If he's busy, just say so! But don't request all our very personal, identity documents then fall off the grid. Very very unsettling and more importantly HIGHLY unprofessional. I was looking forward to working with him! But seems like professional maturity and stability is highly lacking, beware. Now we are being slapped with a $490 late fine by IRS. We even paid extra for IRS follow up queries which this person and H&R Block are supposed to help with but repeated emails and texts go unanswered. I guess since they are culpable for this fine now they are giving us the silent treatment. They charged us so much to file for our personal as well as LLC yet they are incompetent to do the one job they are supposed to do. Beware before you go to them and Ryan Lee in particular.
