Customer in front of me was overly talkative with the staff, but they sensed I was in a rush and asked if I'd been helped after a 5-10 minute wait. Customer moved aside and I got my order in. Nothing quite beats the texture of the blizzard. Mcflurry, sonic blast, the blizzard is the best. I just wish they still had snickers. Clean bathrooms. Very low toilet to the ground. Nicely decorated. Clean restaurant.

The problem with this location is often times they don't have stock available for their sandwiches…read more Been at least a month since they've had black olives and last week when I made my sandwich order they didn't have black olives or pickles! What sandwich shop doesn't have pickles? I'm not sure what is up with this issue, maybe poor ordering for their stock or things are just not getting delivered, but I need my black olives and pickles! Usually I order through the app so I don't have issues with them other than the lack of pickles and black olives these past few orders. When I do pick up my sandwiches, the staff are always courteous and every time I go inside the store it's always clean and orderly.

Ridiculous policies for handling orders that lack ingredients that run out of. They would rather loose business that treat customers with respect after they have failed at quality customer service. I'm sure that Paola and its many community members could spend their hard earned money on a resturant of much better quality! Good riddance to this Subway.
