This location has gone down hill dramatically. I don't know what changed but food seems to lack attention and is just thrown together. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches from the drive through around 1:30pm. When I got home(less than a mile down the road) the bun on both sandwiches looked deflated and the chicken was lukewarm and dry. The pickles were just tossed on there arranged to neatly fill the bun. I am glad the person making the sandwich did not so much mayonnaise that it oozes out on all sides like time I ordered chicken sandwiches from this location. It may work in a pinch, but I would not recommend this KFC. read more

Still great! 8-piece bucket for $10. Cooked right. Staff pleasant. Here's my tip: Take the lid off the bucket for the drive home. With all the steam, it can make the skin a little soggy if you don't. And of course, you get that wonderful smell on the way home. Sometimes they are sold out, but if you wait 10-15 minutes you will get a fresh batch. Always a treat for us. Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday are the deal days. Thank you KFC. The Colonel would be proud. read more

Has KFC gone to the dogs? Literally yes I gave it to my dog. I placed a DoorDash order for a 6 pc got 5 pc tasted like 10 year old grease tried to explain on DoorDash not their fault but they needed pictures of the food really? Customer service was poor. Food quality was acceptable; however, they failed to provide the biscuits for which I paid. Also, my online order was not ready when promised. Lastly, they require customers to go inside to pickup online orders. All in all, I doubt I will go back. There are better places to get fast food chicken and certainly better dining choices in general. read more

The manger is rude and nasty to customers, this place is going down the drain because of there service and food, every time i go there it's always the manager with the braces she need to be fired i hate when people are rude for no reason i was being polite and respectful because i know how it is working at fast food. This place should be ran better new staff and management is the only thing that this place needs. read more

I've been here twice recently. On my first visit, my order was wrong. It was fixed pretty quickly, so not a huge issue. Food was ok, but didn't taste fresh. On my second visit, order was correct, but my husband's pot pie was not cooked all the way--crust was super doughy--, and had one sliver of chicken. Very disappointing, especially for a $6.19 item. Horrible food. Ordered through door dash and the chicken is lukewarm and old like is been under a heat lamp all day. Disgusting and a waste of money! The wing is a piece of bone with the flapper and original recipe skin on it, the leg is so skimpy is looks like someone took a bite, the breast tasted dry and yucky, all I did was take a bite and spit it right back out, and I didn't even try the thigh. Y'all should know better than this! People don't have money to waste on nasty food! You should care about the customers and your job! ZERO STARS! read more

I don't know what is happening with this place! They are getting as bad as Popeyes! Tonight I ordered food using DoorDash and was quoted a 23 minute wait time! It ended up taking over an hour as they ran out of chicken! I finally got my order and there were several items missing! I ended up having to go somewhere else to get dinner! I am extremely disappointed with this place and will never order from here again! I had spending over $50 for my food and only ended up with half the order! While DoorDash did refund my money, this place should be held accountable for their terrible service! Especially since I had to go somewhere else to get dinner! read more

I'm not sure how Yum brands claims to be following Covid precautions when none of the employees at this store and many others in the area wear masks and also handle food/money at the drive thru....They obviously do not watch their franchisees and establish an across the board protocol or enforce it. I will NOT be going to any Yum Brand restaurant again, EVER. Popeyes down the road is following Covid precautions and is much cleaner than any KFC in the area, as is Chick Fil A and most other chains. Dirty, no Covid precautions stay away from Yum brands they obviously care very little about their customers. read more

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience here. We ate inside, and I noticed there was mold on the soda dispensers. I mentioned it to the manager, and he wasn't even bothered about it. Most poorly run KFC I've ever had the displeasure of going to. Around 2 weeks ago I sat in the drive through for a solid 5 minutes with no one even acknowledging I was there. After driving up to the window I could see 3 employees just gossiping and laughing away. Also, the hours posted at the business are wrong. The sign on the door said the lobby stays open til 9 PM but the doors were locked at 8:40 PM. The lady inside saw me at the door, shrugged, and laughed while going into the back read more

This used to be a favorite of mine. KFC done the KFC way is great. But for the third time in a row, FYI, several weeks apart because I am annoyed, I purchased a meal with a biscuit and asked for butter. For the third time in a row I was told they are out of butter. This time I was told it was that the warehouse is out but that they would get more on their truck in the morning..... hold on, screech the breaks! How ya getting more in the morning if the warehouse is out? Then I drive away and open my order to find the chicken way over cooked and no napkins or plastic ware for my green beans or Mac and cheese... what happened here? This place rocked a few months ago read more

Okay so, for the last 6 months, we felt like this KFC was being poorly run and the quality of the food suffered because of this. However, tonight 5-21-18 we went because well, we love KFC and we always hope for a better experience. WOW, what a difference tonight. Discovered that a district manager from Georgia was asked to come here and straighten this place out. A few people were fired and some, that worked here before, were hired back, and some were transferred from other stores. Now, for the review - The chicken was like we used to experience at KFC years ago. Juicy, not overdone and not underdone. When one orders the original recipe, you would expect to see a light golden brown crisp and not a dark brown crisp and dried up. The light golden brown and juicy is definitely what we got tonight. Wife had her grilled chicken thighs that she loves and commented how juicy and larger they were than what she had been getting. The sides we got were excellent and the biscuits were so soft and fluffy. All in all, I'd have to say that with the recent changes made, and the addition of good workers that know what they are doing, this is a promising upgrade and we look forward to eating here often. read more

This used to be a pretty good KFC. Tonight my family wanted KFC and so we went. We do the drive thru to get it to go. Most everything we wanted was unavailable... sold out? We wanted two pot pies... unavailable. We wanted a chicken sandwich... unavailable. Luckily they had our last want- 3 pc tender fill up box... And that is all they had... tenders! They did have side items. So we had to get four 3 pc tender fill up boxes. Honestly that is terrible. Is it the fact that things were sold out? Or were they just too lazy to cook anything else? I guess we'll never know. The food... the tenders were small and barely warm. One box had fries and they were cold. No butter was provided for the biscuits. Come on KFC! You used to be better than this! No wonder why every other chicken place (Zaxbys, Popeyes, Church's, even Publix Deli) is doing better than KFC!!! read more

Nicole helped us get our food, and she was so helpful and kind. What great service! Thank you so much. We will recommend for sure

Terrible food once again I tried to tell my husband it would suck but he had to try it again pot pie meal no sides put in the bag no chicken in the pot pie and the crust wasn't all the way cooked no cookies . Feb 7th 2021 at 4:45 PM your customer service was non-existing. Rude and short to say the least. I didn't care that you didn't have Nashville Hot, yet you got angry with me because I asked a question about your diet soft drinks, I am a Type 1 diabetic. I can't drink regular soda so when I ask you what you have isn't to be difficult but to help ensure I have enough insulin. You were just so darn rude and for no reason all because you were embarrassed about not having a flavor which I didn't really care about, I like other flavors as well. But because I had to ask you what diet soda you have. What ever personal issue you have in your life isn't worth me ever returning. Not that it matters to you but call your EAP line and get some counseling. Life is too short to be upset over a diet soda question. read more

A couple of weeks ago, vaguely remembering bad experiences here, I pulled through the drive thru and got a 3 piece dark meal. Once I got home I discovered that I had received a 2 piece. I considered going back but decided it was not worth it. I had to work Saturday afternoon and the wife suggested fried chicken, it was kind of late and I thought that Publix and Winn Dixie were probably out of chicken, so, against my better judgement I went back to KFC. The chicken was stale and old, but edible sort of. It was for the money very disappointing. Long story short everyone that had chicken developed vomiting, cramps or diarrhea. Everything left over was tossed into the trash. You knowingly served bad food to your customers. I saw that your posted mask policy was being ignored, so I believe that if visible guidelines were not being followed I can not imagine that the back of the house is any better at complying with common sense hygiene. I am certain that safe food handling procedures are being ignored. read more

This is consistently, the worst fast food place in Brevard county. Today, I ordered four "Chicken Little" chicken sandwiches and an order of their "Secret Recipe" fries. Since the Pt. St. John location gets our order wrong at least half the time, we looked inside the bag, which was greasy inside and out and there were 4 sandwiches and and order of fries. We went home, opened the bag at the table and started to eat. The first two sandwiches were good and so were the fries. Then we opened our second pair of sandwiches. One was correct but the second was covered in hot sauce! Not what we wanted! Examining the wrapper, there was no indication that this sandwich contained hot sauce. We threw it away and split the other sandwich. You ask why do we continue to go there? There aren't any other KFC's near us and not that many places to grab a quick chicken meal. We've eaten at other KFC's in the county and this one rarely gets it right. Why didn't we complain? Because we have, many times and the customer service leaves as much to be desired as does the accuracy of their orders. Hopefully this review will attract the attention of the owners. read more

This is the worst kfc I have ever been to, they cook their chicken way to long, all I have gotten from this kfc is a lot of crust no chicken they cook it way to long and you end up with very little chicken, it is really nasty they either need a new manager or a diffrent cook, I use to love kfc but not any more at least not this kfc. read more

Thank goodness there opening one in Rockledge. I drove atw from cocoa beach just to have the tall doofy counter guy make me feel like I'm a idiot because i don't know the whole menu. (So folks Don't have any questions and you better be on point). Dude literally went to the menu board and was pointing at items. I wanted to snatch hin up them but i didn't. I just shrugged it off. So then i get my order and I'm double checking it. I know i asked for jelly, so I'm looking and he starts announcing what i order to be a jerk. Ok that was the last straw. For one there's no jelly and they gave me 2 mashed potatoes. When I ordered mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and also the breading wasn't cooked on my chicken atw. Thats why i double check my orders. Who dosent? Sorry buddy you work the counter at Kfc. Not my problem. Take your misery out on someone else. So now im banned from psj kfc because i snapped. I love KFC, or at least I used to. Every time I've been to this location the chicken is dry and the coleslaw is both dry and kind of rotten tasting. It's the only KFC left open in the area. Went to KFC on US 1 in Port St. John. I ordered wings they explained it would take 11 minutes, Trying to see what alternatives they had the girl at the drive-through had like zero interest in trying to accommodate or up-sell, or even apologize for the wait. Once I got my order after having to park, I look in the bag no sauce, no napkins. I have to go in and girl at counter hits back of napkin dispenser and ask what sauce I want. Then I Explain to her that she's got an attitude and she's rude and that there is no reason that I should have to come into the store to get napkins and she could've given better service instead of copping an attitude then she decides to try to come out of the dining room and mock me. Manager came from back of store and out to parking lot, I explain to him how rude the other manager and girl at counter were. At that time another man came out and said he wanted to curse her out that she gave him and his friend attitude when they ordered. This was the worst KFC I have ever been to. $15 dollars an hour, this place needs to be shut down. I looked up yelp reviews and same types of complaints. read more

Worst KFC on the planet! Every time! We love KFC, but only go to this one when we're craving it so bad that we forget how bad this one consistently is. Today, after waiting 30 minutes for our food (that wasn't what we ordered because they were out of what we wanted) we find out they are out of utensils. Kinda hard to eat mashed potatoes and gravy or Cole slaw with your hands! The one bite of chicken I did have was dry (typical of this location) and cold. Would have asked for a refund but there's no way the incompetent staff would have figured that out.
