Yay for us wrong oh so so wrong. The drive-through was wrapped around the building and by the time we left all of those cars were gone, and the drive-through was empty. If I learned anything today, KFC serves the drive-through and screw the people in your lobby, watching you joke and BS and grab ass and so on and so on. On a sidenote, if you are a Uber delivery or food delivery of any kind they don't let you know when your food is sitting there even after you check in and tell them who you're waiting on. Period period. On another side note waited 35 minutes for my order they put two large mashed potatoes and only one gravy had to ask for that. So, we came here for the famous wedges but were disappointed when we learned they were discontinued. We opted to try the new fries and get some tenders. The menu prices have sky rocketed since I lost went to KFC. While the fries had a unique flavor, nothing will replace the wedges. They were and always will be unique. KFC needs to bring them back asap. The tenders were juicy and tasty as I remember them to be although very pricey. I liked the crispy outside and the piping hot insides. The biscuits haven't changed either although we didn't get any butter or honey for them. Maybe we had to ask specifically, not sure. I personally won't be back until KFC brings the wedges back. Then one of their employees went to the restroom and they don't have paper towels just the blowers and I didn't hear them drying their hands before he came out of the restroom. I was absolutely and pleasantly surprised by how good and such a substantial improvement they have made to the quality of the chicken and other food items that they prepare here and the customer service I had no complaints with my meal everything was made on time as promised by the app to pick up process was easy the food was fresh The taste was good it reminded me of my childhood eating those famous 11 herbs and spices again I definitely can recommend coming back to this location since they made these big changes read more

I ordered on the app. The app alerted me that my order was ready. Entered the store and they hadn't even started the order. Immediately I was told that I had to wait 15-20 mins for my biscuits. Ended up being 30 mins. Got my 8 piece extra crispy and biscuits and left. Got 4 blocks away to eat a piece while I was driving and the chicken tasted like it had been sitting for hours. The breading was not crispy at all it was gummy and the chicken was over cooked. Overall the food tastes good. But it seems like the wait times are a little bit long. And I know like some places have been understaffed. But really what contributes to the long wait is that the fact that every time I've gone through KFC to get food is that they have us pull around to the front. And then they tell us I'll bring the food out. It's quite frustrating because I feel like they do it to move the line. When it comes time though to bring the food out. The employees are super confused. They have a difficulty in finding the car that had ordered this order. They are walking all over the parking lot trying to find the owner of who ordered this order. And I think it is really inefficient and time consuming. If they are trying to find the owner who ordered the food at least put the car make color etc. for the employees down. We literally waited for 20 minutes and had 10 other cars that pulled around to the front as well to park and wait for their drive thru orders. Do not use their online ordering. I made an order online at this location today and first of all, their website sucks. Second of all, I ordered online because I do not want to get off and have contact with anyone in the establishment, I mean we are in the middle of a pandemic. After waiting for about 10-15 minutes at the drive thru, I'm told at the speaker that mobile orders are required to be picked up inside the establishment. She says the front counter needs to confirm it. If I wanted to get off and go inside, I would not have ordered online. Once I'm inside the establishment, they all have a bad attitude. I don't understand why they offer contactless ordering and contactless payment if you have to get off your vehicle and touch door handles and counters that have been touched by dozens of people in the last hour? On top of that, someone placed a grub hub order and when the delivery person came to pick it up, he was told that they were out of what the person ordered, why wouldn't they let the person ordering know? This is the worst place ever and in all my years I have never left a bad review. I order my food online after a long day of work. My husband went to pick it up. They told him it hadn't been started and then came back out and said it had been picked up. We ordered almost $50 worth of food and they gave it to someone else. They weren't helpful. Extremely rude. Not trying to fix it and instead argued and fought with us. They lied saying that they ALL checked the order number to confirm it was the correct order, which is false! My girlfriend and I were driving down Kino and saw the KFC so we figured we'd pop in and order because we don't have one close to home. The lady taking our order was very distant and it just seemed like she didn't care whether she got our order right or not. The gentleman that took our cash wasn't very enthusiastic either but neither were rude to be fair. That why I say two stars instead of one. When we got home and looked at our food our order was wrong, the chicken was very, very dry, and the wings were soggy from being coated in way to much sauce.
