I tried this KFC/Taco Bell location because it is right off of the exit from I-20. As we are still in a pandemic, I understandably knew that the drive-thru would have a number of cars in line. I ordered the 12-piece family meal. I was advised by the cashier that they were out of coleslaw. So I opted for mashed potatoes and corn. After ordering, the line moved steadily. I got to the window, made my payment...then waited. It was 10 minutes before the young lady came to the window and asked me to pull forward. She advised that my order would be brought out to me because they were waiting on the corn. 10 more minutes later, my order was brought out. Made it home and opened the bag....why was the chicken burnt? Why were the biscuits hard enough to play ice hockey with? And why was the corn not even warm? It is bad enough that food of franchise locations, within the Villa Rica and Carrollton area, taste nothing like other franchise locations in Georgia. But to have burnt chicken, hard biscuits and cold vegetables means that someone was not paying attention and did not care to follow company protocol. Colonel Sanders would be disappointed. read more

we ordered the 12 piece Chicken - Variety Bucket, Extra Crispy through the ap. We went to pick up the order, got home there were not any breasts and it was half crispy, half original. Went back to the store, they told us they were out of breasts!!! Why not let us know when we get there to pick up the order so we can cancel the order or get something else. I ended up getting the Pretzel Bacon Pub Chicken Sandwich from Wendy's which was delicious. I contacted customer service and they informed me I would get the full refund of $29.95. Well, I get an email that night say I would get a refund of $14.96 plus bonus points in my account. I replied I do not want the $14.96 refund, I want the entire $29.95 refund. We shall see what happens. UPDATE: Called KFC Customer Service expressing my displeasure with the order I received. I advised them I want the full refund not the $14.96 and 500 bonus points in my account because I will not be going back. She referred the case back to the store again for the refund!!! She said someone from the store will be contacting me through my email or phone call for the remaining $14.99 to be refunded! Customer service cannot authorize the refund. I better have a call or email saying I will get the remaining $14.99 refunded or I will pay a visit to the store. Believe me, they do not want me to visit them. read more

I placed an online order at the Villa Rica location. The receipt stated checked and rechecked for accuracy. How can you not know 3 pieces of chicken does not equal 7. I ordered a 2 piece and a 5 piece. Why did I get a 3 piece. I went to this location which is out of my way because of the incompetent folks at the Douglasville location only to receive the same service. I went back to the location because they don't/didn't answer their phone. I got no apology from 3 different people- ... not a care in the world that I wasted 80 minutes of my day going back and forth because someone couldn't do their job correctly. If you don't want to work QUIT. The order was documented and printed correctly - so what's/ who's the problem???? I'll wait. The first agent on the phone offered a full refund. 2 offered a partial refund and when requesting a supervisor he hung up. WOW. read more

This the best kfc in ga there fast , there clean n care with respect. The GM Is so nice and the worker are the best sine the remodel.

Drive thru person was rude!! Once I got to the window and paid, she disappeared until one of the dining room people took over.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! The wings they said would take 10 minutes. 40 minutes later I still don't have them. I came and the lady at the counter was talking to a "friend". The employees were laughing and hanging out in an office or room toward the front. They acted like we were crazy asking for our food or a refund. Plenty of attitude. They should all be fired!!!! read more

This was the absolute worst experience at a KFC in 50 yrs. We had just flown into GA from AZ. On our way to the hotel we decided to grab a couple of dinners for the room we had several choices but chose the Colonel. The restaurant was filthy, the employees obviously had little training and didn't seem to care. 22 mins for 2 three piece boxes and after 16 minutes I was told that they were out of tenders. Gone downhill would be an understatement. read more

This place is awful! Waited for 45 mins for food, when we got our food the drinks were not correct there were no sauces in the bag. When I got back to work the hard tacos were all crumbled up so they had to eat their hard tacos as a taco salad. Awful awful experience will not be back After how many years of not going to this kfc/Taco Bell I attempt to go back again! Wow it has gotten worse...the worst customer service ever not to mention the one lady working was rather rude. I'm sure she hated her job but if you don't like your job find a new one! There are not many restaurants in town that don't give some kind of police discounts when asking her about it she gave us a "look" and said NO! Chicken was so hard tasted like had been sitting for days under the warmer! Potatoes were cold ugh just gross read more

Workers can't read simple instructions and i got mashed potatoes instead of mac and cheese which im allergic to mashed potatoes and i tried called 8 times and let it ring for about 3 minutes each time and got no one to answer. Worst place ever in the history of restaurants. Pulled up an entire lot full to wait on food. Then the children in window were rude. I wanted to fight them. This place is terrible. Dirty throughout, slow, and rude. You have to basically yell for help to get folks off their phone. Excuse from a 25 minute eat-in order time was short-staffed, but plenty of folks behind the counter chatting it up. Chicken was raw and soggy, and also torn up very bad. The Taco Bell side was just as awful. Plain tacos had lettuce in them, cheese had hard clumps, and refried beans in burrito smelled awful. Stay away. read more

Lobby full of people not being served because they have one register open out of three. People coming in tossing their drive thru orders back on the counter because they're wrong. Out of lids. Out of tea. Cooks tossing food on the counter and calling out the order number, but nobody knows their order number because the cashier gave no one a receipt. Everything prepared "to-go" so we can't even see what's in the box. Typical understaffed and disorganized fast food disaster. read more

I was traveling across country, so I was not being real strict on what I eat. I needed to stop and take a break and decided to get some food. I drove past a Popeyes, to get to this KFC location. I know KFC has went downhill over the years, but I wanted a piece of original recipe, chicken, and mashed potatoes and gravy, looking for the feelings of my childhood and having KFC with my grandparents. I think everybody should come to this KFC, to experience one of the worst restaurants I've been in quite a while. They sell biscuits and corn, which I got with my meal. So of course I asked for butter, as what self-respecting southern doesn't put butter on biscuits and corn? The employee proceeded to tell me he didn't remember where the butter was. I said you don't remember where the butter is? Does the manager remember where the butter is? The woman working the drive-through said we don't have butter. I said you don't have butter? I shook my head and started turning to walk away when the manager comes around the corner and ask me what's the problem? I said nothing, however, if she reads it, the answer is your crappy restaurant, we spent almost $13 for three pieces of chicken and two sides, don't have butter for corn and biscuits, your employees are lost, and you are rude. there are so many better restaurants even at this interstate exit, I regret I walked into yours. read more

HORRIBLE! Should have known when we were waiting on our order and a previous customer came in and threw his bag of food down asking for a refund. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after 30 minutes waiting and our order wrong twice we gave up. I am so very disappointed in TacoBell/KFC in Villa Rica. I understand the drive thru and call in only. But I do not understand the comete filthy conditions of their lobby! That fried to order is a lie. I ordered at the drive thru and while pulling out of the parking lot checked my order. The chicken littles had tenders on them that were black due to being fried in old grease. Our sandwiches were the same way. The sandwiches did not have a chicken patty on them like the commercial shows. Instead there were 2 tenders. I pulled back in and went inside for a refund. Had I gone in to start with I would have never ordered food. The workers in the kitchen were walking around kicking trash as they walked. There was so much debris on the floor. Every surface I could see was filthy. There was a gallon container of "Outdoor Cleaner" on one of the counters next to food. I saw NOT one glove on anyone. It is a shame that what used to be a great restaurant has become a dismal place run by people who don't have what it takes to do a good job or to even care. read more

The evening started out great. Hubby and I went for a drive on the motorcycle and was going to make a run to the Walmart in the area, however come to find out the battery died and we could not complete our mission. In the interim of waiting for our ride, we got hungry. We went to what we thought was a safe place, KFC. Not so safe. We left our motorcycle on the side of the road and walked to the location which was not far. We noticed that there were lines of cars waiting in the drive thru and thought it was because the food was great, but we shortly found that that was not the case. We waited about 10 minutes to have our order taken. I must say that the young lady working the drive-thru was on point. Others within the restaurant, not so much. The cashier, I believe was still new because there was a shift leader or manager that pointed out to him things that he forgot to do. Team work was noticeable, but it was still slow. This was a Wednesday and I just knew that it was not going to be that busy, but boy was I wrong. The cashier was helping fix the orders. There were about 5 team members working and it still wasn't enough. Door dashers were waiting a good 10 minutes for an order and I would say that occurred 3 times while we were there. Our order was mixed up and they ended up giving us more, but what good is it if it is not that great. Everyone and I mean everyone had a wait of it seemed easily 10 minutes or more. We will not be back that is for sure. read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would. On Saturday 8/31/19 at 5:30pm, me and my girlfriend ordered through drive thru. After each item she requested, the employee sighed loudly into the headset. Lastly , we ordered a coke zero which they didn't have. "Does a diet pepsi work?" We said yes. The employee chuckled and called my girlfriend a dumbass loud enough for us to hear. We pull up to the window - a large, tall, stocky man, who I think is the manager, is standing there with his coworker - they're both looking at us - handing us our food with attitude. I ask him "were you the one taking our order?" He said yes. I asked him "Did you just call my girlfriend a dumbass?" He pretended not to hear me, I had to repeat myself 3 times before he acknowledged my question and nonchalantly answered "no ma'am I don't curse so it wasn't me". We were both very certain that he said that. He leaned over to our car, told us that if we wanted to start a fight, we had to go somewhere else. After a few minutes of arguing we asked for ranch. He said they didn't have ranch. We repeated "Let us get some ranch" and he handed it to us as he said "deuces, deuces", and waved at us dismissively. In addition to this, we didn't get what we ordered. I ordered a chicken burrito with lettuce and guacamole - what I got was a half-filled tortilla without what I requested. The bag was filthy and covered in grease from our KFC order. I am never going here again (except when I go there to point his ass out) and I've never experienced customer service as bad as this. Shame. read more

The lady running the drive thru had me repeat everything several times (and I speak super clearly) . This store was absolutely awful! They did not read back our order or anything it was a mess. We ordered 3 mini chicken quesadillas, 4 cheesy roll ups, a triple layer nacho no beans no red sauce and 2 nacho tacos. The total was over 14 bucks. We got the food and went off on our way! There was a long BLUE HAIR in the cheesy roll up, my husband bit it! Whoever was making the food needs to be wearing a hair net or leave her fake hair at home!!! We also did not have nacho tacos but DORITOS LOCOS tacos gross!! How do you mess up that bad?? We went to review our reciept to see if they charged for it and we had the merchant copy of the reciept! I am very unhappy we were unable to eat any of the food after that hair. We were in the next city over and couldn't go back! 14 dollars wasted and still hungry. This place needs to be shut down. The customer service here is probably the worst in town. Just recently I went through the drive thru at KFC/Taco Bell, and, of course, they got my order wrong. When I went inside to correct, no one acknowledged me standing at the counter. 15 minutes later the lady at drive thru came over, as if I was bothering her, my order supposedly corrected but it was still wrong. Horrible Taco Bell. Waited forever in the drive thru line. When they handed me my food they did not include: fork, napkins, sauce, or the drink I ordered. I had to ask for each of these. The food was correct but was probably the worst food from any Taco Bell I've been to. Rice had no flavor. Fritos burrito tasted so old and stale, especially the Fritos inside. Disgusting. Couldn't finish it. read more

This place is literally the worst location that you could go to. I am currently in line waiting on my order. I've been waiting for 40 minutes. As soon as I got up to the window to pay, the lady took my money and have me my drinks and asked me to "wait and go park in one of those spots". An employ came up to my car after about 20 minutes of waiting with a bag of food that was not mine. She walked back into the restaurant and has yet to return. There have also been about 5 other cars parked next to me(waiting also) and they have all left before me. I don't know why this location ALWAYS has such terrible customer service/food but it's not okay. If you are looking to eat at taco bell or kfc, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I would never recommend this location to anyone. read more
