However, during my recent visit on Wednesday, I had a very disappointing experience. The woman taking my order sighed, rolled her eyes, and acted visibly annoyed when I asked if they could substitute chicken. I asked if there was a problem, and she just said no, but kept making noises and giving attitude. She eventually called someone named Diego, but at that point, I had already decided I wasn't comfortable having her prepare my food and canceled the order. It was really upsetting because I go out of my way just to come to this location. I've always enjoyed the food, but I won't continue to support a business where customers are treated with disrespect. There's no reason to make someone feel like an inconvenience for asking a simple, polite request.
