My little cousin got the one piece kids strip meal & they gave her two strips because they felt the strips were kind of small, she couldn't even finish one. Honest to God, I have no idea how this place stays in business. I pulled through a couple months ago, they told me through the speaker that it wasn't working and I had to order at the window. I drove off. Stopped by about a month later. The drive-through was packed, so I went inside and waited 20 minutes. One of the cooks kept staring at me. No one helped, so I left. Today I used some of my rewards points to get 10 saucy nuggets. AVOID! They were dry, even with the sauce and hard to chew. Fresh? No way. Over the years, I have found the best things to order at this location is the original recipe chicken, the biscuits, mashed potatoes and gravy. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I've been here twice and both times it's been ridiculously slow!! The first time you could see and hear one of the kitchen staff cursing about how she hated her job. At one point called an order to the dining room and then said, "I don't have time to stand here and wait". Tonight, people are waiting in the dining room for close to 20 min for a 3 piece meal. The poor cashier is clearly not qualified to be working there alone. Multiple people have had to walk her through what they want when it's clearly listed in the sign. This isn't the first time I have had major issues with this kfc. The drive thru is always rude. This time not letting me order but I thing! Never gave me my total and was just extremely rude. I pull up to the window and she doesn't say anything except did I want to add something now. I say don't worry about it. Then hands me my food all while mouthing to the other girl something then staring at me. I ordered the 16 piece meal. And in total should have gotten 16 pieces if chicken- 2 large green beans- 2 large mash potatoes and gravy and 8 biscuit. I drove through on my way home from work- don't live right by there. - I get home and I have 2 things of gravy and 1 green bean. Nothing else (chicken of course) I called the store to see what they can do cause it was just a horrible experience all the way around I was told they tried to run after me( I sat in the parking lot trying to get out for over 2 minutes (I know cause I was on the phone) so they didn't try hard. The manager ( a guy don't remember name) was actually nice and said he would remake if I went back there. If I lived closer that would be ok , but I don't and this isn't the first time I have had major attitude and missing food. KFC .... this is not against KFC. KFC isn't my favorite fast food drive through chicken place (in fact, if I made a list of my top ten, it'd be 11.) But this particular review is of this PARTICULAR KFC. Man. This place is the WORST. 50% of the time the person on the speaker actually yells at you, or audibly rolls their eyes, or says "No" to requests. The nice ones ALWAYS explain they are understaffed and over worked. If you arrive within 1 hour of closing, they are inevitably out of things they simply stopped cooking already. And, in case the name doesn't give it away, the thing they're least likely to have in stock is CHICKEN. We once went and ordered an advertised meal for 8, that included two kinds of chicken, two sides and cookies. Every five minutes, the poor window waitress came to explain which new aspect of our order they didn't have, get a replacement order, then come back to tell us they were, sadly, also out of that. Literally, they were out of all original recipe, and baked chicken, all chicken strips, gravy -- which turned out fine because they were then out of mashed potatoes--green beans, corn, biscuits ... we ended up with a box of chicken wings (no breasts, no thighs, no legs), French fries and a dozen chocolate chip cookies -- because eventually they offered us cookies for every item they couldn't fulfill! And we still spent nearly $50. Until they get their act together, I can't, in good conscience, recommend anyone try to eat there. It's ridiculous. read more

Used Grubhub. They did great. The problem was KFC. Ordered 2 Cole slaw but they substituted with 1 mashed potatoes and 1 macaroni and cheese. Service was excellent! The cashiers name is Brandi and she was nice and friendly. We ordered our food and less than 5 minutes later she brought it out to our table which was very nice. Btw the place was empty so I know if it was busy that wouldn't happen. She asked if we needed any sauces and we asked for a few and she got them. It really doesn't take that much to be nice to people in public or the fast food/restaurant business.. we are all human and too see there are still nice people out there is great! Food was good too! I haven't eaten at KFC in years because the quality of their food had seriously deteriorated. But today I was needing a hardy, quick meal for my family. I was pleasantly surprised with service I received in the drive thru today. They were efficient in taking my order and upon paying they asked about my condiment choices and even asked if I'd like some disposable plates and utensils to take home. This was a great suggestion for an easy clean up. After my great service, I was hopeful that my food would be as good. And it was! The food was hot, fresh and plentiful. This has to be the worst fast food place I've ever been to. Went there on a Sunday evening to get their chicken fingers meal. I knew I was in trouble when I pulled up to a line of cars around the building, backed up to the edge of the road. I parked and went inside and counted 9 other groups of people inside just waiting for their food. My wife wanted KFC though, so I went proceeded to make the huge mistake of ordering instead of running away. Let me first say their customer service is non-existent. The girl working the register was outright vile. We're not talking about little things like not greeting me or smiling. At one point I told her I'd like mashed potatoes and cole slaw as my two sides and she tells me "no you only get two sides". I wasn't sure where the confusion was so I repeated it... "Yeah, mashed potatoes and cole slaw". This girl literally stomped her foot down while rolling her eyes so hard that her neck snapped back, then proceeded to curse about me under her breath while she typed in the order. I was supposed to get 6 sauces with the order. She didn't even ask and just put down that I didn't want any, then told me the total without asking if that was it. When I told her I needed drinks too, it was more stomping around, eye rolling, and cursing. Again, I should have left at that point, but I made the decision to stay. As I waited there I realized nobody was getting their food. 5 minutes passed, 10 minutes, finally a couple people were called to the counter, only to be told they didn't have what they had ordered. 15 minutes... 20 minutes, 30 minutes. I sat there and watched person after person come to the counter to order and get the same despicable attitude I was given. I watched the girl at the counter even argue with a customer about how the meal they wanted didn't exist, even though it was on the menu right behind her. When that customer challenged her, the cashier literally just threw up her hands and walked away. I assumed she had gone to get the manager, but nope. She just started doing other things and left the customer standing at the counter. I had finally had enough after about 40 minutes of waiting while hearing other people talking about how they had been there over an hour. I went to the counter where I was ignored. I finally had to shout to them in the kitchen area, asking who the manager was. When she came up, I discovered where the cashier had gotten her customer service skills. I told her that I had waited long enough and couldn't wait any more. I discovered they hadn't even started my order yet and got a lecture about how it wasn't her fault that they're so far behind. I told her as kindly as I could, that it's her problem to figure that and that I just wanted my money back so I could get my family some food before my kids had to get to bed. She proceeded to tell me off, going on about how corporate won't give her enough people and that I can take my money elsewhere. She repeatedly went on to say she doesn't care. I think that may be a big part of the problem but I wasn't trying to confront her. I just wanted my money back so I could get some dinner for my family. She continued to spew excuses and to tell me how none of it is her fault. I finally got my money back and went to the KFC in Fenton, where I got that entire meal in under 5 minutes. This is the third time in the last couple years I've been to this KFC and it gets worse every time. I won't be back. I'd suggest you make better decisions than I did and avoid this place. If you need KFC, go to the one in Fenton. Even with the drive, you'll save yourself time and aggravation. read more
