My father had many nephrologists over the course of over fifteen years, and I can easily say that Dr. Khaleeli is the best one. His expertise and method surpasses that of even nephrologists twice his age. He knew exactly how to tweak his medications and their dosages to help increase kidney function. He was also a lot more knowledgeable about my father's overall health situation, with all of his complex issues, better than his primary care doctor and other specialists. For example, my father's urologist made a mistake and ordered unnecessary tests that he forgot were already done a year earlier, and Dr. Khaleeli was the only person other than myself who remembered and contacted the urologist, which led to the urologist canceling the order. This is just one tiny example of how meticulous he is. He also had a deeper sense of empathy for my father's complicated situation, better than other doctors as I've seen, which meant all decisions and suggestions he made were centered on my father's comfort.
