This place is ALWAYS closed. It says you're open until midnight online, but I've gone between 10 and 11 multiple times and it's usually closed. I just went here at 9:30 and it was closed, with no notice anywhere why. Whenever it is open, the service is usually pretty slow. But unlike everybody else giving reviews, I don't think I've had really bad food here before, so that's why I gave two stars. read more

This place is a fucking joke. 25 minute wait to get two burgers. That was after waiting at the drive through speaker for 8 minutes with one car in front of us. I don't know how EVERY OTHER fast food restaurant can pump out food on stop in two minutes and they can't do two burgers in 30 minutes. And they fucked my order up so that was great too. Burger King has gone so far downhill it feels like they're trying to go bankrupt. read more

The employee uniforms are dirty. The meat is frequently barely warm. The staff barely grunts. The drive thru window is so caked with grease it's a complete turn off. A food borne illness waiting to happen. The last time I tried them I was afraid to eat my hamburger, threw it away and drove a block up to McDonalds. read more

Went through the drive through January 6, 6:15 pm and got told it was going to be 45 minute wait for my food, I asked if the grill was down they said no they had a large amount of orders. There were 4 cars in the parking lot. 45 minutes come on this is not fine dining, last I checked it was a fast food restaurant. Sorry for the blurry pic but just wanted to show how "busy" they were Also when are you going to fix the drive through screen that's been down for months, you would wonder how anyone can find you no lights in the sign?!? Can't afford to pay the electric bill? read more

BK computer was down, so could not order deals on line. We inside and tried to order in person. They refused to honor deals. We went elsewhere. Seems like they could have some kind of workaround . read more

I parked my car at Burger King then one of the employees screamed at me in the parking lot.

4-5 years ago i never really had a problem with this Bk, lately they been so shitty.. just overall , food, workers. I remember i repeatedly told them i wanted chciken nuggets 3 times and they still didnt put it in the bag. Smh, got 2 snobby lazy bitches working there.. pretty soon this place will get shut down. read more

Order a large onion rings and they filled it up with a small size... scam and lazy fat workers

was greeted at the drive thru with a "what do you want"; which might of been the high point. two cheeseburgers and a jr.chicken no lettuce no mayo and no other vehicles but had to pull off to wait only to get two cheeseburgers and a chicken sandwich drenched in off color mayo and piled with not so fresh lettuce. I do not blame the kids working the whole establishment shows lack of care by ownership. read more

Regardless of the posted hours, the lights are usually turned off around 7 or 8. The turnover of employees is astronomical. One time we stopped for lunch and were told that they were closed because "no one else showed up to work" that day. If you're lucky (?) enough to get there when they're open, then you'll most likely be subjected to rude service. Honestly, if you don't like working with the public, don't take the job! read more

This location used to be awesome. Good service and friendly staff. Now it appears the staff hate their jobs and it shows. Very rude.

Worst customer service ever!!! Employees, managers,GMs, all are very rude. Placed an online order through bk and their broiler was apparently broken. No one knows how to get us a refund and they won't replace the order either. I have no idea how this restaurant is still open. It's always been terrible. Cold whoppers. Don't make special requests cuz you'll hear the cook yelling about it. read more

Needs a bigger staff as it shouldn't take 10 minutes to go through the drive thru. I understand they want to save money but not over lunch.

Don't ever go to this BK The manager is loud and rude. He has total disrespect for his customer. Take your businesses somewhere else. Also there is a male employee that can never hear you place a order on the intercom with a total discard if the order is correct. read more

I've always had good experiences there, can't remember a bad time. Food always tasted well, service had most of the time been fast and nice. Just was there at 9:30 pm (just got off work) the guy was very nice, giving me inventory immediately as to not waste time and I ordered and got the food within three minutes. Very good service tonight. Kind of a quiet restaurant but a nice one nonetheless. read more

Not good. Not even ok if you are desperate. Got a breakfast sandwich that I could only take a few bites out of. Went to the breakfast potatoes and oofdah, I almost lost some teeth. I would hope that if the food isn't being sold that it would be thrown away after being under a heat lamp for an hour. Rarely will I go for fast food, too bad I keep getting the same results. read more

This is one of the worst BK I've ever been to. The manager kataria is a real bitch. They can't get an order right, plus they over charge you... When you do complain there rude about it... I'm surprised it's still around.. The best BK is off of Lexington and Hwy 35W... Your food is always hot... They also give you extra napkins lol read more

I was just flabbergasted by the experience I just had going through the drive thru. The man was rude through the microphone while we were trying to order our food. Got to the window and he legitimately screaming at the other staff members to the point we could hear every curse word out of his mouth, through a closed window. So you can imagine how thrilled I am sitting in a drive thru with me 2 & 3 yr old while a grown man is throwing things and screaming fuck this and fuck you to everyone around him. Our straws were forgotten so my husband asked for some and the man walked over to the woman and told her she "forgot the fucking straws!" After he had already shaken and slapped our food bag trying to get her to hurry up before it was given to us. It was to the point that I even told him he needed to chill out. That kind of behavior is so unacceptable no matter the position, no employee should ever have to go to work and be treated the way those other employees were being treated. This was the first and absolute last time I will ever go to this Burger King. read more

Sign at the ordering site said to drive to the second window. I drove up, waited, and then was told by a rather snotty young woman that they couldn't take any orders because the ordering system was broken. When I asked why that was a problem I was told that I didn't have to come back. Guess I won't. read more

This restaurant has to be the worst I've ever been to in my life. Almost every time I go through the drive-thru, they complain about having to make my order and most of the time they don't even have the food or drinks to make my order. I literally had one of the employees working the drive-thru take my order and when I told him what I wanted he responded by saying "shit!"Because he didn't want to make an iced coffee. How lazy can you be??? not only is the service bad but the parking lot and building is an awful shape. The parking lot is filled with potholes and if I didn't drive a truck my car would bottom out. read more

Not only did you not give me the ketchup I asked for but you gave me rock hard French toast sticks!!! The sandwich I ordered had to have been sitting for quite a while as the outer part was hard. I'm VERY disappointed and won't order from this store again. read more

The worst choice for fast food you have in the area. The food was made incorrectly. The management is rude and I had to go to corporate to get my issue resolved. Will never return here again! Oh - and the manager told me they keep onion rings under their warmer for 20 minutes!! Gross!! When I worked at BK 10 years ago it was 7 minutes max. That is disgusting! read more

This burger king is weird. Online and on the drive thru signs say they close at midnight, they have their own special sign to say they close at 8:00 posted on the door, but they close at 7:00. We ordered fries, and instead they gave us onion rings, and didn't even give us the special onion sauce. In the future, this burger king will shut down and become the headquarters of a plumber gang. Not good, because that is bad. 1/10. read more

Walked in to the dining room at 7:50pm on Sunday to order food to go and they told me sorry the dining room is closed you have to go to the drive through. Says on the door dining room closed at 8pm. Employees were very rude about it. Wont be going back to this place. read more

Pulled up at 10:30pm all the lights were shut off . Pulled into the drive through line and the screen flashed "open till midnight or later" . They were not open at 10:30pm which is an hour and a half before close . Why advertise your business hours and not actually be open for it . Thanks for wasting my time . I gave it 1 star because that's the only option I was given to even post this review but it's actually a 0/5 stars . Trash . read more

The idiot working the drive through this past Monday around 7pm clearly did something to my food and drink. He walked out of sight of the window with it twice and it looked torn up, and then when he gave me my Coke, he pulled it down off of some shelf, dumped it into a new cup, and the lid had the straw-hole pushed in already and was halfway off and there was particulate matter in it. I threw it out the window and left after considering the ramifications of going inside and kicking his fat loser ass. read more

We went there on the 18th around 1pm. The guy on drive through started out with "I'll get to you when I can" which should have made us leave then but we waited and when he came back on we ordered 2 whoopers with no lettuce or tomato, he said "what?" and we ordered again and then he said in a very rude way "just pull around and tell me what you want". We moved forward and after 10 minutes in line, we got the the window where we ordered our food again. While he was putting it in the register he yelled out at the top of his lungs "Will someone answer the "FUc$@ing" phone!!" and then a minute later yelled out "no one needs to Fuc@#ing talk to me that bad!" He wasn't wearing a BK shirt and no name tag and we didn't get a receipt so I don't know who it was but I don't believe we will ever go there again. And after looking at the issues other people have had there at least I know we were not alone. read more

Never again burger King. Every time I go go to this location they mess up my order. Today went through the drive thru and ordered food for the family. Got home and was missing the chicken nuggets. Yeah they are crap anyways but now my 5 year old daughter has no lunch. Called the store and they were pretty rude. Would not recommend this place to anybody. read more

Cashier was extremely rude and was rolling his eyes as we ordered, yelled across the restaurant multiple times to clarify our order and was wearing a sweatshirt and sunglasses at work inside...lights were extremely dim. Halfway through eating inside the employees turned off the music and turned on their radio in back playing Nicki Minaj and were yelling and swearing clearly for us to hear. Definitely should have kept driving!! YIKES read more

Love that spicy crispy chicken sandwich, onion rings, and zesty sauce! Super close to home, decently priced, very convenient. Haven't had any issues with messed up or cold orders. read more

Absolutely traumatic. Never again. Didn't know how to work the register. screwed up our order. food was prepared awfully. people working there were dead inside. burnt our sandwich buns. floor was being mopped and was dangerously slippery. I Downloaded yelp just to say how awful this location is and how it's ruined my burger King experience. read more

If this place could get an order right ever, I would still give it one star. Their food is poorly made doesn't taste right. The employees are constantly fighting with each other in front of the customers. One may ask why do we go there once and awhile, is because it's the only one near our home. I am still a believer that BK is waaaay better than McDonalds. But this place is a joke. read more
