ordered through the drive throug. asked what was included in a 3 pc chicken tenders meal. it took a while but was finally told I could get Mac and cheese instead of fries in a 5 pc chicken tenders meal. so management lied and said that's what I could do. I just agreed. they didn't ask me if I wanted dressing and no silverware included. food was mediocre. will not return to this location. read more

DO NOT EAT HERE. I'LL REPEAT MY SELF! DO NOT EAT HERE. This place is a disgrace to KFC and what it used to be. I remember KFC being an amazing place to eat as a family and enjoy the meal we'd share. But This particular KFC either needs to be put under an entire new management. Or simply just REPLACED with a different franchise. "Preferably SHAKE SHACK" The workers there are all Asian's and are extremely rude, unprofessional, Dismissive about your order and what you request. " like if you ask for no corn" they add it. Or if you asks for not lettuce or extra cheese etc. they will have you going home with a unpleasant meal ruining your entire day leaving you hungry and mad with a loss of appetite. They lack the common courtesy of being a fast food worker. The food tastes like it's been sitting in grease for long time and served hours later. They lack like giving you napkins or utensils and the food is just a mess all the ducking time read more

Worst chicken ever the chicken was moldy and all greasy do not recommend coming here the service is really rude and they take hours to get you your food. read more

Well, it's KFC chicken. Idk what everyone else is expecting. The only way KFC doesn't get a 5/5 is if they literally bring you a bucket of shoes or razor blades. That's the only way I see KFC not getting a 5/5. For the people rating this place less than. 5/5, did the colonel not personally come out to greet you? Perhaps the chicken legs still had some life left in them and they round house kicked you in the face? Is that why you're so jaded? We all know what to expect whilst dinning at or picking up from KFC. Go eat your chicken and be happy about it. read more

KFC - Chicken in my car - Fast Food Near Me - Vadnais Heights, Minnesota

Taste just like how KFC should taste. Service is solid. Food taste fresh. I usually get the $5 dollar plate. Drumstick and thigh + Biscuit + potato wedges (Substituted) + cookie. Not bad for $5 bucks. Only complaint, is the water from the soda machine is not pure water.. It's tainted with pink lemonade. I can't taste much of the lemonade, but it's not pleasing. read more

Waste of money! First mistake was ordering through Grubhub, which obviously jacked the price up. Second, either the GH driver or the KFC employees forgot my drink. Driver chose not to do anything about it. And third, the food was terrible. Just terrible. I ordered a 3 piece wing meal (extra crispy), with fries, cookie, and drink. (Remember, I didn't get my drink!) Along with 3 more pieces of chicken (extra crispy). DO NOT ORDER EXTRA CRISPY. I was eating nothing! When I say there wasn't any chicken on the wings, I'm not exaggerating. So, I paid for 6 pieces of chicken (rip-off) and only ate 2.5 pieces!! The fries and cookie were good. ‍ read more

Way overpriced. $28.98 for eight pieces of stale chicken and dried out hard biscuits. Go to your local grocery store deli, get TWO whole rotisserie chickens and a few sides for $10.00 less. KFC is a very poor value. read more

The chicken is ok but they run out of extra crispy white all the time. The sides stink, the gravy and the mashed potatoes are literally watered down. The corn tastes reheated and unseasoned. The biscuits are like rocks. The sides taste like they are old and water added to them to make them less dried out. Go to a different KFC and see how much better KFC can be. read more

I asked for fresh food and extra pickles they asked was I eating in or taking out I said take out my food came way faster than it should have for fresh food so I decided to sit down and check it my JoJo's were old my biscuit was hard and I didn't even have the regular amount of pickles that are given I had no pickles at all and then when I asked for fresh food and to take the old Food back they proceeded to get an attitude with me so I just asked for my money back bad bad bas and slow read more

The use small chicken parts. Other Locations use larger parts. The chicken has great taste but it's not a value if you have to buy more pieces. Find another KFC. read more

Rough- We have been here 4 times and 3 times our order has been wrong. Today I looked up online before going, ordered clearly "family fill up bucket- 12 tenders" then after 15 min of waiting got 12 tenders with no sides, one honey mustered and 3 ranch. When I asked about the sides that are apart of the "family fill up" I was told that was only an online deal and if I want sides it's $10 more?!? $22 for 12 tenders?! Maybe I'm crazy but that seems to high since I still now get to go home and make sides. Your better off making your own at home. Also I've avoided Yelp for 15+ year but this was enough of a reason to let you all know- go anywhere else. read more

They were out of original recipe chicken when I went through the drive thru tonight. At dinner time. For the second time in my last three visits. That's a little bit like going to Pizza Hut at dinner time and being told one can't get pizza. Or going to Burger King at dinner time and being told that one can't get a hamburger. It's actually pretty freakin' ridiculous. It's dinner time; figure it out! Unless they really don't like customers and money--then they're doing a bang up job. And no, you can not give me Extra Crispy instead. If I had wanted Extra Crispy, I would have said "Extra Crispy" when I ordered; as I understand it, that's how the process of ordering works. If you want to give me Extra Crispy at half the cost...then I'll think about it. But of course there was no such offer. Not only that, but the person who took my order had to take it again at the window, because apparently he didn't enter it when I gave it to him the first time. And then, when I gave it to him for a second time, I watched the order appear on the monitor behind him...and he didn't even enter it correctly. Not that it really matters, since they couldn't even fill my desired order in the first place. This franchise is generally poorly run; at other times (not including today) I have experienced them being out of chicken (tonight was not the first time), received incorrect orders, had long wait times (both inside and at the drive thru), and been given old/cold food. I like KFC, despite the fact that I know I probably shouldn't eat it. Maybe they're doing me a favor by trying to get me not to come back...if so, thanks I guess? read more

I remember when going to KFC was special. Certainly not today. I ordered a 16-piece meal with 4 sides and extra butter. I even had him repeat the order back twice. Cost me $43. I got home, no coleslaw (1 of my sides), and no butter. My mistake for assuming anyone cared about my order. I called and they blew me off. The biscuits were hard, the chicken was loose and gross. Potatoes and gravy were very good. Sorry KFC, you lost a customer. Poor service. Poor food. Missing items. At $43 bucks we can all do a lot better. KFC in Vadnais Heights, MN PATHETIC read more

Went through the drive thru and ordered something I guess that takes longer to make. Cashier asked me if I wanted to wait 5 minutes for it, I said yes. They told me to pull up to the side. Waited 15 minutes and went inside. Granted it got busy, but another customer waiting outside next to me had gotten their food before me. They asked me how many pieces of my chicken did I get and grabbed it for me, so I guess it wasn't just made. Gave me my food with a free cake they didn't mention about because I had to wait for my food. Looked into my bag and they still got my order wrong. They didn't even look at my order. They only asked me what I got. I told them I got 2 meals with drinks and they didn't give me cups until I notified them. Come on, you're a fast food chain but took longer than it would have if I ordered at a restaurant. Never going to this place again read more

This was the worst KFC I have been to. Went with my daughter over the weekend. I should have turned around when I walked in and my feet stuck to the ground, but I kept going because I really wanted a Nashville Hot sandwich and my daughter wanted KFC instead of Popeyes. 2nd moment where I should have turned around was when the guy in front of me yells, "hell no" "I just saw the guy (in the kitchen) pick up a piece of chicken without gloves on and put it back into the mess of chicken to be served to customers." The lady in the kitchen reach in and took it out, then proclaimed it was ok because she removed it. We ordered my daughters chicken pot pie and my Nashville hot sandwich. 10 min later I'm to it will be another 14 min for the pot pie. Do we want to wait? No, we don't want to wait 25 min for our fast food. She asked to get a couple of drumsticks instead. She ended up with the scrawniest drumsticks ever and my sandwich not only looked like someone sat on it, but the sandwich looked like a slider it was so small. In addition, almost every table we tried was sticky to the touch. I left feeling absolutely nauseous and will definitely not be back read more
