One of the worst fast food experience ever. Waited very long for someone to assist me although the restaurant was completely empty. No one at all inside. One girl with red hair was literally doing all the work by herself while others in the back doing God knows what. Young girl with red hair was extremely nice and said she'd be right with me. She had to deliver food to customer outside. As she went outside an older woman came out from back looking like she'd been wearing same clothes for weeks and playing in flour. She was bot at all polite and had an attitude. I asked if they still had the $5 special which is supposed to include 2 piece chicken, 5 nuggets and a medium soft drink. She hands me a box with no drink and after I asked she said no drink is included and its an upcharge. I showed both of them what supposed to be included and she said they do not honor that. I asked for a refund and she said they do not give refunds. I asked to speak to manager and she told me there was none then she said she was the manager. I tried explaining that as part of a franchise they have to honor their contractual obligations but it was like speaking with a 2 year old. After just finally leaving, come to find out she gave me 2 drumsticks, a mashed potatoe and a biscuit that looked like it been out in the sun all day affer falling 30 stories to its demise. This is the filthiest, dirty fast food place I have ever experienced. If you don't believe me, go inside yourself and take a look. How is this place still open? This is, by far, the absolute worst ran "fast" food joint I have ever been to in my life. Its filthy, unbelievably slow and the staff are rude beyond belief. Let me set the stage of a typical experience (typical because it has been this way literally every time I've gone): You place an order online, go through the drive through, they tell you they can't hand you your order through the window, all mobile orders need to be picked up inside (because they are never, ever ready). You drive around to park and 4 to 5 employees are outback smoking weed. You go in and the same rude, negligent woman is there running the counter while one guy boxes up orders. The floor is disgusting, everything is dirty. Everything has been visibly neglected for who knows how long, you stand in a crowd of angry people while orders are dispersed randomly. 40 minutes have gone by, it's now been an hour since you ordered. Eventually this lady drops your order on the counter. Half your order is wrong or simply not there. You go back in, she tells you "We're out of (item not in bag)". She didn't mention this prior, she just hoped you'll leave without noticing. She offers absolutely no solution. You tell her you paid for your food and would like it. She shrugs and gives you the first thing next to her, there is no consideration about the value of item you paid for and what she is offering. She does not care. Every. Single. Time. I rarely order from here but when I do my 8 piece family bucket has 3 pieces in it. My order for 8 biscuits has 0. No sense in ordering sauces they ain't even looking at that at all. You ain't gettin em. You'll get your mashed potatoes but they'll be cold, and don't you dare ask for your money's worth, that'll just make her mad. This KFC is the ONLY one in the area, and it would be lucrative if under competent ownership but it is certainly not meeting any kind of benchmarks. This location needs to be completely cleaned out. It's been a while but I can't seem to get over the way I was treated. I pulled up to the drive through and no customers in sight, I waited 5 to8 minutes and no one ever asked for my order so I pulled up to the pay window mind you no customers and a small little black woman (middle aged) told me to go back around and place my order. When we went in to pick up our food, the young woman at the register insisted she didn't have an order and then walked away. We knew the order went through and was already paid. On her third look, she grudgingly said the order was there but not ready. While we waited, she told several customers they were out of what they wanted and walked away again and again. The Colonel's Secret recipe sure sounded like a good option ... I had been thinking pizza but FRIED CHICKEN .... So, I pull up to the corner just knowing what I'd discover inside ... I knew there would not have been any improvement ... I knew #RobertIrvine would have a blast with his sledge hammer because this KFC outlet is not just slightly dirty ... it has dirt growing on its dirt. There are potato wedges on the floor whose bacterial friends actually can move the wedge at will. The dust level looks like a Buffalo snow storm before the plows have hit the road ... but I wanted THE COLONEL's SECRET RECIPE ... Obviously one of 'his secrets' is that the price is outrageous ... I can get a freshly rotated hen at my local supermarket for 1/3 the price of the COLONEL but then again they don't have a secret recipe nor a dead southern gentleman in their corner. So, I strolled up to the counter ... eyeing the warmer where my bird pieces rested ... that looked clean ... the workers looked clean ... so as the very pleasant young man walked up to me I said FAMILY BUCKET with 8 pieces ... mashed and green beans sides. Oh no ... in this pit of dirt I was ordering food ...the COLONEL's food ... what do they say dust to dust .... oh well he's buried elsewhere. The service was fast and very pleasant. When I arrived home after a 20 minute drive the food was hot ... the green beans had a really great flavor to them although they were cooked so the toothless from the back hills could chew on them. The mashed well let's just say instant potatoes are never mashed they are stirred ... the stirred potato flakes tasted of but add the Colonel's secret recipe gravy and I was in memory heaven. The skin was the yummy I expected and the chicken perfectly juicy. I did not notice any vermin in my bucket! So, once the cleaning crew arrives to scrape up the dirt or the health inspector comes to put up the red flag sign ... I'd say head to another Colonel location if you have one when you're hungering for that secret recipe. Service and food were of the 4 star variety but I still can see the eating area and front end of the kitchen and am wondering whether my stomach will be stirring later tonight. read more

placed an order for pickup it said the estimated time was 4:40 pm and we didn't get our food till 5:00 pm there was one person in the drive thru and everybody inside was waiting for their food. the workers kept asking us what was right and what was wrong on our order as if they don't have a screen to read off of. workers were very disrespectful and used horrible grammar in the way of talking with us. we asked for a sweet tea and they gave us raspberry iced tea and didn't tell us until we asked if it was sweet tea or not. this could cause serious issues to people who could be allergic to raspberry. and it was not just us who were getting asked questions the workers were asking everybody in the store questions if the sauce is "bbq" sauce and not "ranch" worker said outloud that she was "going to quit" they worked very slow on our small order and told us a couple more minutes it would be done and 12 minutes passed. a man was waiting on his biscuits for 15 minutes and the service and environment was overall terrible read more

I think there is only one other business that has managed to aggravate me as much as this KFC from just the sheer amount of disrespect and ignorance I've experienced from here. I ordered two separate times. The first time my fries were not filled up hardly at all, the sauces were completely wrong, and it was missing 3 of the sauces. The second time I ordered through the app and my order had no straw, no sauces, the fries were cold, and the tenders were overcooked. I tried to call the store someone answered but then decided to hang up and then left the phone off the hook so I couldn't call back. Standard choices and taste for this fast food chain. Ordered the $5 dollar fill up and got original recipe chicken with potato wedges and a cookie. The chicken was moist and tender, wedges were delish and the cookie was sweetly satisfying. The Colonels recipe has never disappointed me and this was no exception. KFC charged me a "Foundation charge" of $.97 without asking my permission. You cannot charge someone for a donation without their authorization. This is theft! I called the store and they said this is standard procedure and everyone is automatically charged this fee. I reported this to their corporate office but it just happened so I haven't heard back yet. I have never written a review for a fast food place, but after my experience today, I had to. I drive by this kfc frequently on the way to my son's. It was usually quite dead. Today, my son said he want to go there. I was surprised to see the parking lot full. I'm going to give credit to the customer service we experienced while there. Cashier was quick to tell us what my son ordered would require an 11 minute wait and offered him another similar option that would not be a wait. Food was delicious. As I was leaving, the manager, from behind the counter asked me how my experience was. I was so taken aback, I looked around to see who he was talking to. It was me. I told him it was great. He smiled proudly. On my way out, I caught the cashier I had stopping at a table to ask how their meal was. What a difference good customer service can be. I will surely pass by the nearby McDonald's and Burger King to come experience this again. Bravo KFC team! read more
