Don't bother at this place, they were constantly out of food that is listed on the menu. Customer service stinks.

They rule! I've never had a bad experience here. The workers put in an honest day. 5/5 recommend

Not a bad place, but the drive-through takes long and I once got an expired bag of Doritos.

Dave's is a lot like Raising Cane's, but with the ability to customize the spice level of the chicken. I opted for Dave's #3 ($13.99) so I could try both a slider and a solo tender. The pieces of chicken were very good. They had a nice exterior crisp covered in a flavorful heat, with a juicy, tender, pull apart inside. While I preferred the sandwich, it definitely could have used more slaw. As far as portions...for me, two sliders is likely too much, but I think I'd be unsatisfied with one, so the #3 was a good option. Similar to Cane's, the fries are crinkle cut. I prefer the dusting of seasoning on the Dave's fries, as I find Cane's to be overly salty. I do wish they had more options for sides...for instance, a nice refreshing cucumber salad, potato salad, cold bean salad, etc. would be great with that chicken. I happily dipped my extra tender and fries in the Dave's side sauce...no need for ketchup, though they do offer it. Interestingly, a new Raising Cane's is scheduled to open right around the corner from Dave's...bring on the chicken wars...I'm rooting for you Dave!

Chili's is hard to find around me. This time I ordered from their new kiosks....and it didn't even print my receipt out, but whatever my order was in on the screen. None of hte workers knew what to do about the machine and lack of a receipt but it didn't bother my order. This location also has a new tv screen with order status based on the platform you ordered from. Helpful. We got the usual, a couple of #2 combos. One of them I got one sandiwch mild and the other spicy but both of them tasted mild or something...it had zero heat at all. Funny thing is, the color of the sandwiches looked normal from all of my many previous orders, but flavor wise, they tasted the same. Weird. Still enjoyed them. The mozzarella sticks - I ordered a 5 pack. I can tell you size wise, they are very similar to the Chili's sticks. The crunch on these from Dave's was crunchier IMHO. However, the cheese is packed less densely here vs Chilis. The cheese pull is just as good on this first try, despite less cheese inside. When I ordered the 5 pack, it allowed only ONE spice level option. I wish I could've gotten some medium and some spicy etc. Not very sharing friendly. The staff was super friendly as usual. No problem getting my order and extra sauce packets etc. The place continues to look clean and well maintained. This location and framingham are my 2 fave locations for Dave's.

I think I waited 10 minutes to be served. I think the thing to do is call in your order rather than waiting for the chicken tenders to be prepared. They have high ceilings with lots of windows so the place is really bright. There is plenty of of seating. The shape of the restaurant is such that there is seating separated from the main dining area so there is more seating than meats the eye. I would return.

Although it straight up looks like a dive / hole in the wall, the staff was super friendly and there were people coming in and out as we waited for our order. A lot of interesting choices. Jamaican beef patty with cheese was surprisingly quite good. The chicken itself was made really well. Crispy outside juicy inside. Good seasoning. Curly fries were made well. We asked for cheese on it and that was the only downside we found. Cheese wasn't heated up so it was like lukewarm cheez whiz on top of what probably was at one point crispy hot curly fries. Mashed potatoes were ok. It wasn't anything special. It was a lot of food at an affordable price. Would be interested in trying some of the fried fish options someday. Pretty solid place for fried chicken!

So in a way I have a little bit of a taste for this. I purchased the three-piece chicken and fries combo, but I opted for potato wedges of fries because I am biased towards those over fries. The chicken tasted like it was brined (which is a good thing). The outside of the chicken was nice and crunchy as expected and very light. Not too oily, and the spice that was used in the breading was light as well. Definitely doesn't have the herbs and spices taste as one might be accustomed to, but it got the job done. The potato wedges were my favorite part of the meal because the outside was truly crispy and not burnt and seasoned well. Typically, I would eat these with ketchup or ranch, but luckily, I was happy with eating them as they came. If you're searching for an alternative to KFC, this is a good spot, but that's not to say KFC is better. The seating area is small and this is more of a takeout joint than anything else. Happily, the staff were very friendly also.
