Spicy garlic shrimp, substituted for double noodle and added extra sauce.
    Deyanira R.

This is a food truck, there are a few tables to sit. I was so hungry I forgot to take pictures! But I ordered the spicy garlic shrimp and substituted the rice for noodles. The noodles could have had a bit more sauce, but when I finished my shrimp I mixed the noodles in that sauce. The shrimp was amazing, definitely coming back before I go back home. Not shareable, portion size is good for one person. We also ordered sober noodles, which was also amazing. The portion was pretty big, we shared with two people. Here to edit.... Came back before I go back home! Hit the spot again! Got my own plate this time. Spicy garlic shrimp, substituted for double noodle and added extra sauce.

Was going shrimp truck-hoppin' and happened upon this spot with spicy shrimp, so we had to stop in. The flavor was THERE. It was nice, garlicky spice that I really enjoyed. The shrimp was slightly overcooked for me, but the spice level was perfect. I'm not sure if I'd come back here just for their shrimp, but I might stop by again to see what other dishes they have.

While I was looking for some place in Haleiwa to eat, I came across Khan & Phim and it had good ratings and the food looked so good. My cousin & aunty were visiting from the mainland and we were adventuring out on that side so we decided to give them a try. There's not much parking around there, but there was a little parking lot a little ways down and luckily we found a stall. My mom & I shared a garlic shrimp plate and the sober noodles. The garlic shrimp was tasty, not exactly like Giovanni's, but they gave a lot of shrimp. The sober noodles were so good. Thick noodles with beef & veggies. And I got to try my cousins papaya salad. Super spicy, but super tasty! If it weren't for the parking, I would go there more often. They're super flavorful and they can add more spice depending on how you like it. They have a few tables that you can sit there and eat if you choose to.

I'm not going to lie, this food truck at first glance looks sketchy af, but it's one of my favorite foods we've had while visiting Oahu. North Shore at night is a little difficult to navigate and we zoomed right by them before we realized we passed. They do have lighting and seating available, a little small and dirty but it works. The food, the garlic shrimp was seasoned and the sauce on the rice was mouth watering. The STEAK was to die for! The calamari was very okay. Service was fast and pleasant, if we're ever in the north shore area again I'd come back for more food. Stop by if you're in the area, you won't be disappointed!

This was our first night in Haleiwa at our first time ever staying in an AirB&B. No food yet at our new place, so needed to find somewhere to eat. We thought Thai would be a good ethnic start. We actually were looking for a different place, but found this instead. A lucky find. We both ordered drunken noodles with shrimp. As it is a food truck, we ordered at a window and sat at a picnic table under a string of lights. The food came out fairly quickly and was hot. So right off the grill/griddle. It was quite good and satisfied our craving for Thai food.

Spicy garlic shrimp. Rib eye. Mango sticky rice.

Friendly, quick service. Good prices. Ribeye was good. The slaw was simple but delicious.

I'm always going to give this place a 5 star. The hospitality is always warming. I enjoy this shrimp truck because their shrimp is different then most. I appreciate the shrimp peel not being stuck to the shrimp. It's easy to pull off. I've visited plenty of shrimp trucks on this island and for some reason the shrimp peel is stuck on the shrimp so you have to eat the whole thing...not good. I highly recommend trying the fried pork belly. It's comes with a dip and it's delicious. We always order this plate. We will be visiting soon. Thanks Uncle for always being so kind!

So delicious!!! Anything less than 5+++ is crazy. So many locals while we were there!!

Found this place in North Shore where most of the food trucks are parked. When in Hawaii, definitely need to eat at a food truck. Most of the food trucks are located on the main street of Haleiwa. The service was quick and friendly. For ambience, it's a food truck located on the side of the street and close to the road with a lot of cars passing by. It was a Sunday and there were plenty of cars passing by. The good news is that they had a few picnic tables in front to sit. The food was tasty. The drunken noodles as well as the spicy shrimp had good flavor. The shrimps were large. For the drunken noodles, there were more vegetables than noodles. Overall, would definitely return next time in Hawaii.

YUM! This place was so delicious and it was honestly my fave truck here. I love Thai food and this hit the spot.

I'm visiting from California where there's tons more excellent Thai spots so with this in mind, to me this spot is just OK, not brilliant as you might find from the Yelp aggregate of 4.5 stars. I had to order the pad thai which is one of my favorite noodle dishes and sadly, not only was the portion small but the flavors were somewhat lacking. It kind of reminded me of just noodles with ketchup and hoisin sauce. I may stop by again and try other dishes but this was an OK spot for the hungry crowd in my opinion. They didn't even take a name at the time of ordering so they just lookout for you in the seating area which is benches in front of this food truck. Food came out in 10-15 mins as there was not much of a wait. They do take credit cards but they clearly encourage you to pay with cash (even during pandemic) as they have a large sign posted NO fees / NO taxes when you pay CASH. Parking is a little tricky since it's not like the area has parking lots but just down the street in the shopping centers you can park and walk it down the street.

Yum yum yum! The pad Thai has such an full flavor. Great serving size too. The Papaya Salad is fresh. It is a little sweet but I thought it tasted good cause I keep coming back for more! So satisfied!

Delicious garlic shrimp! Be aware, the spicy version is actually pretty spicy so get the regular if you can't stand a good amount of heat.

We arrived around 1230 and there were only a couple other tables filled. The space has around 10 tables and it's very nice and cheery inside. We ordered pork pad Thai $15.59, chicken pad kee mow $15.59 and spring rolls, $12.99. The wait was not very long and the spring rolls came out first. There were 6 of them accompanied by lettuce, mint, cucumbers and a sweet sauce. The spring rolls were very tasty and had a good amount if filling. I loved eating it with the veggies. The pad Thai came out first and we dug in. It had really good flavor. Pad Thai is normally on the sweeter side and while this was sweet, it wasn't overly sweet. Next up the pad kee mow came out. The flavors are night and day compared to the pad Thai which is why I like it. The flavor was fantastic! The basil really stood out and it was just the right amount of spice. I love the wide noodles in the dish. My honey said he actually preferred my pad kee mow to his dish. The portions are big and we brought home half of each meal. The server was so nice and sweet. She even gave us a tarot tapioca pudding to go. I've never been a huge taro fan but omg this was delicious. It had a nice coconut flavor and there were chunks of taro it in. I would definitely eat that again. I'm so glad we stopped by and have finally found a Thai place close to home. Before we left we were already discussing what we'd eat next time we go. Definitely be back!

After its closure, they opened Supa Thai in March 2022 in Kapolei and is doing well. Chef Supa is inspired by her family's farm in Central Thailand. Supa Thai Restaurant is known for its flavorful and popular dishes, e.g., pad Thai, curries, crispy pork chops, fried chicken, and basil noodles. Menu items include appetizers (spring/summer rolls, satay); combo plates (curries + spring rolls + Jasmine rice); desserts (mango with sticky rice, tapiocas, rotee); and drinks (Thai ic tea, Thai iced coffee, sodas). Portions are generous, fresh ingredients are used, and prices are reasonable. It was our first time at Supa Thai, and we ordered: * Pineapple curry with chicken. This curry was very flavorful and included red curry paste, coconut milk, fresh pineapple, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, and basil. One does not normally see pineapple curry on the menu, so we were surprised to see it! We ordered some Jasmine rice with a ton of chicken slices into the curry, and went to town with the added spicy condiments and crushed peanuts! An enjoyable rich curry entrée! Forgot to order the curry medium hot, so we used the restaurant's handy housemade 4-bottled hot spiced variety. * Fried chicken. This was boneless chicken seasoned with Thai spices and deep fried until golden brown and served with sweet chili sauce. Fried super crisp and piping hot out of the fryer, a delicious side dish with sweet sour sauce! * Mango with sticky rice. The best yet to come, cold Hayden mango with warm coconut milk sticky rice! I could have easily eaten another plateful of dessert! Kudos to the single staff server who held the busy dine-in area that seats about 20, with all tables (except a two-seater) taken during the busy lunch hour! She managed to bring out water glasses and utensils, take/serve orders, replenish water glasses, bring out take-home containers, and processed bill payments. Watching her allowed the entire process to be such a calming nature, with all enjoying their lunch meals. The small restaurant is clean, with a nice Thai ambiance. Hours of operation are daily from 10:30a to 9p. Located next to Panda Express in a small strip mall near Walmart. Drive onto the right side of the restaurant for drive-through pick-up; park on the left side for dine-in. Yes, we see this as a favorite Thai restaurant for us, despite living so far away; but perhaps this will be an excuse for us to to visit Kapolei more often! Generous portions, fresh ingredients, affordable combo plates, and delicious food are great factors in making this restaurant a successful one!
