I placed an online order at the Villa Rica location. The receipt stated checked and rechecked for accuracy. How can you not know 3 pieces of chicken does not equal 7. I ordered a 2 piece and a 5 piece. Why did I get a 3 piece. I went to this location which is out of my way because of the incompetent folks at the Douglasville location only to receive the same service. I went back to the location because they don't/didn't answer their phone. I got no apology from 3 different people- ... not a care in the world that I wasted 80 minutes of my day going back and forth because someone couldn't do their job correctly. If you don't want to work QUIT. The order was documented and printed correctly - so what's/ who's the problem???? I'll wait. I was traveling across country, so I was not being real strict on what I eat. I needed to stop and take a break and decided to get some food. I drove past a Popeyes, to get to this KFC location. I know KFC has went downhill over the years, but I wanted a piece of original recipe, chicken, and mashed potatoes and gravy, looking for the feelings of my childhood and having KFC with my grandparents. I think everybody should come to this KFC, to experience one of the worst restaurants I've been in quite a while. They sell biscuits and corn, which I got with my meal. So of course I asked for butter, as what self-respecting southern doesn't put butter on biscuits and corn? The employee proceeded to tell me he didn't remember where the butter was. I said you don't remember where the butter is? Does the manager remember where the butter is? The woman working the drive-through said we don't have butter. I said you don't have butter? I shook my head and started turning to walk away when the manager comes around the corner and ask me what's the problem? I said nothing, however, if she reads it, the answer is your crappy restaurant, we spent almost $13 for three pieces of chicken and two sides, don't have butter for corn and biscuits, your employees are lost, and you are rude. there are so many better restaurants even at this interstate exit, I regret I walked into yours. read more

Excuse from a 25 minute eat-in order time was short-staffed, but plenty of folks behind the counter chatting it up. Chicken was raw and soggy, and also torn up very bad. The Taco Bell side was just as awful. Plain tacos had lettuce in them, cheese had hard clumps, and refried beans in burrito smelled awful. Stay away. read more

I tried this KFC/Taco Bell location because it is right off of the exit from I-20. As we are still in a pandemic, I understandably knew that the drive-thru would have a number of cars in line. I ordered the 12-piece family meal. I was advised by the cashier that they were out of coleslaw. So I opted for mashed potatoes and corn. After ordering, the line moved steadily. I got to the window, made my payment...then waited. It was 10 minutes before the young lady came to the window and asked me to pull forward. She advised that my order would be brought out to me because they were waiting on the corn. 10 more minutes later, my order was brought out. Made it home and opened the bag....why was the chicken burnt? Why were the biscuits hard enough to play ice hockey with? And why was the corn not even warm? It is bad enough that food of franchise locations, within the Villa Rica and Carrollton area, taste nothing like other franchise locations in Georgia. That fried to order is a lie. I ordered at the drive thru and while pulling out of the parking lot checked my order. The chicken littles had tenders on them that were black due to being fried in old grease. Our sandwiches were the same way. The sandwiches did not have a chicken patty on them like the commercial shows. Instead there were 2 tenders. I pulled back in and went inside for a refund. Had I gone in to start with I would have never ordered food. The workers in the kitchen were walking around kicking trash as they walked. There was so much debris on the floor. Every surface I could see was filthy. There was a gallon container of "Outdoor Cleaner" on one of the counters next to food. I saw NOT one glove on anyone. The evening started out great. Hubby and I went for a drive on the motorcycle and was going to make a run to the Walmart in the area, however come to find out the battery died and we could not complete our mission. In the interim of waiting for our ride, we got hungry. We went to what we thought was a safe place, KFC. Not so safe. We left our motorcycle on the side of the road and walked to the location which was not far. We noticed that there were lines of cars waiting in the drive thru and thought it was because the food was great, but we shortly found that that was not the case. We waited about 10 minutes to have our order taken. I must say that the young lady working the drive-thru was on point. Others within the restaurant, not so much. The cashier, I believe was still new because there was a shift leader or manager that pointed out to him things that he forgot to do. Team work was noticeable, but it was still slow. This was a Wednesday and I just knew that it was not going to be that busy, but boy was I wrong. The cashier was helping fix the orders. There were about 5 team members working and it still wasn't enough. Door dashers were waiting a good 10 minutes for an order and I would say that occurred 3 times while we were there. Our order was mixed up and they ended up giving us more, but what good is it if it is not that great. Everyone and I mean everyone had a wait of it seemed easily 10 minutes or more. If I could give it 0 stars I would. On Saturday 8/31/19 at 5:30pm, me and my girlfriend ordered through drive thru. After each item she requested, the employee sighed loudly into the headset. Lastly , we ordered a coke zero which they didn't have. "Does a diet pepsi work?" We said yes. The employee chuckled and called my girlfriend a dumbass loud enough for us to hear. We pull up to the window - a large, tall, stocky man, who I think is the manager, is standing there with his coworker - they're both looking at us - handing us our food with attitude. I ask him "were you the one taking our order?" He said yes. I asked him "Did you just call my girlfriend a dumbass?" He pretended not to hear me, I had to repeat myself 3 times before he acknowledged my question and nonchalantly answered "no ma'am I don't curse so it wasn't me". We were both very certain that he said that. He leaned over to our car, told us that if we wanted to start a fight, we had to go somewhere else. After a few minutes of arguing we asked for ranch. He said they didn't have ranch. We repeated "Let us get some ranch" and he handed it to us as he said "deuces, deuces", and waved at us dismissively. In addition to this, we didn't get what we ordered. I ordered a chicken burrito with lettuce and guacamole - what I got was a half-filled tortilla without what I requested. The bag was filthy and covered in grease from our KFC order. I am never going here again (except when I go there to point his ass out) and I've never experienced customer service as bad as this. This place has such poor service . If you're needing chicken 2 other places are just down the street and much better . The chicken bowl was just fill with crunchy non meat pieces. They failed to provide us with forks and /or spoons , we had 2 dishes requiring this. They also didnt give our complete order with something's missing . The lady running the drive thru had me repeat everything several times (and I speak super clearly) . To top it all off i didnt get a receipt probably because they knew I would call in and give them a poor review that way too . Good luck with this location filled with rude people . This store was absolutely awful! They did not read back our order or anything it was a mess. We ordered 3 mini chicken quesadillas, 4 cheesy roll ups, a triple layer nacho no beans no red sauce and 2 nacho tacos. The total was over 14 bucks. We got the food and went off on our way! There was a long BLUE HAIR in the cheesy roll up, my husband bit it! Whoever was making the food needs to be wearing a hair net or leave her fake hair at home!!! We also did not have nacho tacos but DORITOS LOCOS tacos gross!! How do you mess up that bad?? We went to review our reciept to see if they charged for it and we had the merchant copy of the reciept! I am very unhappy we were unable to eat any of the food after that hair. We were in the next city over and couldn't go back! 14 dollars wasted and still hungry. This place needs to be shut down. Horrible Taco Bell. Waited forever in the drive thru line. When they handed me my food they did not include: fork, napkins, sauce, or the drink I ordered. I had to ask for each of these. This place is literally the worst location that you could go to. I am currently in line waiting on my order. I've been waiting for 40 minutes. As soon as I got up to the window to pay, the lady took my money and have me my drinks and asked me to "wait and go park in one of those spots". An employ came up to my car after about 20 minutes of waiting with a bag of food that was not mine. She walked back into the restaurant and has yet to return. There have also been about 5 other cars parked next to me(waiting also) and they have all left before me. I hope that someone in a position to make a change eventually reads these reviews. This store only gets one star because they were open late night. However late night was only 9:37pm. I went there after being in the road for 9 hours from Indiana. The store was, and always is, messy. I wanted Taco Bell not KFC which shares the same review as far as I have experienced. We told the young lady that our order was to be eaten at the restaurant. Once we ordered we were informed that when we got our food they would let us out because they close at 10:00 pm. I asked did we have to leave to which the reply was "well we close at 10:00 ". I ordered the big nacho box and of course true to fashion it was missing guacamole. This store is always out of something chicken or toppings. I have been attempting to give this store the benefit of the doubt but they always fall in the same place , SHORT. The employees have a mentality that will not allow for this store to be successful. We heard the employees on several occasions say just tell them we are out of it. It reflected lazy employees that didn't want to dirty the pots to make customers happy. It would've been at least a little better if the food was good and hot but that was not the case.
