He was always ontop of the same specs in the drawings that other may miss. His quality was spot on. It was a pleasure not needing to ask him to redo his work like many trades. His ability to interact with the client as we specialize in occupied space renovations was a breath of fresh air. I never needed to act as a buffer between trade and client. Steve treated his apprentices firm but respectfully which helps create a positive attitude on site. As before, from office staff to tradesman, the people I spoke to were pleasant, accommodating, and informative. The work was scheduled to be done relatively quickly, and completed by Marvin who did a professional job, leaving no bits and pieces to clean up. After they did the work I was not able to get a permit because they did their calculations wrong and to do the work properly I had to end up paying double. I refused because I lost all trust in this company. If they had quoted me double to begin with I would have gone with someone else. I will never use superb electric and warm anyone who needs electric work to go with another company. It seems the initial calculations should be able to be done properly so the quotes can be done properly and the customer doesn't have to pay thousands extra because the technician can't calculate. I was offered a discount on the additional work but it was not nearly enough to compensate for the mistake made. Stay away from superb electric!

Theo was the technician the first visit, and Sia did the recent call, both provided top shelf service. I found them to be on time, accurate, very fair price wise and ultimately highly trustworthy, along with being good people. They won't sell you something you don't need, but also won't just band aid a solution. They will recommend what is necessary to do now with an eye down the road as to what will be your best choice long term. In our case, they could have replaced the blower and other parts on the old furnace for about half the price of a new one (which comes with a 10 year warranty), so the decision was easy to replace the entire unit.
