Khao Khai's Molito branch just opened a few weeks ago and I'm glad that they offer different types of Thai food aside from your typical Pad Thai and Tom Yum.
Interiors are well done and reminiscent of Bangkok food stalls at night. Service is good albeit a bit spotty at times.
Food is delicious! Dined here twice in two weeks and I've enjoyed both times. Tried their flagship Thai fried chicken and their Bangkok liempo - both had their crispy crunchy coating but I prefer the pork belly over the fried chicken. Egg salad was fresh and had a nice spicy kick. Papaya salad was ok and i found it a bit too watery/soggy. Thai Milk tea was a bit too milky for my taste. Mango sticky rice fell a bit flat in terms of flavor but presentation was beautiful. Good price point for the serving size.
Overall, will definitely come back for the Bangkok Liempo and try their other dishes. read more
