Definitely don't recommend this place. Especially for the price you are paying. We got a 20 piece wing and large wedges and all of our chicken wings were hard and seemed like they had been sitting for a long time. They are not following the standards for sure. I Really hate to give this place one star. The customer Service is Awful and the food is terrible. I will Never return to here again. We ordered via the app and went through drive thru and picked up food. The chicken was old, cold and dried out. I politely asked for a refund and showed her the chicken. The little smart mouth young lady advised I don't want it back and you need to go through the app we don't give out their refunds here. All we do is receive the orders and fill them. She would not take the old food back. I go through the app to do my refund and they tell me they can only give me a partial refund. Went through the drive through for a quick family meal pick-up. It is definitely in the ghetto because as I drive up, two cars cross in front of my car and park in opposite direction that the parking spots indicate for parking. Service was awesome. The drive through attendant taking my order was upbeat, courteous, and friendly. Food prep was fast, and it was ready for pickup as soon as we arrived at the pickup window. As we were leaving, there seemed to delay, the driver just stopped at the curb. As I drove around the car, an individual was walking up to the stopped car. Seems to be a very popular spot for business...other than the establishments. Food was as expected from KFC. Something about crunchy fried chicken, mac 'n cheese, and mash potatoes with gravy. Not sure if I would venture to this location in the dark...my spidey senses were already on high alert and it was only 12noon. I live 1/4 mile away but always hate this place. The workers are always little rotten loud mouth kids. I placed an online order 1 hour before they close. When I get there, they tell me it's going to be 15 minutes for my order and park in the handicap parking spot. We wait 30 minutes and ask if the order was ready and they said yes they will bring it out soon. I am already annoyed and know it partially my fault for coming to the piece of shit place so I didn't respond. She walks back in and I check my food and I am missing a 10 piece nuggets. Ew. Ew. Ew. This place is disgusting! I've visited this location in the past, but always in the drive-through. Well this drive-through experience was particularly terrible. First it took the cashier about five minutes to read me back my order, mind you I only ordered two combos and mini corn dogs. Then it took about another 12 minutes to actually get to the window and there were only two cars in front of us. When we arrived at our destination, we discovered my cookies were missing and they didn't provide us any honey. When I began to cut my grilled chicken breast, I quickly found out that the spork wasn't going to cut through this extra dry meat. I'm not sure if one of those electric knives your granny busts out at Thanksgiving would stand well against this tough bird! With about 6 packets of hot sauce, I was able to digest the chicken. The mini corn dogs were robbery. My husband's mass potatoes were cold and you can look at the picture to witness the atrocity they call green beans! I immediately called the restaurant manager and she offered to replace my meal with very little hesitation. It was as if she knew they were serving subpar food and I wasn't the only caller they had in the last five minutes. When I actually went inside the restaurant for my meal replacement, I saw why the food was so bad, because the inside looks as horrid as those green beans! Old, dirty chairs. And as I stood at the counter for five minutes being ignored by 2 different employee who never once acknowledged me, I was able to see the filthy chaos in the kitchen. Even the manager looked unkept! The sides i really like are cole slaw, mash, mac and cheese, corn on the cob, and bbq chicken boneless wings. one of my favorite days to come here is on monday for their daily special, which is 3.99 for 2 pc chicken which is leg and thigh, mash, biscuit, corn on the cob. Layout inside has pretty good seating. Also they have a root beer on tap fountain, one is diet and one is regular. sometimes the table are not clean, which is one improvement, but it was on a busy day. also like how kfc is partner up with AW. So i can get 2 things at once such as root beer float and the kfc sides. i don't really care for the chicken because pop eyes def better. Service Going thru the drive thru the girl was nice and quick. i always get fast and quick service from here. People here i encountered were nice and chill, no problems. Came to have lunch while out running errands with my family and decided to stop in at this KFC. I think that this is only the second time I've eaten at this spot here. This is the KFC that replace the old one that used to be down the streets near the church's chicken spot. It wasn't very busy when we came in and sat down to eat, but before we knew it,it got busy real fast. It is definitely clean and it is nice and big. The bathrooms were clean too. Lord knows that to me is a must in any type of food establishment. The food was good and well cooked. They didn't have water cups, when we asked for a cup for the baby. They gave us a ice cream cup and she wouldn't drink out of it, because she said it was for ice cream. All of a sudden school was out and those children were trying to get out of that heat. One of the first stops a lot of them made was right here at KFC. Some of them bought something, but the young men had followed the young ladies in and they were hanging out watching them. Ny grandbaby was amazed by all the teenagers, she could no longer eat because she was to busy watching the kids. I like this KFC, you just have to pick the right time to come. Before we left it looked like people were coming from everywhere to get some chicken and I'm not sure if they were ready for all them. They had limited staff on deck. This KFC has saved the day. Wife is pregnant and needed me to pick up some KFC. The one by my house said they were open but in fact the were closed. They said open during construction but couldn't even get in. BUT THIS ONE!! I know most people probably dont hit a 5 star on a fast food restaurant but these people deserve it. I called them because I was going to be late and they were going to be closed by the time I got there. They stayed open for me!! I was only 1 minute late but they made sure to stay for me. They worked with me because I was only getting essentially the left overs and made the moment right for me. I saw so many people yelling and screaming at them for unknown reasons. First, I have to say, after more than forty years of eating out in Sacramento, I have seen all types of places to eat. This KFC is the worse. I waited in the drive thru for almost 15 minutes, only to receive the wrong order. I went in to correct this, the food prep area was filthy. Trash pushed underneath the center prep area, dining area was dirty, the service is unbelievably slow. There was no sense of urgency to wait on anyone although there were 3 or more people in line waiting to order. I wonder how the city inspectors allow this KFC to continue to operate under these conditions. It seems to me the employees here don't care. The food is just okay but due to the above issues I won't be going back or raising my rating. read more
