Soon after Gourmet's Palate closed its doors, Dusadee Thai began operating at all hours, adding much-welcome variety to the late-night-to-early-morning food scene in BF. As the name suggests, the place serves Thai food exclusively. Good Thai food, to be exact. The Pad Thai and spring rolls are excellent, and the different curries are quite tasty too. This doesn't come as a huge surprise, as the owner is actually a Thailand native. The meals are priced fairly, especially given the portion size and level of taste. The place is quite small, so you may have to wait a bit if there are no seats available. You can also get your meals delivered if you live in the area. You can choose to light up if you get one of the outdoor seats, although I recommend taking a few steps away to the parking lot instead.

When I'm here, a staple for me is their Vegetable & Tofu Curry (which 2 people can share) and paired with white rice--it's perfect! You can have it made extra spicy as well. For desserts, I was really delighted by their Water Chestnuts in Iced Coco Milk. Their Mango Sticky Rice also does not disappoint! A lot of moisture is lost in the grill or pan, especially when the pieces of meat are small, but somehow, Sen Lek manages to keep its satay succulent. Their mango sticky rice is my favorite menu item though. I'm one of those people for whom dessert is chocolate, chocolate, and more chocolate, but this dish was an exception.
