I ordered the four fingers dinner via DoorDash. DoorDash did a wonderful job. I received my meal within 10 minutes at the Holiday Inn express. The meal left a lot to be desired though. Apparently they have little chickens here with little fingers. These chicken fingers were the smallest I've ever seen. They're about 1/3 the size of the chicken pieces that you get at raising Cane's chicken. They neglected to put a spoon or fork in with my order to use to eat the coleslaw. I managed to use the fries to dip the coleslaw. Not so bad. I guess the toast that they included in the order was buttered with something horrible. It was either bad butter or margarine or whatever it was was rancid tasty you could not even chew mouthful of it, I had to spit it out. Overall, DoorDash did great, Zaxby's did horrible. I don't believe I'll be ordering anything from them anytime soon, or more likely not ever. read more

Got there and was already backed up, we ordered our food after waiting in line for what felt like forever. After about 30 minutes we got our food, which was cold, missing something and just overall not good. The workers were very slow and the environment wasn't even clean. Very unpleasant do not go to this zaxbys youre better off going to carrolton. read more

Usually I love cobb salads, and I was really looking forward to eating a nice Cobb salad WITH EGG but there was one small issue NO EGG was found in my salad so maybe you should double check your toppings on salads Also my dear brother ordered EXTRA pico on his chipotle ranch tacos extra means more but they took it as none ALSO you should check your soda machine because it taste like butt and it could kill people because it's just syrup. Thank you :) read more

Do not pull up here. Pulled up twice, waited for 45 minutes plus in the driveway with no sign of movement so dipped out twice. Once I was able to order but never got to the window because we were tired of waiting. It's just the people they have working, they need to work as a team plus get their shit together read more

This was my second time trying Zaxby's since I'm from the northeast, I don't have Zaxby's near me. The food was great. I ordered the Zax Snak meal, which is 3 tenders, fries, and garlic toast. Everything was hot and crispy with plenty of flavor. The Zax Sauce was good as well, it was like Chick Fil A sauce, but more spicy. The dining room was very well decorated, and was pretty modern. The only complaint I have is that the dining room was a little dirty. The employees could certainly spend a little extra time cleaning up after people. Overall a great experience and anytime I'm down south, I'll hit up Zaxby's for sure! read more

DO NOT go here if you expect the food to be right. They always forget things and never really try to make the food good quality. And their drinks are God awful. It's basically just syrup water with no carbonation which, by the way, is really really bad for you. And not to mention the people! Tonight in particular, the person taking our order didn't even acknowledge us. We asked a couple times if they were open to which they finally responded with a snarky, "Just order." And at the window the workers took our card and just didn't say anything. I really do not recommend this zaxbys at all. read more

2nd time visiting this location. Food is always foods and customer service is good as well. I did order fried spicy mushrooms but was given regular, not a big deal. The drive-thru is always pretty fast no matter how long the line is. read more

Don't expect this place to ever get your order right. The girl on the speaker repeated my order to me three times and the kitchen still messed it up. Happens every time. read more

I stopped in for a quick bite on the way to a HS Football game and I did not get that! Slowest Zaxby's I have ever been to. I was second in line to order and had to wait 23 minutes to get my five chicken finger plate. They were out of cole slaw (???) and I am glad I drink sweet tea as you were out of luck if you wanted to get a Coke or Dr. Pepper from the Coca Cola Freestyle machine as it was out. As I was waiting, the cashier had to search for a customer who had ordered a couple of the new chicken phillys as they had run out of the fixings to make the sandwich. When I did get my food, the chicken was piping hot but the fries (extra fries since no cole slaw) were barely warm. The food was up to Zaxby's standard and that's the only reason I am giving this Zaxby's a 3 star rating. I don't like giving bad reviews but I suggest that you find some other option when passing through Villa Rica as this location has a lot of issues to address. I know that Zaxby's can get really busy, but the "rush" here was not a heavy one and they simply could not prepared to handle it from a food stock or an employee situation. read more

Worst location to order from! They have NEVER gotten my order right and the food quality and quantity is a joke! The manager is Extremely rude and unprofessional. Waiting for a response from corporate to address this location in hopes that they can train their employees better as well as the manager. Please save yourself from the disappointment and headache and order from another location unless you don't care about throwing your money down the drain. read more

Probably one of the cleanest zaxbys I have seen. Could be a seasonal thing, but can say this was a good experience with fast food today.

Just left drive through the worst service ever!! Food tasted old and it was LUNCH TIME I asked for extra crispy fries and they did nothing about it until I asked. Food was terrible the big Zax snack rolled in sweet and spicy looked like they barely sauced the chicken my nibbler meal bread tasted like it wasn't toasted I'm never going back to this location again! read more

Dont care about customer service at this restaurant. Ordered two sandwiches both were wrong. One i ordered no pickles due to allergy abd the proceed to put extra pickles and when i tell them im allergic they try to give me the same sandwich again after taking the pickles off. So after i tell them i need a NEW sandwich they just replace the top bun of it to make it seem like a fresh sandwich. DO NOT go to this zaxbys if you want people that care about you as a customer. Definitely will be contacting corporate about this experience. WHEN YOU MESS UP FOOD YOU MAKE IT AGAIN NOT JUST TAKE THE PICKLES OFF OF THE SANDWICH ESPECIALLY WHEN SOMEONE SAYS THEY ARE ALLERGIC read more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Me and my family had a bad run in with this location before but decided to give it another try. Attitude once I could even roll my window down before taking my order. Waited in line for over 10mins. Once I got my food which was 2Wings and Things i noticed the tenders and bread were missing once I got home. I returned to the restaurant to only be shorten the amount I was suppose to receive. I would not recommend this location to ANYONE. Coming from a Villa Rica resident! read more

Waited over 5 minutes at drive thru with only two other customers inside before walking inside. Lady cashier was very nice but I couldn't eat my loaded chicken fries until I took them home to warm up, I don't eat cold food. My husbands chicken sandwich was extremely dry and bun was burnt. We eat Zaxby's a few times a week but not from the Villa Rica location. Would not recommend this location. read more

Rating is too low in my opinion. Service was fast and food was fresh. Could be a little cleaner but the environment was overall pretty good.

So when I pulled up to the drive-through I tried to give my order four different times and they kept saying that they could not hear me so I cut my car off and tried to give my order again they said the speaker was going in and out so they asked me to pull around to the window. So I did it there was another car in front of me I sit there about five minutes I go to pull up to the window and a young lady came to the window and said we're closed, so I said but y'all asked me to pull around around to take my order because The speaker was going in and out she said yeah but we're closed. I was told by several people that Some employees at zaxbys will do that when it gets close to closing time. To me it's just rude you ask someone to pull around to take your order and you do it you sit there five minutes and they're going to tell you that they're closed. read more

The absolute worst Zaxby's I've ever been to. They have horrible service. No one wants to sit in a drive through for 45 min when there's hardly anymore in the drive through. An who in the world hires people when they roll their eyes at you and have an attitude because they don't know how to do their job. Do not recommend this Zaxby's. read more

Went in to get my food because drive thru was wrapped around building. The place was filthy! Bathrooms were disgusting. It's hard to eat in a place that dirty! read more

I love Zaxby's for fast food and always want to make sure I go at least once whenever i'm in the South. This was the first one we passed that was convenient to stop at headed to Alabama from the Atlanta airport. Like other reviewers said, the customer service here wasn't the best. But, I don't have high expectations for a fast food place with that. I like that they have the coke freestyle machine for drinks. The food was just as good as any other Zaxby's. I got the "big zax snack" with chicken fingers, fries and texas toast. All of those things are awesome. I especially like their fries. read more

I love Zaxby's and certainly hope this was an off day. My fries were stale and barely edible. Chicken fingers were ok. Zax sauce was good but I hate terrible fries. Friendly lady at the window and prompt service. read more

This zaxbys is by far the worst one I have ever been too. Starting out, the customer service is definitely lacking, with cashiers as well as managers. It took my husband and I nearly 20 minutes to finally get our food. Once we finally got it, the chicken was cold and the fries were stale. Don't see myself going back unless they get a new manager who knows how to run a restaurant. read more

Zaxbys wait time can often be slow but I appreciate that because it typically means food is fresh ! I had a very nice Zalad. Food was fresh but light on the bacon. I need more bacon. I'll keep this quick. I was not impressed. Stopped in when I was on the road to ATL. The food was so salty and greasy it was uncomfortable to eat. It's not the same quality of other good zaxbys locations. Won't be back read more

In a year I have been here 4 times, not like going 2 times a week before I retired... every time is worse and worse with chicken. Over cooked like u would not imagine, tough, hard, dry-OMG. Every time I swore no more but kept trying but today is it. I got the smoke sandwich and it was so over cooked so thick on one side and thin in other. This sandwich was on looked like a kid bun, bad soured lettuce no condiment at all 2 wonderful pickles but stacked on bottom and little thin. I had not eaten all day and it was 3 pm- I could cry. My fries were 60% bottom pieces. Tea great, girl at window precious. No more ever my whole family has quit them.? read more

Before this visit to Villa Rica, I'd never heard of Zaxby's. So I had to find out what it was, and I was pretty excited to find a menu of solid chicken options - way more options than Raising Cane's, which is probably their most similar competitor. All of our group ordered some variation of chicken wings or chicken fingers. I got the boneless wings with original sauce, which wasn't as tangy as a traditional buffalo wing sauce but had nice flavor. The celery was a nice cut right from the heart. I was disappointed that they didn't have a blue cheese dipping sauce for the wings, since that's a classic pairing. I chose pasta salad for my other side, and it was okay, nothing special. The Texas toast, though, was good in a way that buttered bread rarely is. Crisp, flavorful, and a great wing accompaniment. I went back after my meal for a birthday cake milkshake and it was DIVINE. The shake had the flavor of cake batter with crunchy little sugar sprinkles, and it was topped with chocolate whipped cream. The entire nation is having a whipped cream shortage, and Zaxby's has rustled up chocolate whipped cream?! Magic, that's what this is. Final note: we were endlessly amused by the Zaxby's motto of "Real Chicken." I'm pretty sure their chicken is no more - or less - real than any other fast food joint's. But it did lead to saying, "What the actual chicken!?" in response to all sorts of situations. read more

Can't beat Zaxbys. This one is a little less crowded but still seems to take a long time to get your food.

I went thru the drive thru on Sunday, I ask for a simple Cobb salad, no onion. No bacon, they got that wrong plus the grill chicken was burn on one side. read more

Love zaxbys. Have been here many times and never had any issues. Clean and friendly place

"Indescribably good" should be changed to "indescribably greasy". Everything was too much....too greasy, too salty, over cooked. The girl at the window was very unhappy that I asked for ice and an extra sauce which I happily paid for, then did not get. I just do not think they will be a place I will frequent for anything other than tea. read more

Flavorless, oily, high priced.....nuff said. Waste your cash some place else.. not on these flavorless fingers...

Food was raw ( chicken ) Fries were old and the young girls were playing with their hair & war rings . Not a good experience .

This is my favorite place to get a salad, however this location is getting pretty bad. Every time I go something is missing on the salad, I have reported it but it continues to happen. You can't charge $8-9 for a salad and have McDonald's quality. Zaxbys used to be on the scale with Chic fil A, but not this one. read more
