers, and has a rude sign that says NO MASK, NO SERVICE. On top of that, the customer service is horrible, and the "doctor" is rude. I visited Dr. Oo on 3/22 to update my glasses. She checked my eyes & gave a prescription even though I told her that it was blurry. 3/29 I picked up glasses & told the woman at the glasses area that they didn't seem right. She said I needed to get used to them. Try for a week. 4/6 Returned for a recheck with an associate on the prescription, as the glasses weren't right. The prescription was changed for glasses and contacts. 4/11 Picked up glasses. They didn't seem right. It looked like a fish bowl. They were made with the wrong material. They took them back & remade them. 4/17 Picked up glasses. Told to try them for a week. 4/28 Recheck on prescription. Changed again. 5/5 Picked up glasses. Told to give it a week. 5/19 Recheck again. Given eye drops. 5/25 Recheck again. He said that my eyes won't correct to 20/20. The prescription is as good as it gets. 5/30 went to another optometrist in La Puente & got a prescription that corrects to 20/20. 6/5 picked up my glasses and can see. :) The Costco glasses center refunded the full amount for the glasses. Dr. Oo hasn't refunded for my visit with the wrong prescription. I've complained to Costco management. Just thought you'd like to know. I have had to come back here multiple times sure to a poor testing. When I can back for my first re-visit I was told I have to wait due to a new optometrist that was brought in. Disappointing as I don't live close and will now have to come back here for the fourth time. read more

Completely garbage receptionist. She feels like her job is turning away customers as opposed to facilitating eye care to patrons. The pricing is good but dump the angry chic making minimum wage. It's not the customers fault you were not intelligent enough to earn a degree in ophthalmology and are stuck answering phones and making appointments as a career. read more

Dr. Oo is a terrific optometrist! The office is quick, efficient, and very nice. I have been going there for years and always have a great experience. Some people might think Costco is not the place to go for their eye doctor, but she is really terrific, and they have the eyeglasses and contacts right there when you walk out of the office. I've been seeing Dr Khin Oo for over 3 years, and I can say I've been more than satisfied each and every visit. She is knowledgeable, efficient, and up to date on the latest eye care developments. Many of the older reviews mention Costco optometry, not Dr Khin Oo. Don't pay them mind. read more

I have been going here for my eye exams for over three years now, and just recently been running into problems. The optometrist did a poor job in giving me my prescription numbers. She gave me wrong numbers for all of my prescriptions...and didn't inform me that she changed my contact brand as well. I only figured this out because I tried to order my contacts through Costco and was having trouble online. I called back and the receptionist informed me that the doctor wrote the prescription wrong. This is malpractice. You should know your patients well enough and review the prescription over each time!!!! Very disappointed in this facility. read more

I made a Saturday 11:30 appointment to update an eyeglass prescription. I received a phone call that morning that their credit card machine was down and they could only accept cash, which was ok by me. I arrived at 11:20. There was one person already there. After checking in the receptionist took care of the initial computerized eye checks for the person ahead of me and then finally about 11:45 did mine. Meanwhile Dr Oo took the person ahead of me in for the exam. I dont think they had an appointment. I believe they were just a walk in. At about 11:55 another person arrived and checked in with the receptionist. A few minutes later Dr Oo finished with the person who was ahead of me. She then proceed to greet the person who had arrived long after I did. Apparently she was a returning patient, as was I, but better known than I was. Dr Oo invited her directly into the exam room. The receptionist said nothing about the fact that I had been waiting 40 minutes and that they had already seen a walk in patient ahead of me. Dr Oo was pretty much oblivious that the new patient had just arrived long after my appointment time. Since I had been waiting 40 minutes and Dr Oo was now seeing a patient that had arrived after I had, I stood up and told the receptionist to cancel my appointment and walked out. I wont go back. Have found a new optometrist. read more

Had my eye exam and ordered two pairs of glasses this morning. Dr. Khan Swe Oo did my exam. She was excellent. Very helpful for my specific needs and very pleasant. The front desk employee was also excellent. The customer service person in the eyewear department was very helpful and handled my order professionally and quickly. All in all, I can only praise everyone that assisted me and you can't beat the price. RECOMMEND. read more

Dr. Oo is a great optometrist. She is very nice, curteous and informative. She took her time to answer all my question and was very thorough. She is very kind and would go out of her way to help anyone. I would consider myself a difficult customer because it is very hard to impress me but Dr. Oo gets my 5 stars. I purchased eye glasses from this center about 5 years ago and they were great. But the lenses and frames wore out and I needed new ones. Yikes. The new prescription is way, way off. I received the standard "try them for a few weeks...you'll get used to them." Nope. I could live to 105 and never get used to this blurry nonsense. The problem is, I told her what I do for living, what I use them for and what I wanted. But the Optometrist thought she would give me something I don't really need and can't really use.
