They have a buffet option as well if you want to try more options. The buffet seemed to have a pretty wide selection of curries, sides, and dessert as well. I tried some of my friend's garlic naan and it was better than the plain naan in my opinion but not the best I've had. Overall, great food I didn't expect to find in Saskatoon!

Tonight they have this really good broccoli in a cream sauce. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of the actual name, but it was very tasty! They brought out fresh garlic naan bread for us when we arrived. They have warm Gulab Jaman, but I found it a bit on the sweet side. Rice pudding was also good, but a bit too sweet for me. Overall, it's a good buffet and it's one of our go to places when we come visit! Friendly service, so come check it out!

The vindaloo was perfectly spiced, hot, and the naan was perfect too. All in all, a good experience. The restaurant was very clean and the service was excellent. I'm so glad we picked Hearth among 4 places in the downtown area. We walked up around 15:00 without a reservation on Sunday. It was busy on the patio but we were able to score a table in the shade over looking South Saskatchewan River and the promenade. Since our table was at one end of the patio, it was a great spot to people watch too. Everyone from the hostess and our waitress was very friendly and helpful. We placed our orders quickly even though there were quick a few good options on the brunch menu. I had a traditional breakfast and a Saskatoon berry lemonade and my husband ordered yogurt & granola and a long black. When he had told me he would be getting a long black, I had to do a double take in the menu and there it was. I could count with one hand how many places in western Canada I had been to with long black or café allongé on the menu. I was impressed and he said it was very good too. My breakfast was scrumptious with 2 thick pieces of sour dough toasts, 2 plump sausage patties, 2 perfectly fried (with brown edges) sunny side up eggs and crispy and soft potatoes! I ate very slowly to enjoy every bite with my refreshing lemonade on the beautiful patio in a warm & sunny late Sunday afternoon.

I've sat both on the first and second floor and I would say the second floor has better view as your eating your food. Especially if your going during sunset hours. The food here is typically good whatever you end up picking. The dinner and lunch menu are different so come and try the different food options for different times. The steak was cooked so good, I asked for them to cook it medium and they've gotten it done perfect. The service here is great and can't wait to go back and try their cheesecake.

There was only one server and by the time there was 3 tables she got quickly overwhelmed and service was pretty slow. We started with the Kashk Bademjan, its incredibly good and I highly recommend ordering this. The server almost accidentally give our mains to another table but she caught it in time. I got the Khoresh Gheymeh (lamb stew I believe), it seems like they no longer offer it as I don't see it on their online menu. It was pretty good and I liked the strong lime flavours. By this point in our meal the server couldn't keep up with all the tables and we ended up having to pile of our dishes off to the side of our table. The dessert was the highlight of the evening, the cheesecake was average but the saffron cake was delicious! One of the best cakes I've ever had! By the end of our meal the owner came to help the server and it was great to see him helping on the floor! He was very kind and explained that one of there servers called in sick and they couldn't get another worker in on time. Overall I enjoyed the evening and it was great to experience a different kind of cuisine then I am used to. The only reason this review is a 4/5 is because of the service, while the sole server was good she was very slow and made a few mistakes.
