Taste just like how KFC should taste. Service is solid. Food taste fresh. I usually get the $5 dollar plate. Drumstick and thigh + Biscuit + potato wedges (Substituted) + cookie. Not bad for $5 bucks. Only complaint, is the water from the soda machine is not pure water.. It's tainted with pink lemonade. I can't taste much of the lemonade, but it's not pleasing. read more

Waste of money! First mistake was ordering through Grubhub, which obviously jacked the price up. Second, either the GH driver or the KFC employees forgot my drink. Driver chose not to do anything about it. And third, the food was terrible. Just terrible. I ordered a 3 piece wing meal (extra crispy), with fries, cookie, and drink. The chicken is ok but they run out of extra crispy white all the time. The sides stink, the gravy and the mashed potatoes are literally watered down. The corn tastes reheated and unseasoned. The biscuits are like rocks. The sides taste like they are old and water added to them to make them less dried out. Go to a different KFC and see how much better KFC can be. read more

Rough- We have been here 4 times and 3 times our order has been wrong. Today I looked up online before going, ordered clearly "family fill up bucket- 12 tenders" then after 15 min of waiting got 12 tenders with no sides, one honey mustered and 3 ranch. When I asked about the sides that are apart of the "family fill up" I was told that was only an online deal and if I want sides it's $10 more?!? $22 for 12 tenders?! Maybe I'm crazy but that seems to high since I still now get to go home and make sides. Your better off making your own at home. They were out of original recipe chicken when I went through the drive thru tonight. At dinner time. For the second time in my last three visits. That's a little bit like going to Pizza Hut at dinner time and being told one can't get pizza. Or going to Burger King at dinner time and being told that one can't get a hamburger. It's actually pretty freakin' ridiculous. It's dinner time; figure it out! Unless they really don't like customers and money--then they're doing a bang up job. And no, you can not give me Extra Crispy instead. If I had wanted Extra Crispy, I would have said "Extra Crispy" when I ordered; as I understand it, that's how the process of ordering works. If you want to give me Extra Crispy at half the cost...then I'll think about it. But of course there was no such offer. Not only that, but the person who took my order had to take it again at the window, because apparently he didn't enter it when I gave it to him the first time. And then, when I gave it to him for a second time, I watched the order appear on the monitor behind him...and he didn't even enter it correctly. Not that it really matters, since they couldn't even fill my desired order in the first place. This franchise is generally poorly run; at other times (not including today) I have experienced them being out of chicken (tonight was not the first time), received incorrect orders, had long wait times (both inside and at the drive thru), and been given old/cold food. I remember when going to KFC was special. Certainly not today. I ordered a 16-piece meal with 4 sides and extra butter. I even had him repeat the order back twice. Cost me $43. I got home, no coleslaw (1 of my sides), and no butter. My mistake for assuming anyone cared about my order. I called and they blew me off. The biscuits were hard, the chicken was loose and gross. Went through the drive thru and ordered something I guess that takes longer to make. Cashier asked me if I wanted to wait 5 minutes for it, I said yes. They told me to pull up to the side. Waited 15 minutes and went inside. Granted it got busy, but another customer waiting outside next to me had gotten their food before me. They asked me how many pieces of my chicken did I get and grabbed it for me, so I guess it wasn't just made. Gave me my food with a free cake they didn't mention about because I had to wait for my food. Looked into my bag and they still got my order wrong. They didn't even look at my order. This was the worst KFC I have been to. Went with my daughter over the weekend. I should have turned around when I walked in and my feet stuck to the ground, but I kept going because I really wanted a Nashville Hot sandwich and my daughter wanted KFC instead of Popeyes. 2nd moment where I should have turned around was when the guy in front of me yells, "hell no" "I just saw the guy (in the kitchen) pick up a piece of chicken without gloves on and put it back into the mess of chicken to be served to customers."
