Every single thing we ordered came from the red light district and was re-warmed in an old grease fryer. We ordered a three-piece original with three extra biscuits which we never got a 10 piece, chicken, tender, and a pot pie. Anything that was fried was either rubbery all tasted like burnt grease. My husband said his pot pie was by far the worst possible pasty pot pie he had ever had in his life. It was probably nuked. If I could give this restaurant one star I would . I went in with a coupon for $25 for 12 pieces Plus three sides . I was charged $43.24 I had to ask for my receipt or I wouldn't have known I was overcharged . When I asked them to correct the overcharge I was told that the manager had to be called . I waited and I decided that I just wanted a refund . Heaven was the name of the girl in charge . She refunded the charge but then would not give me a receipt with the refund . She gave me a receipt for another sale . I told her I wanted a receipt for the refund and I was told that she had to keep it for the manager . Then I was told that I could not be served there anymore . Imagine that , I was overcharged and then given someone else's receipt that did not even have my refund on it . Worst service ever. Ordered chicken and when I got home I opened the box and this is what the chicken Looked like. I received my meal at 7:38 and called the store manager Gregory who was extremely rude and I asked for a refund. Gregory stated he could not do a refund. I then attempted to deescalate the situation by stating I am not trying to to get an attitude but stated if you can't give me a refund what can you do, he stated replace the meal and come back and use his name to claim a free two piece meal after asking for my name on February 23, 2024. Staff is friendly, service time fair and order accuracy terrible. Every time I have been at this KFC location for the last 14 months using the drive-thru, my order has been screwed up in some way. It's usually that I ordered something and it's either missing or they substituted the item with something different than what I ordered. I check the receipt and they entered the order in the system properly but they don't fill the order correctly. How this happens every single time I go there and they continue to not do anything to change their accuracy over such a long period of time is weird to me. read more

BY FAR the worst KFC I've ever been to, let alone one of the worst fast food places. As badly staffed and overpriced as fast food already is, this place makes it so much harder to eat fast food. Because they always claim they run out of chicken, my wife called ahead and asked them...CALLED AHEAD TO A FAST FOOD PLACE...to make sure that this time..SURELY! they can't possibly screw it up again. They told her over the phone "yes we have extra crispy chicken." So we laughed at how bad a place has to be for us to need to call first, then she left. NOT 10 MINUTES LATER, she calls me with an incredulous tone, and says "They're out of chicken, and it will take 45 minutes to make more." What?? How does KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN run out of chicken???!! If this place were on fire, and I got paid to spray it with water, I'd happily watch it burn to the ground. There's a McDonalds across the street, less than 50' away, and if they paved this KFC and turned it into another McDonalds, that would be better than continuing to let this place exist. The only reason they're getting 2 stars is that the chicken still tastes good. It's Mother's Day. I didn't want to cook or clean up, so my guys got me KFC. I can't cook chicken at home and make it taste like this, and I hate frying stuff. So my son took the $29.99 coupon for 16 pieces, 2 large mashed potatoes & gravy, 1 coleslaw & a large Mac & cheese, with 8 biscuits. He paid an upgrade price to turn 3 of the wings into another breast & 2 more legs. Then he added a box of 6 strips for the ninnies here who refuse to pick out bones. I unpacked it, to find only 1 mashed potato & 1 gravy. 15 pieces of chicken, 3 of them wings (should've only been 1). The strips were 3-4" Iong. I had to feed 5 hungry people, 3 of them grown men, from 1 little carton of potatoes. Son who picked it up called, and was told he can either pack it all up and bring it back to be replaced, or get a free 8 piece order plus sides some other time. As his daughter had already filled a plate, packing up was pointless. I'm also told the service was park-it-and-wait, and the girl bringing it out finally was sullen and unfriendly. Not what we expected for a Mother's Day dinner. KFC...you blew it. PS- don't waste your money on the strips. $7.49 for 6 of those tiny things is a total waste. read more

Wish I could give zero stars. Went here through the drive through and the crew member working didnt put the lid on the gravy and it happened to spill all over my seat as I drove home. It soaked through the bag and seat and stained my seat. The food went everywhere as the bag ripped when I picked it up. I wasnt even able to eat the food because it fell on the floor and in my drive way/lap. My car is a lease and after I cleaned up all the food I saw the stain and tried to scrub it out. It's not coming out. So I have to now get my car seat cleaned. I talked to someone that night and they said the manager would call in the morning I called the next morning and he said he would ONLY REPLACE THE SIDES. Not even the meal. Which is not what i even want i just want my car cleaned. I spoke with a shop in Saginaw that would clean the stain our for only 69. Bucks and the manager said he wouldn't pay it. Dont go here. So I came in yesterday to buy dinner for my kids after soccer practice because they begged me to come here for their favorite meal. When I walked in I saw a kid with short briwn hair (I believe his name was Liam) who was vaping by the front counter. That is absolutly disgusting amd unacceptableto be happening in any fast food business. Check your order well before you leave, they frequently are wrong or omit items. I had to wait 10 minutes to order while the counter person swept the entire restaurant. Some of their employees don't know a thigh from a breast. It's not unusual to find they are out of what you want. Worst service ever! Employees are lazy, slow and rude. I tried to place an order at the drive thru, about halfway through the girl on the intercom cut me off and told me she had to check to see if they had any chicken strips left. After about 5 mins of waiting I beep my horn. The girl comes on and says "oh sorry I forgot". She forgot she was in the middle of taking an order! How is that even possible? Then after ordering, the food took 20 mins! Then to top it off, when I got home, half of it was cold! It's like they bagged up the biscuits and potatoes and just left them by the window while they were waiting for the chicken to finish cooking. Glad to see that this place already has horrible reviews. I pulled up to the drive through to order and sat there for about a minute before anyone said anything. I ordered the combo that has a picture of two small chicken sandwiches, a drink and potato wedges. Pulled up to the window and handed the girl my card, which she held onto for a few minutes (usually they just swipe it and hand it back with the receipt). She gave me my drink before even giving my card back, so at this point i was already concerned and almost wanted to ask if i could get my card back so i could just leave, seeing as this was already 5 minutes into the order. So after she gives me my card back with no receipt, i sit there for a solid 10 minutes. Occasionally waving my hand around trying to get someones attention, it was obvious that all of the teenage girls working there were avoiding looking at me. They seemed to be having a great time in there though, laughing and chatting it up. After seeing what was going on i almost wanted to just get out of my car and tell the people in the cars that were pilled up behind me to just leave before they locked in their order by paying. After around 20 minutes total i finally got my food, and made the biggest mistake of this whole experience and didnt check to see if i had even gotten the right order. Once i got home and finally started eating i noticed there was a large cup of gravy, so i thought maybe they gave me a biscuit and gravy because i had to wait so long? Nope, it was just a cold cup of mashed potatoes that had twice as much gravy as mashed potato in it. No potato wedges in the bag, i got a stale cookie that was smashed though. They didnt manage to mess up the sandwiches so i was a little amazed. After taking everything out of the bag i noticed something. Where was my receipt!? I wanted the receipt so i could see what the hell i even payed for and see if there was a phone number to call because this was by far the worst fast food meal i have ever eaten. I would give 0 stars if I could. Dining area, fountain pop area were filthy. I ordered a kids meal with extra crispy drumstick and an second extra crispy drum stick. 2 orders were filled after mine with 12 piece extra crispy buckets and after 25 minutes I was told they only had one extra crispy drumstick and I had to pick another piece. I said to just put another piece in whatever it was, upon coming home my sons meal was 2 original drumsticks not even the one extra crispy I was told would be in there. When I asked why other meals were filled before mine the assistant manager said mine had been deleted then the manager said they had to fill drive thru orders first. I don't mind waiting to get what I order but having to wait and see others get what you ordered and not getting anything you actually order is ridiculous. Coming back from a trip to Bay City just before noon today. I suggested we stop and get some Kentucky Fried Chicken. My wife told me the last time we stopped for it I ended up not eating it. Well, we tried again today. Same thing. Almost inedible. Did some research on the internet. It seems KFC changed the oil they fry the chicken in back in 2007 in order to be more "healthy" with zero trans fats. That's about the time we stopped liking it. Makes sense. Now, their chicken is so healthy that it is no longer exceptional or even good tasting. Barely adequate. Strong chicken taste; no really distinctive herbs and spices taste; and the dark meat pieces the worst with blood(black)throughout. Terrible looking in addition to really bad tasting. The best fried chicken we have had lately was at a Pizza Barn in Sturgis, SD. Couldn't believe it was that good. It's a chain, so try it if you get a chance. But, as for KFC, next time I will take my wife's advice and forget about ever eating there again. Too bad, as someone has ruined a good product. read more
