Joe on the pool remodel also removed the pebble roll out of the pool and replaced it with new coping cap. His team finished both projects within the week. Pricewise, from the companies we interviewed, Tacheny was in the upper mid-range. One of the reasons we opted to go with them is we have Solar panels and they have their own Solar contractors to remove the panels. That saved us about 2K based on pricing from Solar companies that do the same work. There were a couple of issues we noticed after the initial roof repair was completed. We talked to our site manager, Mahkobi, and he looked over the areas of concern and got those fixed. The drywall repair was exceptional and there were no issues whatsoever. Even though we had to address some of the roofing issues, I felt the office and site manager kept us in the loop, listened to our concerns and addressed the issues to our satisfaction. I would recommend this company for any exterior work you might need on your home.

Right off the bat, my husband and I were blown away by Sean's professionalism, knowledge of the remodel process and his ability to provide us with an accurate estimate within a day of meeting with us. From the day we hired Sean, he went above and beyond in his responsiveness, meeting us at various locations to help pick out material, answering texts at all hours of the day and being able to work with our schedule for getting services scheduled, based on us having a tight window for needing the project completed. The project started on the day he promised and Sean continually stopped in to check on the progress and subs to ensure everything was going smoothly. We did a pretty extensive project including new tile flooring in multiple areas, a new master bathroom walk-in shower, expanding our kitchen island and adding new tops, new paint in multiple rooms and removing soffits in our main area. Not once did Sean make us feel uncomfortable by just walking in as other "reviewers" mentioned, as it's pretty standard that if you have subs in your home, the contractor is and will come in to check on the work. If he had not, I would have been worried. The project was completed in the timeframe promised and everything turned out better than we could have ever expected. Our only regret is not having him do more of the projects that are still on our list. I am quite honestly blown away by the negative reviews Infinity received as we received nothing but the best service in a manner that went above and beyond any other contractors we have worked with. We highly recommend Sean and Infinity Pro Services and will hire him again for future home projects as we trust his expertise, experience and work ethic.

Extremely upset with the lack of care and work that was done. As you can see in photos original tile wasn't completely removed properly that its showing off the side. And tiling does not line up with countertop. A drawer was to be replaced and was never done. The paint on the cabinet are horrible. The color is not what was requested... it's far from a deep navy blue. The hardware on all cabinets were painted over. Looks terrible. * also adding photo of drawers that were meant to be repaired. We feel completely taken advantage of. I'd keep a close eye on their work if I were you.

Exceptional Workmanship and Attention to Detail!…read more We could not be happier with the work performed by The Improvement Guys. From the initial inspection through completion, the entire experience was professional, courteous and exceptionally well executed. The primary project involved removing two existing toilets and installing two new elongated TOTO toilets with compatible washlets. Because the washlets required electrical power, the project involved much more than a standard toilet replacement. The work included plumbing, electrical wiring, installation of new outlets, drywall cutting and repair, painting, testing and cleanup. We ordered the parts ourselves and had everything staged and ready for the crew. We also provided matching wall and ceiling touch-up paint. The initial inspection crew came out to review the bathrooms and discuss the installation. One of my biggest concerns was avoiding exposed electrical conduit. I wanted the installation to look as clean and seamless as possible. A few days later, JR and his wife/co-worker arrived promptly and got to work. Communication was excellent throughout the project, including texts and voicemails when needed. They were courteous, professional and genuinely easy to work with. The drywall work is where they really blew us away. Both bathroom walls and the ceiling have a skip trowel texture. Since the walls had to be opened to run the electrical wiring, I was concerned that the repaired areas would remain noticeable after the job was finished. OMG! It now looks like the walls and ceiling were never cut open. JR took a completely blank piece of sheetrock and somehow matched the existing skip trowel texture so incredibly well that the repairs essentially disappeared into the surrounding surface. Beautiful is an understatement. The electrical work was also completed without exposed conduit, exactly as we had hoped. The secondary part of the project involved investigating a water stain in the dining room ceiling. We needed to identify the likely source so the findings could be provided to our condo HOA and used in seeking reimbursement from the neighbor above, whose plumbing caused the leak. The crew inspected the area and documented the findings with photographs, which was extremely helpful. The entire bathroom/drywall project took approximately two days. Considering everything involved, including removing two toilets, cutting drywall, running wiring, installing new outlets, installing and testing two washlets, repairing the ceiling, matching the existing skip trowel texture, repainting and cleaning up, we were extremely impressed with both the quality and efficiency of the work. And let's talk about the washlets: Once you use a bidet... there IS no other way! JR and his crew left everything clean when they finished, and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. I originally acted as the consultant in finding a Phoenix-area service provider capable of handling this combination of plumbing, electrical and detailed drywall work. The client was extremely happy with the results as well. Without reservation, we highly recommend The Improvement Guys. Their workmanship, communication, attention to detail and pride in the finished product were outstanding. If you need this type of work done and care about how the finished project actually looks, give them a call. Five stars all the way!
