Taco Bell has always been one of my favorite and affordable fast food places , with that being said I gotten to know the menu pretty well , I usually get the power bowl , the lady at the drive through lady is always kind , I actually never ate inside but overall my order is always what I've asked for . Today I decided to use the mobile app and I didn't receive ANY of the sauces ... any sauce at all ...that was disappointing but for others just double check your order before you drive off . Thank you to the Taco Bell employees for working hard . Care:4/5 Quality:5/5 Cost:Decent Cleanliness:4/5 Atmosphere:4/5 Parking:4/5 read more

What I ordered and what I got. Enchirito extra sauce and cheese. No onions and a side of sour cream. I also ordered nacho fries with 2 dipe. Got to the windows to say they were out. Knocked off the charge but then I ordered a chicken chalupa no lettuce and it was full of lettuce. read more

I had a horrible encounter with an employee. I need corporate number to contact to someone about the poor customer service I received between 2:30 to 3:30 at your establishment. The lady was very rude and didn't help me at all. read more

First thing first. We called in our order at 11:30 am. I was going to pick the take-out order up for our team, and order for myself at the same time. Seems easy enough, right? Hardly. I am a grown-ass 55 year old man, and I have never, ever, ever had worse customer service and more importantly, even worse food. This is an extremely poorly run restaurant, where there is no one officially in charge. Blame just gets passed around, and in this case, even though the %$#^ bag WITH OUR NAME was on it, they still "couldn't find it". It was finally found at the drive through window, and was cold as hell. The staff were unbelievably incompetent. The woman customer before me asked if she could get her drink glasses, so she could prepare to leave ASAP (she'd already been there waiting for 35 minutes). Get this... the dude BEHIND THE COUNTER mumbles that he doesn't work there and can't handle that request. The staff refuses to work with anyone at the counter, except to take their name. Two people before me left because they had visual impairments and couldn't read the kiosk screens. When I asked for help for them, the idiotic girl wandering around in the back kept saying... "Kiosk! We don't take in-store orders at the counter anymore!" Now here's the rich part... when I walk in, I grab the first person I can find to check in (which is ridiculous, because if I wanted to wait, and had paid for my food, why would I leave). And then I wait... ...and wait ...and wait ...and wait ...and wait Finally, I get annoyed (I've been there for 25 minutes, waiting), and the semi-leader goes, "Sorry, who is your order for?" I WANTED TO SCREAM I was going to order food for myself, but I will never, ever, ever go back to Taco Bell again. It was the rudest staff I have ever encountered, the restaurant was filthy, the people were completely untrained, rude, and incompetent. DO NOT GO TO THIS FILTHY TACO BELL. YOU CAN GET BETTER SERVICE FROM A WET RAG AND A SEPTIC TANK! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE AND FOOD EVER! read more

I was really looking forward to trying the $5 breakfast box at this Taco Bell, especially since both the official app and website showed this location offered breakfast. I drove across town to get here, only to be met with attitude at the counter when I asked about it. A simple "we don't serve breakfast" would have been fine--but the dismissive tone was completely unnecessary. I ended up not ordering anything and won't be returning. On top of that, the location itself felt a bit rough. Definitely not worth the trip. read more

Waited over 10 minutes and no one took my order or asked anything. About 3 people doing stuff nd not 1 person at the register. This review is about Taco Bell located at 5919 Stockton Blvd Sacramento, CA 95824! Save yourself a trip, time and money. Read my review and the review of others. I had the most appalling experience at Taco Bell recently, and I feel compelled to share it. First off, the customer service was absolutely terrible. The manager, an older heavyset woman with a disgustingly vile attitude, greeted customers with hostility and clearly did not want to be there. Things only got worse when I ordered a Mexican pizza in the drive-thru. It tasted rancid--like actual poison. The shells were stale, the ingredients were old, and the smell was overwhelming with spoiled food. Normally, I don't return food, but this was beyond bad. I went inside to ask for a refund, and who else but the same rude woman met me at the register. Her attitude was just as nasty in person. After some hostility, she finally refunded my money but then refused to provide a receipt, leaving me with no proof of the refund for my records. When I asked to speak with her manager, she yelled, "I am the manager" and refused to offer her name. As I was leaving, I commented that the food was a reflection of her attitude--terrible. Shockingly, she then followed me out to my car and started taking pictures of my license plate! This was, without a doubt, the worst fast food experience I've ever had, and I will not be returning. read more

If I could give no stars I would. The entire staff is rude asf and forget if you have to use the bathroom because they let the staff take all the bathroom keys with them on break so if you have health issues and you need to go to the bathroom, don't come here and also the staff it's completely rude as fuck they don't even say please or thank you they just tell you to do things they also spit in your food when you don't talk to them the way that they want you to read more

Never had an issue with my orders here. The wait time for drive thru can be kind of long. Not sure if it's the fault of the workers or if it's always just the people in front of us. Always check to make sure you have everything before you go. Every Taco Bell that we go to would say that they have already put hot sauce in the bag, but when we check, there's never any. My husband is a hot sauce person, so if you gotta have your sauce, check before you go! Don't take their words for it. read more

Walked into lobby and was told by an employee behind the counter that if I want to order I have to use the self order kiosk. I observed 2 employees not too busy to were either was able to come and ring up my order which is part of what they are paid to do. This taco bell has several registers to ring up orders but the management here wants the general public to not have the option to have the order taken by an employee. read more

Horrible customer service as always, messed up my food and wouldn't remake it. I asked for a manager and he said there wasn't any. Asked him to remake the food since it was the wrong one and he told me no even though they gave me the wrong order. read more

There was a homeless man in there ordering food that had a slight scent, and the manager was extremely rude to him and told him he had to wait outside. He did absolutely nothing wrong. He was leaning on the counter waiting to pay for his order when she started yelling at him to get out. Of course words flew and he stormed out. He did nothing wrong and did not deserve that treatment. After I left, I found him crying down the street, and told how I felt; he didn't deserve it. I also asked him to not do anything to get himself in trouble. He was very thankful. I wish people could be a bit kinder and have some empathy. Maybe training would be in order at this restaurant. We come to this taco often because it's the closest one to our house. The more we go the more disappointed we get. Ordering wise the person was very friendly and helpful. But once we get our order that's where it usually goes wrong. We ordered 3 crunchy steak tacos and instead of crunchy they gave me the soft tacos. We also ordered nachos bell grande and there was barely any cheese. So we ask for extra cheese. Last but not least we order three chicken soft tacos and there was no chicken. I just feel like it's either a hit or miss with this place. read more

I'm deaf and dumb and work at DoorDash. I came to pick up the delivery on 12.09 at 9:30 p.m. after driving the place where I need to place an order for drive through. DO NOT order Doordash from this Taco Bell. They tell your Dasher they don't have an order for you because they're crappy and then you have to deal with Doordash to get a refund. It's a typical Taco Bell. It looks exactly like many other locations. We came here recently because of the nationwide giveaway on Nov 2. It was the Doritos taco. Ordered some food today. Got home and saw my mini chicken quesadillas barely had anything in them. They were folded weirdly(in thirds--not in half) so I open them up to refold. There was only a small amount of meat and cheese etc. I know it's only $1, but come on now. I would usually come here because my house is nearby. They're usually good on these things and the drive thru lady was great~~ that's why I'm giving a 2 star and not a 1. Not sure if someone new is working, but they need to step it up. read more

Two stars due to portioning .compared to other Taco Bell's this one skimps you on ingredients portion like meat beans cheese lettuce tomato and there crunch wrap was literally the size of a CD all tortilla and looks like they used the iron and flattened it to grill it but squeezed it to much almost as thin as a quesadilla .... read more

I like this place. They really have a good customer service. From the food I like low carb bowl. That's pretty much the only place that has it. I have been looking for a place that has low-carb food for a long time then I found out on Internet that Taco Bell has it and I was very surprised. The entire look very clean and well taken care of. The parking lot is huge. There is a unlike customer service, because they really took care of me. One time I'm here and I was about to pay for my food and then my card started to decline. I try different card and it was also declining. I want on my bank account transferred money from one to another, however it was still declining. I have been there 3 times this week since it's down the street from my house and everytime I've gone there I've had to have them remake my food because they are half assing it. The food is poorly out together and very skimpy. The last time I went 2 nights ago I ordered 2 crunch wraps. One came out hard as leather and the other had nearly no meat. I asked them to remake them, the short heavy set Asian girl gave me attitude and told me to just throw the others out. When they were remade they were the same exact way.
