Went through the drive through January 6, 6:15 pm and got told it was going to be 45 minute wait for my food, I asked if the grill was down they said no they had a large amount of orders. There were 4 cars in the parking lot. 45 minutes come on this is not fine dining, last I checked it was a fast food restaurant. was greeted at the drive thru with a "what do you want"; which might of been the high point. two cheeseburgers and a jr.chicken no lettuce no mayo and no other vehicles but had to pull off to wait only to get two cheeseburgers and a chicken sandwich drenched in off color mayo and piled with not so fresh lettuce. This location used to be awesome. Good service and friendly staff. Now it appears the staff hate their jobs and it shows. Very rude.

Regardless of the posted hours, the lights are usually turned off around 7 or 8. The turnover of employees is astronomical. One time we stopped for lunch and were told that they were closed because "no one else showed up to work" that day. If you're lucky (?) enough to get there when they're open, then you'll most likely be subjected to rude service. Honestly, if you don't like working with the public, don't take the job! read more

Worst customer service ever!!! Employees,managers,GMs, all are very rude. Placed an online order through bk and their broiler was apparently broken. No one knows how to get us a refund and they won't replace the order either. I have no idea how this restaurant is still open. It's always been terrible. Cold whoppers. I've always had good experiences there, can't remember a bad time. Food always tasted well, service had most of the time been fast and nice. Just was there at 9:30 pm (just got off work) the guy was very nice, giving me inventory immediately as to not waste time and I ordered and got the food within three minutes. This place is ALWAYS closed. It says you're open until midnight online, but I've gone between 10 and 11 multiple times and it's usually closed. I just went here at 9:30 and it was closed, with no notice anywhere why. Whenever it is open, the service is usually pretty slow. But unlike everybody else giving reviews, I don't think I've had really bad food here before, so that's why I gave two stars. read more

I was just flabbergasted by the experience I just had going through the drive thru. The man was rude through the microphone while we were trying to order our food. Got to the window and he legitimately screaming at the other staff members to the point we could hear every curse word out of his mouth, through a closed window. So you can imagine how thrilled I am sitting in a drive thru with me 2 & 3 yr old while a grown man is throwing things and screaming fuck this and fuck you to everyone around him. Our straws were forgotten so my husband asked for some and the man walked over to the woman and told her she "forgot the fucking straws!" After he had already shaken and slapped our food bag trying to get her to hurry up before it was given to us. It was to the point that I even told him he needed to chill out. That kind of behavior is so unacceptable no matter the position, no employee should ever have to go to work and be treated the way those other employees were being treated. I drove up, waited, and then was told by a rather snotty young woman that they couldn't take any orders because the ordering system was broken. This restaurant has to be the worst I've ever been to in my life. Almost every time I go through the drive-thru, they complain about having to make my order and most of the time they don't even have the food or drinks to make my order. I literally had one of the employees working the drive-thru take my order and when I told him what I wanted he responded by saying "shit!"Because he didn't want to make an iced coffee. How lazy can you be??? not only is the service bad but the parking lot and building is an awful shape. The worst choice for fast food you have in the area. The food was made incorrectly. The management is rude and I had to go to corporate to get my issue resolved. Will never return here again! This burger king is weird. Online and on the drive thru signs say they close at midnight, they have their own special sign to say they close at 8:00 posted on the door, but they close at 7:00. We ordered fries, and instead they gave us onion rings, and didn't even give us the special onion sauce. In the future, this burger king will shut down and become the headquarters of a plumber gang. Walked in to the dining room at 7:50pm on Sunday to order food to go and they told me sorry the dining room is closed you have to go to the drive through. Says on the door dining room closed at 8pm. Employees were very rude about it. Wont be going back to this place. read more

Pulled up at 10:30pm all the lights were shut off . Pulled into the drive through line and the screen flashed "open till midnight or later" . They were not open at 10:30pm which is an hour and a half before close . Why advertise your business hours and not actually be open for it . Thanks for wasting my time . We went there on the 18th around 1pm. The guy on drive through started out with "I'll get to you when I can" which should have made us leave then but we waited and when he came back on we ordered 2 whoopers with no lettuce or tomato, he said "what?" and we ordered again and then he said in a very rude way "just pull around and tell me what you want". We moved forward and after 10 minutes in line, we got the the window where we ordered our food again. While he was putting it in the register he yelled out at the top of his lungs "Will someone answer the "FUc$@ing" phone!!" and then a minute later yelled out "no one needs to Fuc@#ing talk to me that bad!" He wasn't wearing a BK shirt and no name tag and we didn't get a receipt so I don't know who it was but I don't believe we will ever go there again. And after looking at the issues other people have had there at least I know we were not alone. read more

The idiot working the drive through this past Monday around 7pm clearly did something to my food and drink. He walked out of sight of the window with it twice and it looked torn up, and then when he gave me my Coke, he pulled it down off of some shelf, dumped it into a new cup, and the lid had the straw-hole pushed in already and was halfway off and there was particulate matter in it. Cashier was extremely rude and was rolling his eyes as we ordered, yelled across the restaurant multiple times to clarify our order and was wearing a sweatshirt and sunglasses at work inside...lights were extremely dim. Halfway through eating inside the employees turned off the music and turned on their radio in back playing Nicki Minaj and were yelling and swearing clearly for us to hear. If this place could get an order right ever, I would still give it one star. Their food is poorly made doesn't taste right. The employees are constantly fighting with each other in front of the customers. One may ask why do we go there once and awhile, is because it's the only one near our home.
