This place is a mess. Flies. Employees crashing out. Disorganization in the kitchen. 20 minutes and it wasn't even busy! The chicken was over cooked and honestly didn't really taste like KFC. Only went there for an Uber Eats BOGO so whatever. read more

The service was terrible as the whole staff was unorganized, irritated and rude!! NEVER AGAIN!! KFC has fallen to a new low..... their lowest, with this branch. They should get their franchise license REVOKED!! read more

If I could give them a freaking zero, they would have it. The chicken was old, dry and nasty as hell, they gave me some damn oily ass french fries and then when I took it back. They took the bag of old food fixed some fresh fries, put them in the bag with the old food. First they were supposed to discard the food, and fix a new one. I okay because I will be contacting the health department tomorrow morning bet they won't get another dime from me.. read more

Can I give this 0 stars? Many employees are rude. Place is a little dirty, and I can't count the number of times I would go in to get a breast or thigh and be told they have no more for (20? 30? 40?) minutes. BEFORE 8 pm. Despite that, I kept going back, hooked on Colonel's spices. What finally got me to give it up is that this store would automatically round up your bill to an even amount, and give that to the KFC charity without asking. This happened several times on drive through (a 9.15 bill got rounded up to $10, which was the first time this happened and I didn't notice until getting home), and the workers faked not knowing what happened. Then one time, I went inside, and the same thing happened, and the girl refused to give me back my money until I raised enough of a complaint (5+ minutes later) saying she couldn't go back in the drawer again, and why am I complaining about 50 cents? More like, why are you automatically charging me 50cents extra without asking me? I complained twice to national. The second time, I included my email and phone number, checked the part that said I would like to have someone contact me and included in the comments that I would like someone to get back to me. No one did, so I've stopped going to KFC, but especially this one. I've eaten before at the KFC on 376 in Hopewell, and it is much cleaner, friendlier, and didn't have the auto-roundup. But, thanks to the shady operations of Poughkeepsie KFC and lack of concern from national, I won't be going to any of them. read more

The worst.. hope they close soon. Awful customer service. No drive through. Useless employees!

Very rude and disrespectful employees restaurant is very dirty. Food is nasty employees not using gloves to prepare food chicken and chicken nuggets have maggots in them. Do not eat at this location. You will get sick including the coleslaw. Will get you very sick. read more

Place is nasty. Service is terrible, don't waste your time or money. They also close at random times.

The behavior of the employees is a bit out of line and highly inappropriate. The language coming from behind the counter unacceptable and vulgar. The music with cursing isn't meant for a workplace This is disheartening And may never return, even tho this has been a cheat meal for us. Very uncomfortable to hear a male employee talk about " I may need to cut somebody " Hopes something is done and corrective action taken. Who ever owns this location should be ashamed and embarrassed. And now to hear a female employee stated to another. That's why you F*** your brother read more

Over cooked, the worst customer service, I've gotten sick a lot and I stop eating at this place. This place needs to get checked ASAP. I have nothing else to say. This was all over social media for this location and I can't understand how this kfc is open. read more

I ordered from Grub Hub this evening, first of all, KFC did not include my drink, I ordered mac & cheese, and it was runny and half full! Then the chicken sandwich was full of the mayonnaise/sauce they use and then the chicken sandwich was not cooked fully!! It was hard on the inside! I was so disappointed!! The service at this location is extremely bad!!! read more

I had the 2-piece extra crispy white meat with a biscuit and a side of coleslaw. The food was good for fast food. The chicken was not as extra crispy as I remember in the past. The coleslaw seemed a little different and not as good as I remember. The biscuit tasted great. I've always liked KFC since childhood but for some reason this was just average. The girl at the register was very nice. read more

How could ownership allow this place to be run to the ground ? Customer service is absolutely the worst. It's like they are doing you a favor. Getting an attitude when I have questions about the menu! Insane ! It's dirty inside the whole kitchen area. What a disgrace to KFC !!!! Rather drive to Middletown to kfc then spend another dollar in this place. Why doesn't ownership hire effective management to correct this. Who the heck knows ??? read more

Food is horrible and service sucks. Place is very dirty and was actually closed down because of its dirtiness.

I placed a to go order earlier and when i arrived i was greeted by three very friendly employees who created a great atmospher. I asked for my order only to be notified of a shortage, but not to stess Will, the front counter employee, to the rescue! He offered us a compromise even better then I could have imagine, making my night. He was very friendly and helped out beyond my what I could have imagined! read more

They over charge gravy is $5.29 that's what the girl saying FYI that's the price of the mash and gravy. They don't change there gloves and they touching the chicken rather than using the tongs. One of of the employee there they don't know that if they sell the mash it comes with the gravy. So stupid. Better study what u selling. read more

Avoid this joint at all cost. Lady at cashier asked me "are you going to all eat that by yourself?" then proceeded to check outside when I told her I was with my friends. She kept calling me "honey" in a condescending tone. The chicken I got was EXTREMELY small. I've attached a photo as an example. The popcorn chicken lid wasn't closed properly and the contents spilled all over the bag. Definitely not worth my time or money. Rude management, poor food. read more

KFC - This is how small the chicken was. The popcorn chicken spilled in from the other container. I paid $20 for 8 pieces of skimpy leg/wings. - Fast Food Near Me - Poughkeepsie, New York

If I could give less than 1 star I would... food poisoning after eating 2 bites of their "new" popcorn chicken. Doesn't get much worse...

While the food is delicious, almost every other order via DoorDash is missing part of a combo or I'm given the wrong variation. While some mistakes will inevitably be made due to human error, it has been happening more often than not. read more

I love kfc it's so good the chicken is so good the fries are so good the Mac and cheese is so good mmmmm kfc goud

Food was awful...soggy fried chicken, smelled funny. Threw it out. Was afraid to eat it,

The food is usually okay. it's the customer service that makes me not thrilled about going. this week alone I have been to this KFC 3 times week. Not by my own choice. But my kids and husband loves KFC. So I usually stop by on my way home from work. oddly enough that all 3 times I went there I had to deal with the same lady. You can hear it in her voice that she is upset about something. She doesn't even hide the fact that something has her upset. She sighs while taking the order. Doesn't seem happy to be assisting the customer at all. Once you get up to the window, there's no smile, no repeat back of the order. Just take my debit card and close the window. Then once you get the food, there's no thank you, come again, have a nice day. Just your debit card back, the food and then her closing the window. Tonight I needed ketchup but I refused to knock on the window because she seemed so bothered and stressed out. I told my husband that after tonight I'm not going back to that KFC because your business isn't appreciated. I know xmas is coming and you never know what a person might be going through. However this lady needs a therapist. I go there and spend well over $40.00 each visit just to be mistreated. I will pass and take my future business to Popeyes a mile down the road. read more

The customer service here is atrocious... you walk in an they act like they don't even see you. There's been times where there's been 7-10 other customers waiting to have their order taken still. Some of the management is rude and that should be rectified. Would much rather a chic-Fil-a over this location anyway... read more

I just went there today I ordered the 20$ fill up and they took me everything was there I specifically asked them " is the Coleslaw there ? I just had there strawberry shake and it was super delicious. Rich and creamy. But you have to have it with a spoon and not a straw unless you let it sit. The food was great. The place was clean. Is there even an option for 0 stars cuz 1 is a LOT for this restaurant. I never leave reviews but damn. We got in line at 7 and didn't even get to the window until 7:40 and no one was there to take our order. The guy who took our order was high as shit. Once we ordered, they told us the crispy would take an extra 15mins so we waited. 30 mins past and still nothing. I went in the store really annoyed and found out the crispy chicken was ready for a while, they just didn't care to even do our order. So our food was just sitting there for 30 mins and they only got my order done when I was there literally forcing them. WORST EVER. read more

The worst service in the world. Would rate zero stars if I could. Waited an hour for a famous bowl and a chicken sandwich.

So disgusting very dirty people act like they're doing you a favor don't look like the place is been clean since they opened the food absolutely is horrible I would never go back there again through the food in the garbage when I got home this is the one on Main Street in Poughkeepsie read more

I prefer to drive to Fishkill for KFC. I'm not sure who the manager is or who hires the staff here or who even purchases the food supply but this place deserves less than one star. The food is questionable. The drinks are watered down or the staff has no clue how to mix the syrup with the seltzer. The staff is anything but professional. Not courteous and down right rude. I first visited this KFC when I first moved to the area I had placed a order and ended up asking for my money back. My oldest daughter likes KFC so she tried this location a few months ago. She also had to complain because her drink was watered down and flat, they forgot a part of her order and the food she bought for her boyfriend was not hot and the chicken looked old. My youngest daughter wanted to get KFC recently and my older son decided to pick her food up from this location instead of driving to Fishkill. It was a mistake. The drink was again watered down and looked more like tea than cola. Her chicken sandwich tasted and looked like it had been cooked and recooked from the week before. This KFC really needs to step it up. I do not recommend this location. Spend the gas and take the time to go to the Fishkill KFC they are so much better. read more

This is the worst KFC I've ever been to. The employees are rude and so are the managers. They could care less their employees are rude and driving customers away. It's sad, If you don't like people then don't work in customer service. That simple. Don't waste your time. Go across the street to Wendy's. read more
