The food at this Burger King is delicious. My mom and typically get a Whopper or a Whopper Jr. and we also get fries. I feel like the quality of food at Burger King hasn't changed throughout the 30 years that I've been coming here. Yes, prices rise with the times but despite the many years that pass, Burger King still maintains an excellent quality of food. We usually go through the drive through to get Burger King but the service is always excellent here and the ambience in the drive through is always pleasant. read more

i ordered here from uber eats twice. The first time i asked for sweet n sour and didnt get it and it wasnt a big deal. But then the second time i ordered two sauces and a normal dr pepper and got no sauce and a diet dr pepper. The service is horrible. read more

If you prefer COLD mixed up ordered, this is your place!!! Sadly we have eaten here a few times within the last couple weeks and each time has been full of disappointment. We didn't call to complain the times prior because we thought we'd give them another chance being the holiday rush is over....but today we felt like that their consistency to screw up HAD to be communicated to them. The gal that answered the phone was so incredibly rude. This person should NOT have a position working with people especially in service. I feel bad for her employees. Who is it, she would not say. For one, don't blame the customer and then say "ohhh I see it here." We have zero reason to make up a reason to call. If you visit this place Monday - Friday the old lady with the long grey hair has a major attitude and is always miserable, She makes it hard to use a coupon code. She acts like that 1.00 you're saving is coming out of her pocket. The food is okay at best. Fries and onion rings are usually luke wam to cold. The soda machine always tastes terrible, like someone siphoned the coke through a dirty sock. The manager Vicki is nice and theres a guy that works there thats sweet, but the rest seem like a bunch of angry lesbians. If you can avoid this location then I would. read more

As I was heading home back into Port Saint John I was getting a little hungry. I thought, I haven't been to Burger King in a while that sounds good. I waited in the long line and finally made it to the window the whole time anticipating the ice cream cone that I had ordered. I've had it many times before it was always extremely good very big and yummy. What I was given was at best a child size and when I asked if the ice cream's were getting smaller the girl just looked at me and close the window. What a disappointment. I later found out that they added cheese to my whopper which I was specifically had asked them twice to make sure that it did not have cheese. My fault for not checking right at the window. This Burger King never ceases to amaze me a number one the poor service, but number to the poor food quality and portion sizes. If you order a large fry you will get something that looks like a small fry at McDonald's. And most recently if you order an ice cream cone don't be surprised if you got what I got. I would advise anybody thinking of stopping at Port St. John Burger King to make another choice you'll thank me for that. read more

I came here for burgers and a milkshak and they said they had no milkshakes. when I got to window I realized I forgot I needed to add four more burgers and so the guy at the register asked his manager and she said to tell us we cant add more food so i had to go back through the line and as I got to the window i see them serving a milkshake to another customer. This made me feel lied to and disrespected. The manager stayed away as much as she could when we were talking about the issues with the guy at the register and I feel bad for the guy serving he did great but has to hear from unhappy customers based on how he is being instructed. Went to pull out, see people preparing food so I back up thinking maybe their speaker wasn't working. As far as fast food goes this Burger King is by far the best around. We have 2 in Titusville and I would much rather come to this one. The quality of food is better, the staff is friendlier, and the store is always clean. No matter what time of day you come in you are always greeted with a smile and a "Hello". The food is hot and made the way you order it with no complaints about the changes you make. It is a pleasurable experience each time. read more

While this Burger King is a pretty good one compared to others, there are a few things that make it 4 stars in my eyes. 1. On rare occasions, they have messed up my order. It seems this is due to being understaffed during busy times, such as the dinner rush or lunch rush. 2. On most Sunday's before the supply truck arrives, the tend to run out of Whopper patties. I don't know if the under-order patties or if it is due to the time I arrive. However, this has happened on more than one occasion and it is always on Sunday. I went into this Burger King around 5:30 PM (EST). I walked in and no one was at the counter, not a person in sight. Two workers eventually said, "They would be with me in a minute." Over five minutes passed and I leaned against the counter as I've been waiting for too long. There wasn't even customers in the place. A woman came from the back, then proceded to tell me not to lean against the counter - her tone sounding very hostile. I said, "Come again?" Giving the worker a chance to change her tone of voice. She repeated the same thing to me, therefore I said "I got tired of standing as I've been standing for more than five minutes." She repeated, "Don't lean on the counter again." I told her that, "I heard her the first time." Then she replies, "I do not have to wait on you." Then proceded to head to the back, not even taking my order. I asked for the manager and an employee told me, "She was the manager." I have PTSD and is obvious this Burger King has no respect for disabled people. Therefore I left the establishment and proceeded to a nearby McDonalds. A worker not only opened the door for me, but I got my order in less than one minute. I'll never go back to Burger King again. read more

I would advise anyone who orders through the drive through to park and check your order. Every time I've ordered something is missing. Once they even thought I didn't pay when I handed them cash. This last trip we were in a rush and couldn't do a check. We were missing fries and my husband opened up his cheese burger to find it was cut in half. Sorry but this was the last straw and I will find someplace else to give my business and money to. read more
