*****S/O TO NOMA'S GYMNASTICS!!!**** Today, I took my…read moredaughter to gymnastics and checked in with the staff to see if she had any fees owed. (My ex-husband usually takes her.) The lady behind the counter states that everything is paid up and I owe for this class. I ask the lady if they took debit cards and she stated no, only cash or check. I informed her that I was going to go to the bank to get the money to pay the $15 fee. She stated that was fine and off I went. I went to the bank, burger king, and into the parking lot to eat my food. I have 30 mins to spare before class is over. I look in my mirror and notice MY DAUGHTER IN THE PARKING LOT HEADED TO A CAR WITH SOEMONE I DIDNT KNOW! I jumped out in a panic and screamed DAY NO!! She ran to my car and one of the staff members come to my car and yells YOU NEED TO COME INSIDE AND PAY YOUR LATE FEES and started walking off. I said excuse me, she then turns around and says WHILE YOU ARE OUT HERE, YOU SHOULD BE TAKING CARE OF YOUR FEES. I'm floored and did I mention my child is WALKING AROUND WITH NO SHOES OR SOCKS ON!!? Ok, what's really going on. By this time, I'm floored by the behavior and her attitude!! I go into the gym and confront the woman and asked her why would she take my kid outside looking for me without any shoes on. The same crazy staff begins to say..THEY SAY YOU NEVER PAY ON TIME AND YOUR ALWAYS LATE PICKING UP YOUR KID. Not me, the fees were paid a month in advance By this time I'm LOUD bc the staff memeber says YEA, GO HEAD AND SHOW YOUR TRUE COLOR!!! Needless to say, it didn't go well. I write this to say, if you think its ok for them to take your child out of gym to look for their money, talk reckless to an on time paying parent, and then have to apologize because you then realize you have mistaken identity...YOU SHOULD CHECK YOUR STAFF OR CLOSE YOUR BUSINESS!! NOW YOU WANNA HUG IT OUT! I FORGIVE BUT I DONT FORGET!

I have been booking privates for the last year so my daughter can prep for cheer tryouts. The coach assured her that she would help her with the routine... well she isn't going to and on top of that they just deleted my scheduled privates and didn't tell me. They acted as if I must not have made them. I screenshotted every one and every time it deleted it. I wont go back here. My kids hate it and I don't like how they run their business side. This is the short version of my list of issues. We were going to be done with them in a week but given the newest development I felt like letting others know. This has done an injustice to my child who goes there to practice.

So kids who aren't into sports or don't have a lot of practice may not like this place, but those who are physically active and want to achieve more would enjoy it. In addition to regular classes, this place also has summer camps and parents night-outs, though I'm not sure if they are for everyone or only for those who attend regular classes.
