I don't usually write reviews, but I was so impressed that this place really deserves one. I stopped by right when they opened at 7 a.m. and ordered a Whopper with cheese and a large onion ring. This is honestly perfect for night shift workers--having a solid burger option that early in the morning is a big plus. More fast-food places should take notes. The food looked great and tasted even better. Everything was fresh and really well made. If I had to nitpick, the only downside is the price--it was about $14 for the meal. But honestly, if it tastes this good, it feels worth it. I used to hate this place, but not anymore. Definitely coming back. Good job! read more

Filthy and rude. The self serve soda machine was filthy with flies flying all over it. They didn't give us our drink cups and missing our sauce - which was no problem- it's was how we were treated when asked for them. Also, there were no cup lids and no ice. Every table was dirty. We had to wipe our table so we could sit down. When I asked for our cups she glared at me and walked away to get them. When asked for lids and ice they were so rude, rolled their eyes and acted like were putting them out. I had to ask for my sauce 3 times before I received it and they were rude about it as well. The place was empty. There was four employee that we saw. No one was cleaning and all acted like we were bothering them. The place is disgustingly dirty, flies everywhere, and employees are so rude. The whole floor was sticky! I will never return and I highly suggest the same to anyone else. I would give zero stars if that was an option. You ask how we could improve? Clean your restaurant and keep up with it. Train your employees to give good services and not to be so rude. Ever since the recent remodel, the interior of this business makes you feel like they don't want you there. You can only order via the self-serve kiosks, which takes 3 times longer than it would take to give your order to a human. And then it takes 3 times as long to get your food compared to the drive -thru. And when they appear from the back room to hand you your food, they always seem to give you an attitude. Bring back the old BK! Or at least for the 10 seconds of human interaction, please try to have some personality that doesn't make me feel unwanted every time I go here! read more

Half the time I get my complete order and when I do it never really taste freshly made (am I just going at the wrong time?). The other half of the time they always are forgetting something and that's after they repeat my order back to me!! Wow! Really much rather the money/time/effort that went into renovating that location to making sure the quality of the food and services are at least whats expected. Food is consistent. You always know what you'll get. But the employees informing me "you rule" is way too much. I don't need a third party telling me how rad I am. This is equal parts embarrassing and dehumanizing. Making your employees say that to your customers is a bad experience. You pay these people absolutely nothing and expect them to humiliate themselves to assist customers. This practice is disingenuous, lame, and cringe. This is the second time I've been there in the last 2 weeks and the manager ray is so rude !!!! Throwing things cussing up a storm !"Fuck this place ,I don't even give a shit they can wait"! Then the second time tonight we went there the drive through and wouldn't give me any sauce at all with my order and was so mean and rude to us ,completely dismissed us and told us to keep driving !!! Once again they left something out of my order. Went through the drive through with the family and ordered two meals and some assorted foods. Of course they forgot one of the sandwiches from one of the meals. Because the lines are long and I didn't want to wait again we let it go. OK I admit I don't really care for it but like most fast food, my kids do. Was out with the kids who wanted to stop. I haven't been in a Burger King in a while. While my youngest got her traditional cheeseburger, i was a little surprised by my middle child. She ordered mac and cheese and a cookie dough pie. Who knew. Placed an order online for delivery and was missing one whole meal and onion rings which totaled out to $21. Tried calling the phone number to the store and it goes straight to voicemail. Ended up having to call Corporate Customer Relations and they are going to refund our money, but one member in the house does not have a meal. The delivery does not wait for someone to pickup the delivery, but just drops the bag at the door and leaves. Very dissatisfied especially for the price that you pay for it. I can get better food from a local restaurant for much cheaper. read more

If I could give you 0 stars, I would. Every time I order chicken nuggets there, you guys never give me the correct quantity, it's always less. Also, I can't tell you how many times I NEVER get the sauce I ask for. There have been times where I drive home and notice it, then times where I look during drive-thru and times where you guys make me sit outside for 10 minutes waiting and STILL DONT get the sauce I ask for. Worst BK around. I go here if McDonald's is too busy which it always is around 8pm. The food is ALWAYS cold, you have Webster morons working here that have no clue what they're doing. The orders are always wrong. The place inside is a complete dump and outdated. This place needs to be bulldozed and have a Red Robin or something. If you're really in the mood for some BK, it's worth the extra 10-15 minutes drive to the one in BK which is much better. Avoid this place like the plague read more

Worst Burger King I've been to out of 4 states I have lived, I was making an order for 2 croissant-wich sandwiches, there was no long line in the drive thru, but the line was slightly between long and small in the dining room, it took about 10 minutes for my order to be ready, other people waited just about as long or more, and they did not have any big orders. I am never coming to this restaurant again, & I encourage anyone to take their business somewhere where their business is appreciated. :( read more

Full of morons, ordered 2 rodeo burgers 1 chicken rodeo burger, and a spicy chicken sandwich with no mayo and added cheese. Got 3 out of 4 sandwiches wrong. Chicken sandwich has extra mayo and no cheese, chicken rodeo burger had no onion rings or BBQ sauce and has some weird spicy mayo. And completely gave a cheeseburger instead of a rodeo burger. Not to mention the fries were cold and we had to run back in to get a missing burger. Should have stuck to mcdonalds. read more

When they take the time to heat up the breakfast sandwich it's good, but when they rush the thing out the window to you, and it's ice cold IT'S AWFUL!! Also just noticed on my bank statement that the location in Webster Mass is processing my card through another location located in North Smithfield Rhode Island. Is that even legal? How can I be eating at the Burger King in Webster Mass, and my card is processed there at that location, but it shows up on my bank statement as North Smithfield Rhode Island? Wouldn't that be depriving the state of Massachusetts out of their meals tax? I thought someone had gotten my card information, and was using my card illegally so I canceled my card, and then come to find out it is Burger King playing some foot loose games with their accounting and card processing.
