The screenshots confirms that our statements are factual. ************************************ After reading Kyle's response to my brother's review ("Junior E"), I felt it was important to share what I personally witnessed. The initial conversation went very well. Kyle came across as knowledgeable, professional, and confident. He took the time to discuss my brother's tax situation, explained a clear game plan, requested the necessary documents, and assured him that he would take care of the work. Based on those conversations, there was every reason to believe the tax returns were moving forward. Then the communication changed. I personally saw the text conversations where Kyle repeatedly made commitments such as, "I'll call you today," "I'll get your returns 100% completed tomorrow," and "Tomorrow I'll e-file your returns." After those commitments were made, my brother spent weeks sending follow-up texts and making phone calls simply trying to get updates, with little to no response. If there were legitimate IRS, documentation, or compliance concerns preventing the returns from being completed, that would have been understandable. A CPA should absolutely follow professional standards and should not file anything that does not meet those requirements. However, that was not what was communicated throughout this process. What I witnessed was a breakdown in communication, missed commitments, and a client repeatedly trying to get answers. According to my brother's experience, the refund was only issued after he stated that he would involve local law enforcement due to the lack of communication and inability to get a response. While I acknowledge that the refund was eventually provided, it does not erase the weeks of unanswered messages, missed commitments, and frustration that led up to that point. What concerns me further is that after reading other Yelp reviews, including reviews going back approximately nine months, I noticed similar concerns raised by other customers. Several reviews describe a similar pattern: a strong initial consultation, confidence that a plan was in place, payment and submission of information, followed by difficulty getting timely communication afterward. I can only speak to my family's experience, but seeing similar accounts from other customers was concerning and reinforced why I felt it was important to share what I personally witnessed. Anyone considering this firm should take the time to read both the customer reviews and the business responses and make their own informed decision. Kyle comes across very down to earth but then didn't answer his phone for two weeks after I paid him. He filed one year of taxes but I paid for two. I emailed, texted, and called. I was stressing out hard because I just dropped $1000 and then was ghosted. He was super responsive in the first few days but then didn't get back to me for weeks. Finally both years are filed. The stress of working with someone from out of state was my mistake, won't happen again. Better communication is key. read more

SCAM. Do not do business with this guy. Kyle was referred to me by a friend. A friend I trust. Got on the phone with Kyle and it was all great. Told him the issues I was having with 1800accountant on my taxes. Gave him all the requested information. Got a game plan together on how we was going to get the job done. Once he got paid for the service there was no response. the last I heard from him was two weeks ago. He tried calling me during work hours. I told him I would be available at 5pm. He scheduled a call for 5pm the next day through text and email. I later received an email for 6pm so I figured he had something come up. 5:46 I message to make sure we are still good for 6pm. Nothing. Not one word since. I've sent multiple text, multiple phone calls, and have already paid this guy to do the job. read more

I had an intro call that went over two hours, all great next steps but almost overly thorough (in hindsight). But either way, I left the call thinking we'd have some great momentum and he promised to review our past taxes and our 2025 submission. Well, zero follow up. I signed a contract and then ghosted. Then my husband was bothered by this since I had sent him all our private info, so he called Kyle and got the same promises. Nothing again, and we keep trying to get in touch. If he's busy, just say so! But don't request all our very personal, identity documents then fall off the grid. Very very unsettling and more importantly HIGHLY unprofessional. I was looking forward to working with him! But seems like professional maturity and stability is highly lacking, beware. UPDATE FROM KFN RESPONSE: I'm a professional project manager, there is absolutely no way I would miss a meeting I had been adamantly requesting for weeks. It's disappointing how unbelievably inaccurate this response is, to the point I may need to alert Yelp itself. BUYER BEWARE -- our experience matches my wife's review, and Kyle's public response to her is completely false and does not reflect what actually happened. My wife, Carley D (see her review on yelp), already posted a detailed review describing our experience with KFN Accounting & Financial, LLC and with Kyle Nader directly. I'm writing this to confirm that every part of her review is accurate, and to document my own experience as the co owner of our business. We hired Kyle to prepare both our 2024 business and personal tax returns. At the very beginning, he was responsive and seemed competent. We paid his invoice in full in November 2025 -- $2,250. After we paid, everything changed. Communication dropped off almost entirely. Weeks at a time went by with no response to phone calls, emails, or messages. At one point, he disappeared for nearly three weeks. Because he had access to sensitive business and personal financial information and because he continually went silent, we were forced to file a police report for our own protection. Only after law enforcement contacted him did he briefly resurface. Toward the end of the year, he finally completed our business return and told us he would use the K 1 to finish our personal return. Then he vanished again. We had to involve the detective a second time just to get a one sentence reply claiming filings were "frozen until January 26th." After that date passed, he again became unreachable. A third attempt by the detective to contact him also went unanswered. Throughout this entire process, we were patient, cooperative, and provided everything he requested. Despite this, the services we paid for were never completed, and he has never refunded the $2,250 we paid in advance. We originally got a detective involved because of the sensitive information we shared with him, which included our children's information. Kyle's public reply to my wife's review is misleading, evasive, and entirely inconsistent with the documented timeline of events, including the multiple times he stopped communicating until law enforcement reached out. His statement that information was "insufficient" is simply not true, and it does not explain months of disappearing, ignoring messages, or failing to complete work he was paid for. We now to hired (and paid) a new accountant to complete our filings, something Kyle repeatedly promised to do but never did. Kyle: When can we expect the refund for the work you failed to complete? We will continue to pursue this until the funds are returned and the matter is fully resolved. Consumers deserve to know what they may be walking into. We hired KFN Accounting & Financial, LLC to prepare our 2024 business and personal tax returns. At the beginning, Kyle was attentive, communicative, and appeared to be a strong fit for our business needs. We paid his invoice in November 2025 in the amount of $2,250. After payment, communication became extremely difficult. Weeks would go by without any response to calls, emails, or messages. At one point, we went approximately three weeks with no contact from him at all. Due to the complete lack of communication and the sensitive financial information he had access to, we filed a police report with our local police department. Only after law enforcement contacted him did he respond. KFN eventually completed our business tax return toward the end of the year. He informed us that he would then use the K‑1 to complete our personal tax return. Despite stating he would be available and follow through, he again stopped responding entirely. We were forced to have the detective reach out a second time. KFN replied briefly, stating that filings were "frozen until January 26th." We waited until after that date and attempted to contact him again, but he once again became unreachable. The detective attempted to contact him a third time with no success. We have been patient and cooperative throughout this process. Despite paying in full and despite his repeated assurances, KFN has failed to complete the services we hired him for and has repeatedly disappeared for long periods of time. At this point, he has completely stopped communicating, and we are now forced to hire a new accountant to complete our tax filings. We are extremely frustrated and concerned that other consumers may experience the same issues.
