Two people before me left because they had visual impairments and couldn't read the kiosk screens. When I asked for help for them, the idiotic girl wandering around in the back kept saying... "Kiosk! We don't take in-store orders at the counter anymore!" Now here's the rich part... when I walk in, I grab the first person I can find to check in (which is ridiculous, because if I wanted to wait, and had paid for my food, why would I leave). And then I wait... ...and wait ...and wait ...and wait ...and wait Finally, I get annoyed (I've been there for 25 minutes, waiting), and the semi-leader goes, "Sorry, who is your order for?" I WANTED TO SCREAM I was going to order food for myself, but I will never, ever, ever go back to Taco Bell again. It was the rudest staff I have ever encountered, the restaurant was filthy, the people were completely untrained, rude, and incompetent. DO NOT GO TO THIS FILTHY TACO BELL.
