ZERO STARS. Seriously don't come here…read more We order breakfast via the mobile app. We arrive at the store, their coffee machine is down. We paid extra for the coffees we ordered and they can't do anything about it. Unless we cancel our order and redo it. Okay. The app won't let us cancel it because they have already started our order per their computer system. And now it's past breakfast ordering time for the app, so I wouldn't be able to replace my order anyway. They ask us for substitutions for drinks, and every drink we try to order, they are out of or it's not working. So now we lost the cost of our drinks entirely, along with that extra charge for the iced coffees. Once we got it home, the food order was completely wrong on the inside of the burritos, we were missing two orders of nacho cheese (so now I'm out even more money, those sides aren't cheap) and it tasted awful. The manager was a straight B WORD and said she couldn't do anything unless we drive up there and waste even more gas and time. Our food is way past cold as it is. I don't ever complain at needing some sort of compensation, but I should've gotten at least something free. This is insane. I should've saved the gas driving there and the money on the food, and just cooked at home. It's insane to me that every review from current to over three years ago have been 1 star. I guess I should've looked at that first before going. Management needs to step up their game or get off the court!
