    Steer clear from this disgusting dumpster fire! I placed a mobile order at 11AM and it took the rude employees over 30 minutes to complete! My food was cold and the order wasn't even close to being correct! This restaurant is gross and I'm sure the health department would shut them down immediately!

    waited over 47 mins for an online order I placed that said ready for pick up which was not and when I asked status was told they need to work on the drive thru and will get to it when they can but don't know when that will be and it would be faster to cancel the order and reorder through the drive thru. The lobby was unsanitary with over flowing trash bins and what appeared to be mouse droppings under the fountain drink machine.

    KFC in pleasantville New Jersey. Drive-thru only. Don't waste your time you're going to need about an hour if there's several people in front of you. Been sitting here 15 minutes already and the line hasn't moved to five cars. Places a joke Popeyes across the street is better good I'm out going to Popeye's

    What I ordered ( chicken coated with SAUCE)

    Hey so I know it's been a while but I'm back with another review and this time of KFC . So let's get in to it I went to this location to get the Nashville hot chicken tenders. Now I know food does not always come how it looks on advertisements. So my expectations were not high from the advertisement but high from having already tried this at another KFC location. What a disappointment this experience was. I was served chicken tenders with what looked and tasted like oil trap residue it was NOT sauce like the tenders I previously had. I reached out to KFC.com and I still have not heard anything back aside from the autogenerated response So if you feel like you want to try the Nashville Hot Tenders . Don't ... at least not from this location

    placed an order for pickup it said the estimated time was 4:40 pm and we didn't get our food till 5:00 pm there was one person in the drive thru and everybody inside was waiting for their food. the workers kept asking us what was right and what was wrong on our order as if they don't have a screen to read off of. workers were very disrespectful and used horrible grammar in the way of talking with us. we asked for a sweet tea and they gave us raspberry iced tea and didn't tell us until we asked if it was sweet tea or not. this could cause serious issues to people who could be allergic to raspberry. and it was not just us who were getting asked questions the workers were asking everybody in the store questions if the sauce is "bbq" sauce and not "ranch" worker said outloud that she was "going to quit" they worked very slow on our small order and told us a couple more minutes it would be done and 12 minutes passed. a man was waiting on his biscuits for 15 minutes and the service and environment was overall terrible

I have a dairy intolerance and specifically requested no cheese. I didn't realize cheese had been included until after I had eaten most of my burrito. I called management since I had already left. I wasn't angry -- I just wanted a resolution. The manager explained that the cheese was located near other items, which honestly made the situation worse. The prep area should have been set up properly, especially considering how common dairy allergies and intolerances are. After he explained the prep area situation, he offered a remake or a refund. I opted for the refund and let him know I was right next door and would be over shortly. When I arrived, I stood at the register without being greeted, so I shifted where I was standing to be more visible. I still had to wait another minute or two after being seen. While that's not a long wait, it felt frustrating in the moment -- I was already upset about the food and the conversation, which seemed to focus more on justifying mistakes than resolving them. The manager processed the refund quickly, but then walked away without saying anything. I ended up tearing off my own refund receipt from the register. He returned shortly after with a coupon, which I appreciated -- but it would've been nice to know where he was going instead of being left standing there. All in all, this wasn't a great experience, and I'll likely skip this location on my next trip to SP. Note: I haven't spent much time out of the bathroom since eating that burrito. Thanks for that.

I…read morehad an order that included a few bags of the nacho chips and it was bags of little crappy bits and broken pieces that you can't dip because they're all tiny and broken apart. I don't understand where quality control goes to with these inexpensive takeout places. So everyone has to accept crappy food and they're not that inexpensive nowadays, as everyone knows. I'll just not buy from this Taco Bell and make sure everyone that rents from our properties in Ocean City knows not to waste their time.
