Rented the single margarita machine for a birthday party over Labor Day Weekend and Kevin was great to work with. We also had a smaller birthday gathering the day after and Kevin let me know he wouldn't be able to pick up until the evening but left extra mix in case we wanted to use it for the smaller gathering too. Working with various different vendors for parties can be difficult but Kevin made it so smooth. From his communication to setting up the machine and pick up after the weekend, I couldn't recommend Kfreeze enough. read more

Graduation party made easy!! Margarita machine was a hit but even better was the soft serve machine. Better than a dessert bar and so much easier!!! Highly recommend Kevin, so easy to work with. We will definitely be calling him again! read more

Kevin's double margarita machine and flavors are amazing! Best prices and he sets everything up, including mixing the beverages, and then comes back two days later to pick up...which gives you another day to enjoy frozen margarita. Another feature that I loved was the use of a rolling cart and choice in color for the linen skirt wrap around the card. Kevin also provides cups and straws which I didnt expect. If you are wondering which company to choose for your next party definitely go with KFreeze!!! read more

Kevin gives amazing customer service! Feels like family right when he pulls up. I've rented the double margarita machines from him twice and it made both parties a hit! Five stars: Kevin made renting a double margarita machine a breeze. He responded to my initial request quickly, was a breeze to work with for payment and scheduling the drop-off and pickup (in Pleasanton!), and the machine was a hit and worked flawlessly. I literally only needed water and electricity; he included a cart, an extension cord, straws, cups, a festive skirt for the cart, the mix, directions, a container to make the mix, and importantly, cleanup services. I honestly can't think of anything he could have done better. read more

I can't give Kevin and his business enough stars. The slushee machine was awesome. It worked flawlessly and kids and adults both loved it! Not only that but Kevin arrived early and waited for me to show up so we could find the ideal spot for the machine. He also provided us with extra mix. I'll definitely be booking KFreez again for my next party! read more

Rented the double margarita machine yesterday.... Kevin was on time and helpful. He set everything up for my event so I literally had to do nothing except sip on my drink. The passion fruit flavor was a major hit with my guest. I will definitely be using his services again read more

I called Kevin for a Margarita machine for our 4th of July party and he came through without a hitch! Of course the Ritas were popular with the crew, but the customer service provided was much appreciated by the organizers! Kevin is my go to man for parties now! read more

Rented the single margarita machine from Kevin for a gruadution party of 50 people and it was a major success. We had regular, strawberry, and mango which all were delicious and had great consistency. The best part, the machine we rented only took 10 minutes to prepare the margaritas, it was the easiest thing. Kevin provided not only a great product but terrific customer service which made the whole process smooth. Would highly recommend KFreez's services to anyone looking to take a party or celebration to the next level. read more

Ordered the double margarita machine for a backyard birthday shin-dig. OMG ... soooo awesome! The Mango margarita was off the hook! Lime was good too. Kevin and his cute little helper (son) handled the setup, cranked up the machine, showed us how to shut it down. Guests arrived. Drank every drop. Party was epic. Aside from the birthday girl, the margarita machine was definitely the hit of the day. We also had a catered Chevys fajita bar, which was a great food choice to complement the excellent margaritas. KFreez has exceptional service too. Drop off, setup and pickup are included in the price. Highly recommended! read more

We rented the soft serve and the margarita machine for our event, and this was a big hit! It was the highlight of the party! Everyone LOVED the soft serve and the margarita flavors. The margarita machine we rented from Kfreez was the highlight of my mom's 75th Birthday Fiesta party. The margarita mix Kfreeze provides is the perfect mix of sweet and sour. Not too sweet! Also, Kevin is super professional. He delivered the machine on time, set it up, and made sure we were set for our party before leaving. He also makes payment super simple on Venmo! 5++ stars. Will definitely be renting from him again! read more

Kevin was awesome to work with! He provides a list of about 15 different flavors. Everyone raved about the margaritas. We got regular lime with alcohol and mango (virgin). It was a hit with everyone! read more

I contacted Kevin to provide services for my bridal party and it was a hit! I had the double barrel, Original Margarita and Peach Bellini. Both loved by the guests. We had to have the machine inside (it was a raining day) so it was a little loud during the party- so something to keep in mind while you are planning for your event. Kevin is great, no issues with communication and was able to accomodate last minute! Definitely going to have this at future parties! read more

Kevin is an awesome man! He was able to provide his services for my 31st birthday and his margarita machines did not disappoint! I had virgin strawberry flavor on one side and margarita mixed with tequila on the other side of a double tub machine. The machines ran perfectly and provided drinks for 50+ people without having to refill! I would highly recommend for anyone who is throwing any events like weddings, birthdays, or company parties. Kevin provided excellent customer services and was very informative in giving tips on which flavors I should get and how to use the machine (which was a piece of cake). He helps set up the machine to where you want it and also helps with the mixes. It was an extremely easy and pleasant experience! read more

Excellent service, great communication, and I'm guessing the margaritas were delicious because by the time I got to the party all of it was gone I basically had to scrap some together and it was very satisfying. read more

Called a week in advance and luckily they had a machine available! We reserved the single machine with POG flavor and it was a hit. Everyone enjoyed the fresh, tasty, fruity flavor. We were so happy with the service as well. Machine was delivered and picked up on time, extra mix provided in case (which was used due to popularity), cups, straws, and skirt for the stand to match our decor. So friendly as well. Can't wait for our next event to rent from them again! read more

I had a great experience with Kevin. The Taylor margarita machine was awesome and is the same one they have at Chevy's, it was great and came with a cart and extra mix along with cups and straws. What really made the business, though, was not a machine. Kevin, the man behind he operation, was awesome, professional, easy to deal with, and a really nice guy. He arrived to deliver the machine at the time he said he would, and picked up the machine quickly. We had great communication and he got my wife and I excited about our party. I would only use Kfreeze again when renting a margarita machine. read more

My roomate and I contacted Kevin about renting a margarita machine for a backyard party over Labor Day Weekend. Never thought in a million years he would be able to accommodate last minute over a holiday weekend. He did! He contacted me back within an hour. He was clear about the machines, service and prices. He helped install the machine and waited until the process was complete to ensure we were happy with the flavor and quality. Wasn't sure what to do when my husband said he wanted margaritas at his birthday party. Didn't want to spend the entire party making them. Found Kfreez and Kevin online and so glad I did. His machine was super easy to use and arrived on its own cart with all supplies and materials. We did our research and found a good margarita tequila but Kevin supplied everything else. He is friendly positive and loves helping folks make their events special. Would not hesitate to rent from Kevin again. The only issue we had was too much left over beer because everyone drank the margaritas. Thanks, Kfreez! read more

We scheduled a tasting with Kevin and had a great time. A tasting with him is much funner than wine tasting in my opinion - because the flavors he offers are all so unique. He welcomed us into his garage and let us try several flavors - all so good! Kevin is very friendly, informative, and easy to work with. He is also very responsive which is a huge plus. We look forward to working with him and can't wait to have his Margarita Machines at our Wedding!!! read more

Kevin, the owner gives 5 star service and amazing product! Made my party a hit!!! Will definitely use Kfreez again!

I have used Kfreez, Kevin for many, many events. He is very polite, professional and always has a machine for me. The endless amounts of mixes is nice to be able to try different things. I was getting a mix and Kevin went and put it in his stock so I can do one stop shopping. I have used him for Christmas Parties, Super Bowl Parties or just because I want drinks parties. Reliable, friendly delivery and if you have any questions ever during your event. Kevin is just a phone call away, he even came all the way to the even when I couldn't figure something out on the machine. Now that's customer service. So next time you need a machine Kfreez.com all the way. read more
