This location is a little rougher than the average KFC when it comes to service. You will never be told your total after placing an order, which slows down the line when people are fumbling for exact change at the window. Then they will take your money, but you don't get your food there...No you have to pull your car forward and park next to another car waiting for their food, and an employee will eventually run the food out to your car. Again, just more wasted time and effort to have an employee running back and forth rather than passing food through the window like every other fast food restaurant. Did a mobile order thinking that it would be ready in the 5-15 mins they suggested online not only is it not ready they added an additional 15 mins on top of the 15 because the chicken is not ready. We always wait a few months and try again hoping THIS time they will get it right...just to be disappointed. The ticket CLEARLY says 2 Pot Pie Fillups. One can argue that underneath itemizing each one it says one. I would accept that but we got TWO pot pies as ordered but ONE drink and ONE cookie. NEVER AGAIN!!!! This place needs to close. Tenders and wedges meal with a biscuit was solid and for the price I really enjoyed it. I was actually surprised how good they were because when I had them the last few times, they were very average. Let me start by saying my experience was not finger licking good. This location is so poorly managed, I could see dust and dirt behind/under every:oven, fridge, hotbox and metro rack. Do they even have a district manager? Those areas should have a daily/weekly/monthly cleaning regimen. I digress. The food was obviously not fresh. my chicken was dry and devoid of any flavor. It gets so sick and tiring getting excited for your favorite mean from your favorite fast food franchise to be constantly met with disappointment. They never send the correct sauces or amounts or even the correct sodas. There is clearly a management issue because this is an occurring issue for me whenever I Uber eats from this location... either people are being hired that can't count up to 10 or they just deliberately go out of their way to mess up your order.. I hope whoever runs this branch will remove their head from their own backside and start putting some effort into customer service and putting together orders correctly... a change clearly needs to be made somewhere read more

I ordered (2) 2-piece chicken meals. The server did not ask me what sides, beverage, etc. I wanted and the sign did not indicate what was included in a "meal". I had to completely direct the order as the server stood there mute looking at me like I was crazy as I politely attempted to navigate what should have been a simple order. I had to make 4 separate corrections to the order such as asking for green beans three times, eg. ME: Hi, I ordered a side of green beans please? SERVER: It's there. I was charged $2 for bottled water I didn't receive after I asked twice for tap water and was already told I could have tap water (20 cents cup charge). The final kick came after my 12 minute order (and I was the ONLY person in the restaurant) was given to me. The usually glutinous but yummy fried chicken was awful. I had watched the server pull the chicken out of a drawer behind the register, appetizing, not! Cold, undercooked, and doughy. The "crispy" coating was actually uncooked on the inside and more like a flab pudding. There were at least 6+ employees in the restaurant, surely someone could have focused on cooking the chicken? Restaurant Ambiance: 0 out of 10. Sure, expectations are low for fast food joints, but this was bad. Water rushing in from the leaking windows onto the floor causing a suspiciously dangerous puddle build up. Unfriendly, unknowledgeable staff. One word. HORRIBLE. Ive went on three separate occasions because the only other KFC is all the way in Norwalk and i like KFC one in a while and everytime i go i think oh its fine people make makes but today makes the third time and im fed up. 1st time they gave me a corn on the cob that wasnt even yellow it was a yellowish brown and smelled horrible once i unwrapped it from the foil. It was days old or spoiled i threw it out. Second time i asked for ORIGINAL they gave me crispy.
