KFC - 5 pc. Tenders Box Spicy Spicy Famous Bowl Combo - Fast Food Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

Ordered a four piece chicken with side and two biscuits. Received 2 good size pieces of chicken and 1 little leg that looks the size of a rat leg and the other piece was a little ball of chicken.Manager, tell your cook or whoever is making the meal to give some decent size pieces of chicken. Or if you're trying to make money by giving this little ball of chicken, forget it I won't go back. read more

I just got the $7.00 box omg! It is terrible! I got the three tenders and they are very salty and not crispy at all. Crust is dark and not golden. It really hurt to throw my money away. I don't recommend it. I went to the location on SW Military Dr @ Zarzamora. Staff was very nice. I think I'll stick to Bush 's chicken I should have gone there a paid $3.00 more. read more

The prices were great but the "chicken pot pie" is false advertisement, it should be called a veggie pot pie. There was literally only 1 piece of chicken in it and hella veggies in it, damn shame! The flavor was good but veggies were hard and not tender at all! The fries were seasoned way too damn much!!! And now I know why I hadn't been here in years! Not recommended to anyone. Unless you want to be skimped on. read more

Worst service ever. Kept trying to close the window and tell me to have a good night without giving me the rest of my order.

Whoever does inventory here fire them! I have been coming every day or every other day for the last two weeks to get a pot pie and they never have any! At all different times of the day! Take it off the menu or do better. WTF so annoying. The next closest one to me is NOT close. read more

maybe I should of read all these bad reviews before even going here but I had dental surgery on this side of town and wanted something soft to eat and ordered the 5.00 deal and asked if I can have a extra leg instead of the thigh and the cashier said I can't do that I said ok then Ill pay extra for that leg instead of that thigh and she still said no she told me she would have to charge me everything separately so when I went to the window it was 13.00 I said just for 2 legs a small mash and 2 biscuits!! insane!! while I was in line I called the manager spoke to him he said there was nothing he could do I asked him to come to the window cause it was there already and still nothing and went ahead and took the 5.00 deal leaving this location as not being the customer but as the employees being the customers because they ended up giving me what they wanted not what I wanted but from the looks at all these bad reviews what could of I expected seems to me none of the district man nor the management cares of customers I will never go back to this location!! and I will also share it in all my social media about my experience and the poor professionalism by management I also called it in to the feedback line and waiting for district manager to get back in touch with me read more

Poor service , please hire educated people that know how to operate a cash register. Had a 3.00 dollar coupon and gave it to cashier , the cashier only game me .89 discount (senior citizen discount ) and went I told her that she charged me the wrong price she said I never gave her the coupon. the manager stated and refused to honor the price. I asked for my refund and went on my way. read more

I usually go through the drive-through but I did go inside once. The floors were sticky. The tables were dirty. It was not pleasant. The drive-through however is pretty fast, usually. On a couple of occasions they run out of a certain type of fried chicken such as crispy or original. Sometimes they've offered weird combinations of chicken such as all wings and legs. My go to meal is the 14 piece and two sides for $20. It's not on the menu. You have to ask for it. If the inside of the store was neat and clean it would get four stars, but because it scares me to go inside I'm only giving them two stars. Also, it is difficult to navigate the drive-thru. It is located at a very busy intersection and depending on which driveway you use you have to go all the way around to come back into the drive-through lane. Exiting is also a challenge with all the traffic on these two big heavily trafficked streets. However, the chicken and customer service is usually pretty good which is all I need from them. read more

Rude and the blonde girl who was working 9/27/22 between 5:00 pm and 6:00pm said we can't do ONLY a 3 piece but we could only do the famous bowl alone. what kind of sense is that. any other kfc would've been able to do 3 piece tenders ALONE and a famous bowl as a combo . KFC, train your employees better so you won't have a bad name for your company. read more

KFC might have at one time been the best fast food chicken out there, but not now, not anymore. Idk what the hell they are using for seasoning nowadays but it's horrible but the worse thing was the amount of grease that came out of one thigh, I mean good grief, there probably was enough to deep fry a half pack of Oreo's if you're into that kind of thing. The other problem here is the cashier that waited on me, talk about someone that had a bad attitude and hey, I think she might want to go by Wal-Mart and pick herself up a personality. I know working at a fast food chicken restaurant isn't every young person's dream job but good grief, suck it up and be grateful for even being employed. Needless to say, I'm done with KFC for good read more

Three sides missing and one side wrong. Went through the drive through today Sunday 28 September 2021. Ordered two 3 piece combo meals with mash potatoes and fries and two side orders of green beans plus a large gravy. I asked drinks with no ice. I had to repeat my order about three times. I waited a while and my check was for $26.00. I should have checked my order before I drove off. Arrived home and found my order was wrong. I received one side of fries, one side of green beans and no gravy. Also my drinks had lots of ice. I tried to call the restaurant to complain but the business number doesn't accept calls. Where do I complain?? read more

Came in to eat while my car was getting fixed for some lunch. The food was great. I had the $5 KFC full up with the KFC Famous Bowl and added a biscuit to my order. The Famous bowl and biscuit were good. Biscuit was fresh. I had sweet tea to drink and it was also good. The customer service was great as well. Very friendly and fast service even during the lunch rush. The only thing was that the facility could use some better cleaning. The drink station, floor, and tables were not really clean. The ice in the drink station was coming out very watery as well. So, I need to strain out the water from my cup after getting ice before pouring my drink in. If they put some more effort into the cleanliness of the establishment, they would have a better review. read more

The new boneless combo special is a joke. I was asked if I had a coupon and I said what coupon? I don't have a coupon. Charged me $4.99 for the combo and the 2 pieces of chicken were both white meat not 1 white/1 dark and they were just a little bigger than a chicken nugget. The biscuit was as dry and bland as a piece of cardboard and the mac & cheese was cold. I will never go back to KFC. Bush's Chicken is still the best ever! 0 stars but that option is not available. read more

this KFC recently re-opened. saw a line at the drive thru, crowed inside, thought great a chance to get fresh fried chicken. after waiting 15 minutes for fresh extra crunchy discovered that the fresh extra crunchy went to those that bought the 20 piece boxes. and the MF that promised the fresh gave shit that was fresh yesterday. not the even the cookie was crunchy. how did this place become a franchise? soft crust is horrible. shove it. read more
