Great food, friendly people working there and very clean interior and dining room. I had been in the 100 degree heat in a Sacramento Pick N Pull grabbing some auto parts that I couldn't find anywhere else. Needless to say I needed a break. Schlugging heavy car parts and tools out in the sun isn't for the faint of heart but for my old junkers I'll do what I have to do to make them look better and keep them on the road. Food was hot and everything was good. Parking outside was abundant. I liked all the interior decorations here of the 'first celebrity chef' and the posters. Right now there is a $7 fill up with options of strips or breast or a bunch of other different options. We came to get chicken at 9:50 pm on Monday 9/7/2026. They were closed. We were hella pissed!! Then the next evening at 8pm 9/8/2026. They had a limited amount of chicken and NO crispy. They told me it would take over an hour to get the xttra crispy chicken, and I would have to come back. (They just didn't want to be bothered). That was the straw that broke the camel back!! Had their $10 "bucket" of chicken wings special for Wednesdays. To use the word bucket for what I got in a very small box -- is a misleading joke. Then, on top of that, the wing pieces were THE smallest chicken wing pieces that I can remember ever having. The 10 extremely TINY wing segments were so shamefully small -- I honestly wondered if they were of some other smaller bird species Finally - 8 of the 10 tiny pieces were the smaller segment kind and only TWO of the 10 were wing drumettes, which have more meat generally. The KFC on Bradshaw Road in Sacramento has service so bad I think it is actually illegal. I am 82 years old, severely crippled, and legally blind. So I went in my wheelchair into the KFC and went to the one and only register for walk in customers. The only other register in the store is for drive thru customers. I wanted to place an order but employees kept walking by without stopping to help me. I finally spoke up and requested service. The employee told me, "That register is not staffed. If you want to place an order you either have to order online or use the Kiosk over there." I explained that I could not do that because I am legally blind. My vision is very poor so I cannot use electronic ordering devices. The employee still refused to help me. He said, "I am sorry, there is nothing I can do about it. Nobody is assigned to work at this register." I told the employee, "If you can't get an employee to take orders from customers you should just hang a CLOSED sign on the door and go home." This is not only outrageously bad customer service, I think it is against the law. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires businesses to provide reasonable assistance to customers with disabilities. read more

It's disheartening to see so many negative reviews about this KFC. Fortunately, we haven't had any bad experiences so far. The food has always been cooked consistently as expected. My mom is very particular about what foods she can eat. She thinks she has food allergies and doesn't eat meat. But what she does enjoy, is the mashed potatoes & gravy and the coleslaw. Apparently KFC is the only place that shreds their coleslaw finely enough for her to eat it without having problems chewing. My dad loves their chicken pot pies. I too enjoy all of the sides they offer! This is one of the "chosen few"  fast food places we go to after a long day of errands. It is close to my parent's house and it doesn't take long to get food to go.  In general I have no complaints about this restaurant.  The food is always hot & fresh.  The order staff have always been on the ball with a friendly reception at the drive thru window. read more

I don't recommend this place at all!! On October 31/ 2024 my self and my pregnant wife whet to their location to get our family meal!! But was not possible due to the employee that was attending!! She was very rude and rushing us to order!! She was not able to understand our needs!! All what she wanted to do was probably leave or finish her shift!! Then the manager said come to the window, we cannot understand you!! We approach to the window and ask why they were so rude and why they were so in a rush for us to order!! They need to have a better training with those employees especially those one that work at night including the manager!! With all this pandemic around us, there's not many reviews one can do since a lot of places are actually closed. And if they do open, it's only for pick-up or drive through service. I love going to this KFC location since it is in close proximity to my home. But not just that...it also has the same quality and taste I always enjoy when I have KFC. Reasonable priced as well! During this pandemic, all they have is the drive through service open. And I guess, since they all concentrate on providing for the drive through, they have actually sped up the process! Nice! Checked online for the latest deals and saw a nice 6 pc Chicken Share for $10. However, when I went to my local KFC they did not honor the online deal and stated they don't follow that as they are a separate franchise. I checked the sign, it is still KFC. The cashier said a regular 6 pc would be $12+. I requested the manager, Tasha and she was able to charge me $11.19. Got the family meal of chicken tenders tonight. Ordered online for pickup. The food was hot and ready when I got there. Ordered $70 worth of food for the family and was completely disappointed. 24 wings and a 16 piece meal. I arrived at the time I was given online that the order would be ready. It was another 15 minutes before my order was brought out to my car. When I got home, the wings had almost no sauce on them. I called and spoke to a manager and asked if they would replace them, along with the fries we had ordered because they would be ice cold by the time I had returned home. He agreed. No apology. He just said to be back in 15 minutes and be sure to bring the wrong food back. I called to let them know I was there and the manager said he'd be out in a minute. He came out and asked if I had brought the food back. I gave it to him and confirmed that we were getting fresh food and not just "corrected" food. He snatched the food from me and went back inside. 5 minutes later he returned with what seemed like fresh food. When I got home, the fries on top of the containers were new but underneath (on both orders) were 1/2 filled with old, unedible fries that were dried out and hard. We ended up throwing them away. The 2 containers of wings were sauced right, but this time only had 10 in one and 9 in the other on instead of the 12 they should have had. At this point it was well after 8pm on an order that was originally placed at 6:40pm. The manager was unconcerned both when I originally called and when I returned and he didn't even make sure the refire was correct. There was no apology or follow through on his part. KFC is no longer KFC. It is now apparent to me that KFC changed the recipe for their products and is nothing like what is used to be. The chicken used to be golden brown crispy but juicy. Somehow, they changed the crust. The color of the chicken is mostly dark like it was fried in dirty motor oil. The texture has changed significantly. Sure it is crispy but crispy like biting into crusty plastic. Worse, it cuts your mouth like broken glass. The damn crumbs gets stuck under your tongue and it is painful. Taste? It taste nothing like KFC used to be. Its bland. Sad how this once proud food franchise turned to crap. Must be all that cost cutting measures and the food quality has now suffered beyond repair. When I got to the movies (there was no re-entry allowed) I realized that there was no corn! I called the store and asked what we could do since it was near close and I couldn't go get a replacement. The guy who answered and had helped me with my order before was so great! No complaints. We were craving fried chicken so we ordered a KFC 8 piece extra crispy thighs and drums. If you ever had KFC them you know what it's gonna taste like. For some reason I remember the pieces of chicken being bigger but it is what it is. We also ordered corn , coleslaw and mac and cheese. They were all decent, nothing to write home to Momma about.
