I was told it would be looked into. I did not receive any follow up. After calling again I was told "the system made an error" and nothing could be done to honor the quoted rates. I called State Farm corporate office, and leaned that the rep at Jeff Smith's office had entered the data incorrectly into their system, and had mis-quoted the policy. No only was this a costly error, but the woman I at Jeff's office that made the error offered no apology or admission to her error. I'd never trust this office.

His questionnaire will ask you if you would be willing to use a different broker, so I wondered if this could be just a way for him to poach clients under the guise of being helpful and funnel them to his friends. So not helpful, David. Note also that on his website he publishes $100-$500 for a review but in reality won't commit to that up front. Stay far away.
