First time eating inside, place is empty so I thought yay, faster service since everyone else is in the drive thru. No greeting or eye contact or acknowledgement that I am there. Oh well it's fast food and its some youth at the register. I give my order, dude takes it and I pay. Um where are my drinks... ok I'll be patient as one person is behind me now. It took 20 mins to get one chicken breast, a biscuit, and 5 small sides. And still no drinks so I ask for my drinks. "I didnt hand you your drinks?" No you didn't and this order is for here. He hands me the wrong size cups and I check my receipt and I ask for the size I paid for. Dude was looking confused AF. I get my drinks and a tray and I go unbag my food cause it was for here. And what do you know, I missing a side and uencils. Like wtf... why is it so hard to get it right. He was serving two whole people, the place was empty... two orders is not hectic. What if this order was to go? Now he's cleaning tables next to us and spraying some heavy smelling cleaners. Yes please clean cause you have down time and this place is filthy but when there's people eating... you have to spray the rag back some where and just use the rag to wipe the neighboring tables. I go here because it's close... I received uncooked chicken from here once. I also saw the drive through cashier flip off a customer when they were complaining about them being closed 10 minutes early. I try to go in the day time. Usually there is an older gentleman who works there that gives great service. It's just the night crew... It doesn't matter how many cars are in the drive through you can not pull chicken out of the fryer early. The only reason I was sure they pulled it early was because it was soaked in oil like it hadn't sat on the rack to drain the oil. Also instead of the white meat I order they threw in 4 extra undercooked thighs instead of my 2 breast pieces. I'll probably end up over here in the future but I will always check my chicken now. Bathroom had a roll of toilet paper resting on the hand bar for handicapped, no seat covers, no soap and no towels. If they cannot manage the bathroom, then I doubt they have excellent management of the food preparation. I left and went down the street to the Wienerschnitzel. read more

This is the worst KFC ever. We wait 15-25 minutes every time we go, they are always out of something and after waiting all of this time my order is still wrong. I have called the store a few times after getting the wrong order and no one has answered. When pulling up I seen one employee semi working while one was eating chicken and the other was drinking out of a water cup. Is that what we're doing now? If I could just leave no stars and these hands I would. Obviously they have some new people in there that are trying to change some rules. My family goes here every day because my father won't eat anything but kfc because he loves the bowls but he gets gravy on the side. Tonight my mom comes home with his food and the gravy is a joke. It wasn't even enough to fill the button of the container. So she calls mind you they always mess up something but always an easy fix. I know this is a fast food chain, but COME ON. I know I can get better service at another location. This location sucks. I went through the drive through to order a 12 piece chicken only bucket with 2 sides. I asked for legs & thighs-- half grilled and half original. What do I get? Mixed pieces with full original chicken. It's funny because the first layer of 6 pieces of original chicken were covered by a separator sheet with another set of 6 pieces of original chicken. Honestly if you were out of grilled chicken, you COULD HAVE let me know and I wouldn't have minded waiting. And if you couldn't make it anymore, I would've liked to cancel my order. But I wasn't told anything, yes BILLY at the window, it was YOUR job to tell me. There weren't other cars and the site looked empty, but you still managed to mess up my order. Thank you so much! The food came quick, however when I went grab a drumstick out, it literally fell apart and was already broke, so I told them and they quickly gave me 2 hot & fresh drumsticks to replace the bad one I'd received. It was fairly messy in the dining area and lots of garbage on the floor, no employees were out there to clean it up. This visit was okay this time, it varies depends on who's working though. It would really be great if they had a changing table put in the bathroom, the fact that I had to change my baby in my car instead of the bathroom wasn't okay with me. What I hate most about fast food... they always put the ONE person who has no professional people skills or should EVER be on the mic handle the drive thru or counter. I always get the girl who acts like she's auditioning for Real Wives of ATL or some guy who thinks he's cooler than everyone while forgetting he still works... at a fast food place! The kid bluntly says I didn't call.... yeah I made that up since you know so I can get my chicken hustle on. Then when we asked for a box of boneless half original and half extra crispy he tells us the boneless chicken comes only in original recipe (although online and commercials say different) then gives us nothing but... extra crunchy, WT?? The entire time until we pulled up to the window it felt like we're talking with some kid who forgot he's not with his boys and at an actual business sorry to say THIS is the new voice or face of many franchises. He didn't listen, talked like we were on the streets, tried to come off as a smart a** but fell way short much like maybe his aspirations. Instead of meeting our jester for the day we were instead greeted with a female who was better, but how much better just to pass us our food. Overall, outside of being told we were getting one type of chicken and getting something different the food actually was not bad, way better than the other location off Meadwview. But had to take away one star for incorrect info and giving us different product then had to deduct two for the horrible customer service. Horrible place. Came here 10 minutes before closing last night & the unclassy person talking through the mic informed me that there was only one spicy chicken left & that she can only "make" sides. First of all, all sides are already made. Second of all I know she was just trying to close up. I dont care what you have to do after work, and I dont care that you have to stay after closing to clean. Its your job. You better serve til 10. Horrible service, worse management. I stopped by after work to order dinner for my family of 5 yesterday evening. From the get go, the lady on the drive-thru intercom (Brittney) was rude and sounded as though she hated life. I asked her what size popcorn chicken they sold and she stated that they only sold size Large and that it cost $4 and some change. I told her that there was a sign on the drive thru menu that announced the popcorn chicken at $2.99. She responded, "Oh, that's the small." I then tried to order 3 root beer floats and she said that they ran out of ice cream. So then I said never mind, I'll just have 5 cups of water. She said, "Do you have 5 people in the car? 'Cause if not, you can't have 5 cups of water. You can only have enough water for however many people are in the car." I told her that I've never heard of that in my life but that I would be willing to pay for the extra cups of water. She then said that they would by $2.89 each. How she came up with that for a small cup of water, I don't know. Especially since even the rootbeer floats were advertised in their drive-thru menu for $2. The crazy thing was that she then had a different worker re-ask me for my whole order again once I got to the window to pay and that girl didn't charge me for the waters at first until "Brittney" (the manager!! ) told her to charge me. Which let me know that the whole thing about only giving one water per person in the car was news to the other worker. Once I caught on to Brittney just making up the rules as she wanted (laziness), I told the other girl to never mind about the waters. I told Brittney (who was hiding to the side at first) that I didn't think that the owner would appreciate her having the restaurant lose out on loyal, paying customers for some cups of water. That I could see that really being a real rule if you weren't purchasing any food and just asking for water but not for someone who had just spend $25 on fastfood. Manager attempted to call a second time, left a message that he had made "numerous" attempts to reach me (two times is NOT numerous!) and that he would simply send me a coupon for a free twelve-piece meal.
