This Chipotle used to be my favorite location, but recently I've had two concerning experiences. The first incident occurred last month, when my dad found a piece of plastic in his bowl from an online order. More recently, when I picked up my own online order this past Friday, I got home expecting a veggie bowl but instead found chicken in it. These two incidents occurred within a month of each other and are very concerning. I have already reached out to customer service regarding these issues, but given that plastic was found in a bowl, I believe this location may need an inspection. read more

Disappointed because they gave us the smallest portions compared to all the other metro Chipotle locations I've been to. Our burrito bowl was mostly lettuce, and our chicken burrito was the skinniest Chipotle burrito I've ever seen. Service and Ambiance was standard for a Chipotle visit, and the burrito flavors were good. I liked that my food was ready in just 10 minutes after I submitted the mobile order. I think I am done with Chipotle. We ate at the Vadnais location recently on a Friday night. Luckily, and to my surprise, there wasn't much of a line. I saw a worker cleaning off tables as we came in which I thought was a good sign. It's probably been over a year since I have eaten at a Chipotle. In the past the service has been terrible, restaurants were dirty and the food was meh? I see that things haven't changed. No one said hello or smiled at us the entire time we were ordering. It's like we were a bother to them. The peppers and onions looked like they'd been sitting there since the am shift. My wife ordered barbacoa. There was barely any left. They plopped what there was into her bowl and slid it on down to the next server. Same experience. "Could I have just a little sour cream, please?" Plop. A giant, industrial-sized spoonful gets dumped in the bowl. We ordered guac and chips. The chips were under cooked to the point that you could literally bend them. Chewing them was nearly impossible. No problem. Well just have them give us a new bag. Next bag: same limp chips. Gross. The best part of our meal were the fountain drinks. I guess it's hard to screw up a self-serve Diet Coke (but not impossible). At least they didn't ask for a tip. Goodbye Chipotle. read more

Chipotle continues to disappoint. The counters were filthy and covered with food. Cross contamination between the food was apparent and the handling of food was careless. Before they prepared my food, the person preparing food wiped the counter down with their hand I asked them to change their gloves before making my food and they proceeded to put my burrito with disdain beyond words . Constantly missing ingredients, sodas mixed so bad you wonder if you are drinking paint thinner, and employees that would rather strangle a cat than do their job. The only reason they get any customers at all is because it's the fastest fast food place in the area. This is the worst chipotle location I have ever been to. The employees are rude and give no customer service whatsoever. The manager needs to be replaced, he was trying to argue that I had to pay extra for guacamole with a VEGGIE meal, which all come with guac for free. This place needs to be cleaned up and get all new staff. None of them are good. Ended up throwing two full meals away even after paying because they tasted terrible. Every time I come here I say never again, and unfortunately when I do it's even worse every time. Walked in at 5:55 pm on a Tues., only 3 customers ahead of me. Placed order for 3 items with chicken. There was chicken for first two item, but not for the third. I was informed i would be at least a 15 minute wait because they had none prepped. A worker at the counter had to the refrigerator for chicken to start cooking. I asked if they would be willing to include guac chip at no charge to compensate for the wait, but they refused. Upon further inspection I realized they had no guacamole or chips available either. Worst excuse for restaurant management and customer service I have ever seen. Definitely stay away from the Vadnais Heights location unless you have a lot to kill. Not a great Chipotle. I went in to order rather than doing delivery. Food was hot and portion was large, but that's the extent of the plus side. Food was bland compared to most locations. Like they don't use salt here. I was going to get sour cream, but their sour cream was full of corn. I got corn so it wouldn't be a big deal, it was just off putting to see that, and who knows what else is in there? They weren't busy at all but I stood there for an age waiting to pay because the person before me asked for chips that they had to go in the back to get. It was noon on a weekday too, so they're kind of unprepared for a lunch rush if they had one. My biggest issue with the place is the blandness of the food. Just totally meh. Came in 5/9/23 around 8:30 pm and it was a great experience! From the beginning the manager engaged with me from the kitchen and encouraged me to sample some limited meats that were in. After sampling he told me that everything else was very fresh and it did look the part! The worst service i have EVER received from a chipolte. i ordered a kids build your own tacos which comes with two tortillas, i received one, its not much of a problem but still added to the problems this place had. i asked for veggies and steak, i received veggies and chicken. this was an in person order. the worker closed the box, and slid it on. the worker at the cold bar passed on my meal to checkout as i attempted to ask for cheese in my last compartment and finally after asking two or three times i recieved it. i also asked for a side container of the following: rice, corn, sour cream, and the hot salsa. i received all my sides yet it took quite sometime for the worker to cooperate, as if they were deaf. me and my friend told them probably four times, that we were paying separately, they continued to bag our items together and completely ignored our request. the worker at the cold bar did NOT close the lid to my hot salsa correctmy, and it spilled all over me and my friends food. the station where you grab your drinks and napkins, utentsi was edtre dirty, there was lemonade in the jars of utensils, there was no ice and the dining room was extremely dirty, many other customers were seemingly dissatisfied. read more

After requesting queso as a replacement they said no, and they didn't apologize for the inconvenience either. Very poor customer service.
